OOB workflows failed

Hi,

OOB workflows were failed. When I checked in the audilt logs, It was failed due to particular operator. That operator was removed from our LDAP directory. now we are not able to start the workflow. Could you please anyone help us to fix.

Audit logs:

Unable to connect with login 'ABC'. Make sure that the login is correct and that the account is not disabled. If you wish to stop the workflow, use the unconditional stop.

Thanks

Hi Rampra,

If you alter the workflow ever so slightly (say move an activity in the workflow palette a little) and re-save it, the workflow will then be associated to your user and you should then be able to restart it.

The reason for this is that workflows get their permissions from the associated operator record. If the operator gets deleted or deactivated the workflow is no longer able to function.

Craig
