Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Hi, We have configured the string delimiter as double quote in the Data loading activity. However, we found that the content of a column contains the double quote which crashes the data import and that row till be skipped. How should we handle this case so that the row of data can still be imported? Thanks.

We have been generating and pushing the reports to an specific SFTP location, and now we want to upload/push the reports to a shared location i.e. a share point or a shared folder.we have tried uploading file with file transfer activity where source is sftp path and remote server URL is desired path.is there better way of implementing this or if we were doing anything wrong in file transfer activity, either way kindly let us know.

Hi all, we have asked to export delivery content per recipient (email, sms and mms content) to the middleware system used by call center agents. They need preview of sent communication per user and content of the delivery (preferable as .pdf attachment) as soon as delivery is sent.Do you have any ideas without touching business users and their campaigns/workflows? Something like export data from delivery logs and content from delivery...but there is no easy way to transform email/sms/mms content to the .pdf and  hot to even link that to the particular customer...Any idea is appreciated... Regards,Milan

We are trying to identify all inbound api services exposed by our adobe campaign classic.  At present we use two main api interfaces.Data oriented api, where the interface is defined in a data schema and accessed via https://<campaign instance>/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jspRest api, where interface is defined in a jsspIs there an easy way to get a list of available api's for external users?

I am trying to access the segment code defined in a workflow split, in the personilazation step in a delivery template. However some steps need to be taken in order to include the segment code in the target data object. I fail to understand how this is done. I wish to hava recipients divided into segments, with personalized content based on segments in the same delivery. targetData.@segmentCode remains empty. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello. I'm testing sending SMS from our instance of Adobe Campaign Classic and was wondering if there's any recommendation when it comes to using multiple waves? We use this for most of our email sends to manage our deliverability and throttle larger volumes over the day(s) but unsure as to whether this would also be applicable for SMS? Thanks. Luke

I need to write to the address schema (quarantines) on the Message Center execution instance due to spam trap hits. I will in practice write quarantines present on the marketing instance to the message center instance since there is no sync out of the box. I've tried to run the below code in a workflow but get error: INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Forbidden' type error (403)I use the same connection information to query for current quarantines in message center in another workflow. How can I make this work to write to nms:address in execution instance? Is it just a matter of getting credentials to a login with admin (write) permission on the execution server.NOTE: Code and error example updated after adding try catch and changing from NlElement to string as input param. //--ACCOUNT AND LOGON DATAvar extAccount = instance.vars.extAccountId;var rtCell = NL.ExecutionInstance.getExtAccount(extAccount, NL.ExecutionInstance.MESSAGECENTER_TYPE);if( !NL.XTK.parseBoolean(rt

Hello, I am getting error a LOT when I try to open deliveries. I can click through multiple times until the delivery will open, but after awhile, the delivery will open in a blue screen and I am FORCED at that point to close down and reopen. This is a HUGE pain point for me. I have tried clearing cache but it only helps for so long. I have noticed that it happens more frequently when I have a "test" campaign open, with multiple workflows/deliveries within. I thought maybe at first it was because too many of the workflows within the test campaign were in a paused state, so I have made sure to STOP all workflows in all my test campaigns and this doesn't help. I'm trying to determine what else may be causing the issue. Any help/ideas are greatly welcome. Thank you! Cindy

I am attempting to build a jssp page for content preview to be used inside a webapp for content creation. The goal is to have an iframe show the transformed content, just as the preview shown in the client content editor.I got this: <% logonEscalation("webapp"); response.setContentType("text/html;charset=utf-8"); var preview =[] var contentId = 86800; if(contentId>0){ preview = ncm.publishing.TransformJavaScript("rbe:blockContent","HTML", 86800 ) } document.write( preview[1]!=undefined ? preview[1].toSource() : "No content found") %> And get error:SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'TransformJavaScript' of service 'ncm:publishing'.Can anyone suggest what I should be doing?

I am getting below error while installing the Adobe Campaign Classic v6. Please assist.

Hi everyone! I am trying to create a new output column to add to a list of recipients, and I'm only being able to edit the label, but not the new output column's expression (For example: Label: First Name | Expression (@FirstName)). I think that it can be done editing the Data Schema, more specifically the Recipient's schema. Could you help me do it? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am trying to find a way to use Adobe Campaign data in 3rd party tool to build another database that can be used internally. Is there way to export data table(i,e. nms:trackingLogRcp ) out of Adobe and load into another database? It could be either API or scheduled export to flat file. Thanks,

Hi there! We have been working on enabling the adobe analytics - ACC connector and it is working fine. However i've come across a challenge that I simply can not figure out how to solve (if it is even possible)  The web analytics connector enriches all links with cid, bid and rid. BUT it is very important for us to also have the link label in the link so that we know from what section of the email the link was clicked. I.e: We want a link that looks like the following: https://xxx.dk?cid=xxx&bid=xyz&rid=abc:hero It is the last part with the :hero that I can not see how I can append to every link dynamically based on the html label that is computed on the link. Any help very much appreciated!

We have the hybrid setup of the Adobe Campaign classic where we have installed the ACC on our on-premise servers and the current version of our on-premise ACC is 7.0 19.1 build 9032@d6b8062. Adobe reached out to us to upgrade our on-premise ACC version with the Gold Standard 11 build, the operating system of our on-premise server is RHEL, so we downloaded the only RHEL build ( GS11 9032.11 ) that is available on the Adobe software distribution website. When we tried to upgrade with the latest build that we downloaded the installer is giving the below message. Even i followed the steps mentioned in the below Adobe link to run the command to do the force post upgrade and after executing the post upgrade command, I see the version of our ACC didn't change after the upgrade. Please help me if I'm missing any steps that I need to do to install the GS11 build on our on-premise servers and why the installer is giving the below message as per Adobe the ACC version that we're on is GS5 bui

Hello Folks,Can someone please help in providing details on OOTB "nms:interaction" schema. I checked this Interaction Module of campaign classic data model, however, I couldn't find any details on sameI am trying to understand below:What data does this schema stores? When do this schema comes into picture, in terms of usage? Is it during API calls?Significance of this schema? I checked in ACC Console, however I am getting an "No PK" error when I tried to access data (or) perform query operation. Is this a platform issue? Please let me know if anyone has details around itRegards,Sri Bhargav

The Database cleanup workflow has the error when update the deliveries. It looks like the error SQL command is "update nmsdelivery set istate=85 tsLastModified=GetDate()", the comma "," missing between the "85" and the "tsLastModified". This is a system generated SQL, does anyone know how to make the SQL correct when the system workflow "database cleanup" running?

A webapp Page (v5 compatibility), Combo box input -> advanced settings Initialization: "Automatic via an enumeration" suggest we can use enumerations defined outside the webapp to populate a select element in our webpage's HTML. Elements in schemas can use enumerations defined in the schema using attributeenum="enumName" Or, enum defined in different schemaenum="cus:schemaName:enumName" Or, using a database enumdbEnum="enumName" However the settings for the combo box have a field "Enumeration Xpath", and however I write the reference to my enum, the select-element remains unpopulated. The enum is of type system, and is working in inputforms using dbEnum="enumName" attribute. Can anyone share some light on how this is supposed to work, please?
