Adobe Workfront

We have a parent to child project setup. Our parent project is configured to allow a smaller request queue for creative development. We have many people that contribute and enter requests within the parent project. When the Project Owner places the project on hold, the child request (issue) is not routed to the creative queue. Is there any way to allow the request to push through when the project is on hold? 

We are working on exporting all assets that are currently loaded directly with Workfront to an external storage location. I am being asked to identify what storage sizes I can expect. Hi,I wonder if someone have run into this and potentially found a work around: We are trying to setup a project level report to compare 2 dates with one another. For example, we want to check if Date 1 is greater than Date 2. The issue we run into is that every date in Workfront has a timestamp attached to it. So for example, if the time on the date is after 5PM (I think this is done based on the WF instance time zone vs user time zone), Workfront will assume the date to compare falls into the next date. For example, if the actual completion date is 4/29/25 7:15PM, when comparing the date is seen as 4/30/25. To solve this, we tried a few ways:1. We created 2 custom fields for the 2 dates we tried to compare and within the formula we included CLEARTIME function. That did not seem to work.2. And similar to #1, instead of the custom fields, we used the CLEARTIME function within the filter itself, also result were not expected. A typical use case would be, I want to see

I have a custom form with Field 1 as a dropdown and Field 2 as a single line text to input the quantity required (of Field 1). This formula works:{DE:Field1}*{DE:Field2} and gives me a total. Happy. Now I would like to have Field 1 as a multi checkbox with 5 options and each option has a value associated to it. Depending on which option/s are selected in Field1, a single line text field will then appear to input a quantity for each of the 5 options selected.I want to update my calculated field to now give me a total value of Field 1 x Field 2 PLUS any of the other options. I found this as a test, but it gives me invalid expression.IF(CONTAINS("Field1Option1", (DE:Field1}), {DE:Field2}*value1,0)+IF(CONTAINS("Field1Option2", (DE:Field1}), {DE:Field2}*value2,0) And this one gives me 0:IF(CONTAINS("Field1Option1", (DE:Field1})*{DE:Field2},0)+IF(CONTAINS("Field1Option2", (DE:Field1})*{DE:Field2},0) Please can someone help? Hello! It is possible to adjust the height of a row in a task report. We have custom forms attached to the tasks, and some fields contain a lot of information, which is affecting the report's format. Is it possible to limit the row height to just one or two lines in the report?

I am noticing some of my users automatically have a Personal calendar while others do not. I have looked to see: 1.) If it is an access level issue - No2.) If it is a Iayout template issue - No  I have also searched articles on AEL but I can't find a pointed answer to this question.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you

Is there a way to create if/then scenarios to set a condition for a column? I have a project clean up report where I need project owners to emphasize form fields that they need to complete as part of their project planning. I would like to create a condition where IF a selection is made in one field, and not an a subfield, THEN the report will highlight the missing entry for the subfield.  For example: our project entry form requires the selection of the market and business line of that market. In this case if the project owner selected a market but did not complete the business line for that market, the report should highlight that field in a color to emphasize this is a missing entry for their project.  How can I achieve this using reporting column conditional rules?

I want to know the feasibility of setting up a client account with limited view access to only projects that they are on. This is something that is new to me and I have not worked with setting up accounts before. Is this something that is possible or would it be better to setup an external app with the information?

Is there any update on when Calendars can be added to Canvas Dashboards?I assumed we needed to wait for the new UI, though with that released is there an updated date? Similarly, are their plans to bring Planning views, like Timelines and Calendars, into Canvas Dashboards relatively soon?

I took over a Workfront instance and have. had quite a few of our users who have raised issues regarding their proofing permission where they can no longer update and manage other users proofs - which they have done up until now. This is resolved by updating their permission form Standard  to Supervisor. Did something change recently with these permissions that I'm unaware of?

Hello, I have noticed that proof copying should be possible in Workfront Proof. But I am unable to find the Copy -button. I checked with documentation, but cannot find a Copy -option. We use Workfront as an asset approval platform. The Large Thumbnail column we have included in our report for reviewing assets does not always display the file. Is this feature limited to file type or file size?Thanks! Niall

Is there a way to carry over unresolved proof comments into new proof versions in Workfront Proof?  This would be extremely helpful to keep track of edits needed when we are ready to review some of the changes, but some longer term resolutions are still outstanding. Thanks

We have a request form that includes a field dropdown that lists all active programs. is it possible to have the dropdown selection from the request form then autopopulate the Project association's program? 

We have been experiencing issues opening Workfront Proofs directly from a Workfront Proof Email on our iphones.  I did delete the "Proof App" in case that was the issue, but it still does not work for me on Safari.  I can open the proof through the Workfront app but that is very inefficient, especially for upper management, to have to go in and search through projects to find proofs.  We should be able to open it through an email link directly.  Please advise.  Thanks.

I need to use 3 Sorting columns in Adobe workfront report in text mode but i'm able to sort only one column in text mode rest two columns are not allowing me to sort in text mode only sorting in Standard mode is it possible to sort them in text mode all three sorting? Its showing Error "Unable to edit the column text mode data in the view builder"

Workfront Community,We're building a new project template that needs task #25 to start 10 days after task #24 ends. Task #24 is the predecessor to task #25, but the kicker is the project manager would only like task #25 to appear in the My Task widget once the ten days are up. I've tried a few variations of task constraints and filters on the My Tasks widget, but the task is still appearing in the widget. Any suggestions?

Hi all, Has anyone else had trouble lately with users suddenly not being able to log time to projects (via either the updates OR the hours tabs, as if their permissions have changed)? We had several users suddenly lose their ability to do this starting this week. Nothing has changed with our settings. These users were previously logging time to a project last week just fine, then this week they're not able to log to that same project. These users need to be able to log time to the project and NOT a task to ensure we're tracking things a certain way and not skewing what is logged against our tasks specifically.  No group settings, team settings, project settings have changed. We have it turned on to log time to projects. These are users with work OR plan licenses, ensuring the contributors have it checked to log time. We have cleared cookies/cache, ensured browsers are up-to-date, everything I could think of. I have a ticket with Support, but it is taking a while and
