Hi Team, Day 1:  We have sent the email communication to group of recipients. Some of them went under blacklisted recipients - "The recipient no longer wants to be contacted". Day 2:  We have updated the preference for @4219759 field to "NO" for some recipients(becoz the specific recipients wanted to receive emails from us) . Day 3: We have tried sending the email to the recipients where got blacklisted before. Those recipients received the communication successfully. But again the same set of recipients went back to blacklisted category when tried sending without updating the preference.  Is there any permanent solution to send the email without updating the @4219759 preference equal to "NO" at each and every time?

Hi, I have a typology rule to fail a delivery if a variable is not set. But for proof and preivew I don't want it to fail. I have fixed it for proof but haven't find any flag for preivew.Do anyone know if there is a flag that I can check if it's in preview or if I can skip the typology rule.The typology rule is a controll type and is executed at start of targeting. current code:if(delivery.FCP == 1) { //Skip proof return true; } if(variables.var1 == 1){ return true; } return false;

I have a requirement to send a personalized delivery, the data comes from an API call with HttpClientRequest("url");.But I'm not sure if the workflow recognize the recipients in the inbound event, or the javascript allow me create a temp schema or only if I insert the data into recipient schema is enough or is impossible do this kind of things. I don't now how the template derivery could recognize the recipients.   Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to export data directly to external DB through FDA connection by updating the fda schema in adobe campaign?

I'm attempting to craft a property accessor for referencing a set of mapped fields in our targetData, within our template, however ACC is not honoring our usage of the bracket notation, regardless of whether or not we surround the property/field name with double quotes.Is this a known bug with a workaround or a patch?<% var td = { passholderName_1: 'passholderName_1', passholderName_2: 'passholderName_2' } %> <% var conditional = "passholderName"; for (var a = 1; a < 12; a++) { var value = td[conditional + "_" + a]; if (value) { %> <%= value %> <% } %> <% } %>

Hi, Can you please let us know how we can automate the AEM delivery template synchronization in adobe campaign classic using API. Kind Regards,Nidhi

Dear all,I have a question regarding reusing the randomly split groups used for one A/B test in another email delivery. Essentially an A/B test is carried out initially for one email delivery, and the target population is split into two groups for the A/B test. Now we want to reuse these split groups in another email delivery.I wonder if this is possible. Please advise.Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

Dear all,We have created some campaign workflows with multiple mail deliveries. And we usually perform a proof delivery to validate the HTML contents before sending the mail out. The problem is that the proof shows up in the campaign dashboard.Although there is no technical problem with this, I wonder if there is a way to not show the proof delivery in the dashboard?Thanks in advance.Best,Roxie

Hi, Does ACC have unique Identifier of an email? For example, If Person 'A' and Person 'B' received both email 'X' and 'Y', there is 4 unique identifiers for each email & person(email address) combination.

Hi,OOB workflows were failed. When I checked in the audilt logs, It was failed due to particular operator. That operator was removed from our LDAP directory. now we are not able to start the workflow. Could you please anyone help us to fix.  Audit logs:Unable to connect with login 'ABC'. Make sure that the login is correct and that the account is not disabled. If you wish to stop the workflow, use the unconditional stop. Thanks

Hello everyone!!I have a question I'm calling an API and create a new recipient for each record, but i'm not sure if  xtk.session.Write() have a limit like queryDef (10.000) Thanks for your answers!!

Hello,i used the example in the doc (Keep Alive example) https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/technicalresources/api/c-HttpClientRequest.htmlto implement it in my real case.i have an array with 50 json object that i want to insert in a DB using an external API , this is my code :   var apiRequest = new HttpClientRequest("www.myAPI.com"); apiRequest.method = "POST"; // open the connection with my api apiRequest.connect(); // loop through my array to insert each element. 50 calls ? for each(var contactObj in myArray){ var jsonObject = myMethodtoconstructMyObj(contactObj); apiRequest.body = jsonObject; // here normally should call the API with POST and my jsonObject in the request body apiRequest.execute(); } apiRequest.disconnect(); But when i check my backend i found that the api is called only once (instead of 50) and i found only one element inserted. could you plea

Hello in an adobe campaign classic workflow I am using a "Test" node (the yellow diamond) to check that another workflow "TECHNICALWORKFLOW" has run today before proceeding. This is working well currently with the following script:  formatDate(getOption("lastRunDate_TECHNICALWORKFLOW"),'%2D-%2M-%4Y') == formatDate(getCurrentDate(),'%2D-%2M-%4Y') I would like to make it so that the test instead, looks to check the TECHNICALWORKFLOW has run any time in the past 3 days, rather than today. I think I need to add +3 days somewhere to the second half of the script, but cannot work it out.  Thanks

Hi Team, I have created one custom report where I have checked the Allow large data export option. But still, I am able to export the data maximum of 200 records. Is there any configuration I am missing here?

Hi all,on my ACC instance, which is hosted on prem, I can access /nl/jsp/monitor.jsp, log in with an operator and then see the different monitoring metrics.However, it seems like I can login with any operator, no matter the operator groups he is assigned to.Is there any way to restrict access to /nl/jsp/monitor.jsp to operators having admin operator group only? Thanks and BRSebastian

I am working through a set of adobe online courses at https://adobe-atsww.sabacloud.com.   The current  course I am registered for references an adobe training instance that I do not have access to.  The training instance includes tables required for the exercises that do not exist in our test instance as well as import files that I do not have access to.  A browse of the web site doesn't provide any help nor is there a link for assistance.  Is there a training instance available for these courses or a course resource repository? For reference the course isATS_ODL_CAMPAIGN_CC_0004

Hi all, Whilst doing file resources package migration, is there a way to automate the uploading/publishing of files on the new environment? currently I am having to import file resource package on new environment then manually upload the physical files... is this expected or am I missing something?On the other hand, say I have a css file called styling.css, I then decide to replace the server version by uploading the same styling.css which includes extra code; ACC skips the file as it already exists in server and doesnt overwrite or replace it, I am having to reupload the file under a different name, is this expected? or is something broken?

Hello all,I want to compare the current value (oldValue) of a field and the value that I have when I try to save the same record through the input form.How can I retrieve this information?I tried with: <enter> <set expr="@field" xpath="/tmp/@field"/> </enter> but the value in [/tmp/@field] is the value set in the last selected recordCan you address me?Thanks,Salvatore@jonathon_wodnicki @davidkangni @milan_vucetic @_manoj_kumar_ @darren_bowers
