Adobe Workfront Fusion

Hello, I have a .csv file that feeds into my scenario and creates several new records in Salesforce. The output of the "Create new record in SF" is the ID for each newly created record.When I am testing this out:1 .csv file with 3 rows of data goes in.3 new records with ID numbers are created in Salesforce.I want the next step to be simply to create a new .csv, again with 3 rows, one for each contact and also showing the new ID number for each record. I cannot figure out where I am going wrong! The best I can get is creating 3 x csv files but I can't seem to combine them all into one place. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks CSV is parsed producing 3 bundles from the 3 rows in the file. 3 x SF records are created based on the data. Trying Array aggregator but 3 operations are still produced  I want to aggreagate the 3 operations and include some data (first name, last name) from the original csv file but additionally have the ID number from the SF module

We have recently integrated Fusion with our Workfront instance, we're looking to gather insights from experienced users on effective best practices and common automation strategies that have helped optimize their workflows. Also looking for some quick wins that has helped teams increase speed to market. Any ideas or guidance would be appreciated. We are currently compiling a list and prioritizing those ideas. 

Hi all,  Does anyone have advice on learning to do/classes to take (online, university, etc.) for a current Fusion builder/citizen developer who wants to get more into on 1. more advanced Fusion building concepts (like JSON, API, relevant languages or concepts, etc.) and 2. the app-building/better understanding world? I am very intrigued by the ability to embed custom apps mentioned in the fourth quarter release webinar, but my knowledge in the developer space is limited. I am looking for some continued education that can better help expand what I can do for my teams in Workfront.  Thank you so much for the help! 🙂 Brittany 

Hi All,I've got a Workfront webhook as the first module of a Fusion scenario. The scenario is meant to run when the Home Team of an active Workfront user is updated - but it's not working.Here's how it's configured:Record type: User State: New state Filters: HomeTeamID Changed AND IsActive EQUAL true AND connection updates included Record Origin: Updated Record OnlyWhen I update an active user's Home Team, the webhook is not called so the scenario does not run.I did some testing and figured that the issue is caused by the filter IsActive EQUAL true.If I create a webhook withouth that filter, it just works fine. (Obviously it is also called when an inactive user's Home Team is updated - which is not what I want.)Record type: User State: New state Filters: HomeTeamID Changed AND connection updates included Record Origin: Updated Record Only Can someone please tell me what is wrong with this filter?Thank you,Tibor

This is one of my favorite scenarios to date and it is very simple to create yourself. I always hated looking up the system status codes and also love having all my fusion data in one spot. This scenario gets all statuses and puts them into a report that is then added to a dashboard. I have multiple reports that are related to any and all WF IDs including this.Outcome: 

Instead of iterating/filtering over items to create a new list of forms, fields or other objects, it literally takes 2 modules: The first to transform the object into JSON, the second JSONata. Hello Fusioners ,  I have an existing Scenario within which I would like to add a module for API. However this API is accessible only within Singapore Region (i.e) Need a VPN to connect to this APIThe rest of the services are available in EU region. Can you suggest what is the best way to complete my Scenario, given the above conditions ? ThanksHarish

Hello Adobe community,  I work as a project manager for an online magazine/publication. We currently use Wrokfront to buildout and track our workflow. Cons:The fonts are relatively tiny -- I can't imagine this passes accessibility testingThe fonts look too "bold", in a manner where it feels like much of the UI is "screaming"The text-vs-icon sizing is not proportional in a pleasing wayThe new team selector location is taking up vertical real estate in the main content area as opposed to just being in the left nav where there is typically plenty of spacePros:It's more stylistic than my own personal fashion sense Relative to other functionality requests that I've seen (and made) in this forum, spending dev cycles on a style change like this feels like a questionable effort-to-value ratio.  I'm sure there is some reason for this, but it's really not obvious to the outsider at the moment.

We recently adopted this best practice and I thought I would share with the community. Sometimes, a problem surfaces with a Workfront record in which its clear that Fusion did not create or update the record in the expected way. When this happens, it can be time consuming or impossible to track down the specific execution so you can inspect the module inputs/outputs.With that in mind, we started recording the scenario ID and execution ID to Workfront records as part of the create or update Workfront record modules in every scenario. Having these IDs as part of the Workfront record itself enables you to create Workfront reports that can:1. Open the actual execution that created a record.2. Open the actual execution that last updated a record (which may be different than the scenario that created it).3. Count, filter, and group records that are created or updated by Fusion, by each scenario.This enables you to answer questions like:"This record doesn't look right. What did Fusion do

We are looking at rolling out Frame.io to use as our internal creative reviews and feedback for all video and animation projects. We want to continue to have stakeholder (internal & external) reviews happen in Workfront Proof and have Workfront track due dates. I was hoping for some ideas on how this can be done and an example or 2 of how Fusion has helped.    1. Does anyone have an example Fusion scenario built to connect Frame.io to Workfront and Workfront Proof? 2. Does anyone have an integration with Frame.io, Workfront and Workfront Proof?

I recently worked through a need to create and maintain a many-to-many relationship that would be partially managed in Workfront and partially managed in Salesforce.  I'm sharing an overview of our solution in case it helps someone down the road.   The business need is to link the implementation effort (managed in a Workfront Project) with the product sold (managed in a Salesforce Asset).
