Adobe Workfront

Hi, is there a way to only filter for approved requests / issues in a report? We would like to use this report for Project Managers to go through before converting the requests to projects.  I have also been trying to add a column to show the name of the approver but both approver columns we have in the system is not showing accurately.  Any kind of help is appreciated. Thank you!

Has anyone found a work around to be able to edit a project custom field on a task report? We really need to find a way to do this if it is at all possible. Thanks!

I am pulling reports for some teams who need view of a custom field in a report. This custom field shows the names of teams but when pulled into a report they appear in a different order each time. Is there a reason for this and is there a way to change it? 

Hi,Not sure if this can be done, looking for a way to "link" projects.In my case, we have a project with Compliance approval and want to "link" it to a new project to show that it has compliance approval. 

I've been asked to show a date in a report asSat, 3/8/25However, from what I see I can only showSat, Mar 8, 2025 or 3/8/25 (without the day)To workaround that limitation, I want to only show the first 5 characters from the partialAtDate - so "Sat, "Then I'll use sharecol to show the date ( format atDate) after that, so 3/8/25The text mode I'm using to only display the first five characters from the left is below, but the report isn't showing anything in the column. Hi Workfront Community,I'm currently facing an issue with filtering for the current iteration in Workfront reporting. Despite selecting the iteration status, it doesn't seem to return any results.Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is this a known issue or a broken feature in Workfront that prevents setting the current iteration in reports?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi all - I want to know if there is a way to pull task info into a Project report? For instance, if I need a column on a Project report to show the Due Date of a specific Task, if there a way to pull that into a column? Thanks!

I'm one of the new (still learning) system admins for our Workfront instance.  We are trying to create an external lookup field that will find all of our projects that are in the "In-Progress" (CUR) or "Planning" (PLN) status.  I am having a hard time determining if Workfront supports syntax for "OR" not to mention what it would be.  We have tried using ||, however that didn't seem to produce the results we wanted.This is what we have so far: $$HOST/attask/api/v19.0/projects/search?status=PLN||status=CURWe have also tried: $$HOST/attask/api/v19.0/projects/search?status=PLN,CUR  $$HOST/attask/api/v19.0/projects/search?status=PLN&status=CURplus some other variations. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've created a report filtering for two parent tasks within one project: Plan Campaign and Execute Campaign. I want the report to show the number of weekdays that transpired between the actual start date of the Plan Completion parent task and the actual completion date of the Execute Campaign task. Is it possible to create an email template and attach it to a Proofing workflow? So every time we send a proof, the email is standardized? Right now we have our standardized language in a Word document and copy and paste into the email in the Proofing workflow, but we would love it if the language could live inside Workfront.

Stay with me... I'm part of a creative services team and we have 1 custom form for our requestors to fill out. This form has options of a print request, promo request, digital/paid media request, language translation as well as other options of types of work needed. Requestors are able to select multiple choices, perhaps print and digital together. With each choice the specific set of questions or section populates on the form for requestors to answer related to that specific request type. When multiple ones are chosen, you could have 2, 3 or more separate sections on the form that have been filled out. My designers are finding that it is very hard to sift through each section, reading the answers to the questions, checking the boxes they've selected for types of assets (flyer, brochure, ad, billboard....), sizes and instruction boxes and at the end knowing exactly what they need to do - how many print items, how many digital items? Sometimes we can end up with upwards of 30+ assets/fi

I have a project template with proofreading as a task. I have created a custom form and attached it to my projects so our designers can communicate to our proofreading team and provide them the specifics on what needs to be proofread and where it’s located.Once the designers have completed the proofreading form, is there a way to automatically notify the proofreaders that the job is ready for them? Here are the only two scenarios I have come up with so far: The designers @ the proofreading team in the Updates section of the project, letting them know their job is ready to be reviewedI add a checkbox to the custom form that would trigger a fusion scenario to notify the team. The caveat there is that every job requires two proofreads, so I would then have to create two checkboxes, no? Is there something glaring obvious that I am not thinking about here?

Hi, We have a requirement where we need to keep adding option in dropdown based on meta data we receive everyday. SO that user can select values through dropdown.Can we have some Workfront API through which we can do so or any fusion module can keep on adding option dynamically into Dropdown. Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks

My WF instance has two separate companies. I am creating groups and noticed that there are job roles already in the setup for my company that I had not created. If I delete these job roles, will it effect the entire workfront instance or only delete the job roles at the company-level? We don't have any tasks assigned to job roles in my company/groups.

It seems multiple notification options have been removed from the "Workfront Profile > Edit Person > Notifications" area.  There used to be a couple dozen, and now there are just three.  We've noticed this over the past couple of days, and are no longer getting certain notifications (such as predecessor task completed) that we rely on for our workflow.Have these been deleted, or perhaps moved to a different location in the settings interface?
