I have used Adobe Sign in the past and just got Giga Sign installed.  When using Giga Sign I choose the CSV file with the send information prefilled.  On the right side there is the folder information.  When I click browse and then choose library nothing happens.  I should be getting Adobe Sign templates to choose from.  When the integration key was setup the IT person said the library read was selected.  Does anyone know what is causing the problem?  

Why the sample size calculator over estimates the sample needed? With fewer visitors than the estimated, the results are conclusive.For example:80% power, 95% Confidence level, baseline conversion of 10%, 2 offers, and 1000 daily visitors, the calculator says that you will need:a sample size of 14,748 visitors to detect a lift of 10%.  However, with 10,000 visitors per offer, you can detect a lift of 10% with a 98,89% Confidence Level. Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hi, I am using this template to setup a pop up at the time of user exit: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-experience-templates/tree/master/lightbox-exit-inten.... It works great except I am not able to limit it once per session. Currently it shows on all pages when i hover over close button. I am ok limiting this once per visitor level too or even cookie. Is there a way to do that in target? I know there is one way where you can chose your reporting source as "Adobe Target" and you could go into the Advanced settings in the success metric and choose the option that increments the count and then bars from re-entry and set a  user to convert right away, like on user seeing **any mbox**. However I want to use A4T so I can do my reporting in analytics. Please let me know if anyone has found a way to do this!

Hi there. I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light as to why I'm getting the following error in my browser console on the Target response (.tt.omtrdc...) payload?I've copied the QA URL from my activity, and when I paste into the browser, I can't debug the payload, because this is the only message I get. Not sure if related, but the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger throws me the following error when I try to turn on Target Traces.ERROR{{errorRetrievingTargetAccessData}}  

I'm working on a deployment of Target/Recommendations on a standard website (i.e. not a single page app). We're running at.js 2.1.0 and we have Experience Cloud ID service running, as well as Analytics. We're also using mbox3rdPartyID to leverage the the client's internal user IDs so that we can more accurately map and maintain profile data for specific users.Most everything about this deployment is straightforward, but I've run into a use case that is a little bit odd.One of our key stories is that users will be accessing the site from a 'kiosk' computer. They don't have log-in credentials to that computer itself (it is effectively always running the same "Guest User" account), instead they log in to the website on that computer. What this means is that we can rapidly transition between different user accounts on the website inside the same "session" window (i.e. 30 minute blocks).This is a problem because Target - by design - is hanging on to a session identifier. There's a few test scenarios where I don't want the user to be entered into a test unless they see the actual treatment.  For example. 50/50 split test in the cart. I want to show an exit intent modal to half the audience.  Is there a way to only allow the user to be entered into the test if they have an exit intent (move cursor to close)? 

Case: Let's assume there is a significant lead time from a conversion on the web until activation of a service actually happens. After activation and as a part of the onboarding process for the service you want to not only use triggered emails/texts, but also expose the visitors for relevant content online (the full omni experience and all that).    Any smart feature in Target that will start exposing users n days after they qualified for the base segment? Yes; I think (in theory) its possible to use recency on the trait(s) within the segment e.g. has qualified for the trait equal to or more than one time in "recency > n" days to obtain this, but any built-in feature would be preferrable.

I'm trying to serve "Recently Viewed Items"  but I want the experience to cleanly fail over to Site Wide Top Sellers if there isn't any recently viewed items data for the visitor. If I build a regular criteria chain it'll populate the first items from Recently Viewed and then backfill the remainder of the set with Top Sellers. Not looking for that, need it to serve one or the other. Potential (not great) solutions I'm considering;Call them both separately hidden, test if Recently Viewed populated and reveal it with JavaScript. It's inelegant and adds unnecessary content to the page but would work.Set a user.param on product view and then test for it with a profile script. Would also likely work but this feels like I'm re-building something that already exists and I'm worried the expiration on the param wouldn't match up with the internal expiration on Recently Viewed maybe? I'm hoping there's something simpler I'm overlooking, if not then I'll use one of the above ideas

We are running a pricing test in which we redirect the visitor to the same page with some URL parameters attached.  For example, they navigate to example.com.  Target then sends 50% of the visitors to example.com/?partnerid=1234 so the visitor gets a price reduction.  So there are a couple of issues.  Analytics fires twice because of the redirection to the same pageDiscounted price doesn't persist thru multiple sessionsSo the visitor could see the test price in the first session but see the default price in the second sessionAny suggestions?

The context:I have two user groups(beta1 and beta2) in AEM. When a user logs into the website, I capture whether they are in the beta1 or beta2 groups in a JS variable that is placed just before the launch script, so that when the delivery request is sent, I can utilize this value as a profile parameter for targeting. The following is the launch rule: Where the custom code is:  function targetPageParams() { var group = userGroup; //userGroup variable is set to beta1/beta2 just before the launch script return "profile.userGroup="+group; }   The issue:1. The profile parameters are not sent to the target on the very first page load. Target is giving the default experience since the request field for the profile parameters is empty. I tried replacing the custom code with a hardcoded value along but got the same result. We recently moved to server side rendering and it seems that enabling and disabling feature flags via Target is no longer a viable option.  Is there documentation about best practices on Target and SSR?  Our most meaningful tests have always required feature flags as they are not simply picture changes.  Any guidance would be helpful.

Hi,  (Context) I'm trying to create a banner at the top of my homepage for people who was about to check out a product but didn't finish the purchase. First I tried the banner specifically with 1 product and worked very good, but know i'm trying to add another product, but i would like to show only one banner (1 product or the other, not both of them).  (Problem) I had created 2 different experiments in Target with the banner at the same position, but visitors sees 2 banners instead of one (I would like to configure the way that the banner shows the last product seen). So: 1. What should I do in order to show only 1 banner.2. How could I show the last product view in the banner? Thanks a lot

Hello Community, I'm having trouble getting the geo-targeting rule to work. I thought it was an out-of-the-box solution. Am I wrong? I simply want to set the geo-location for Australia, New Zealand, or United States. To verify I'm using mboxOverride.browserIp and getting IP's by country: https://lite.ip2location.com/ip-address-ranges-by-country but the activity is not loading in the browser. On the other hand, when I use the default All Visitors audience everything works. I created an audience with the following rules...see attached. 

Are there any official docs on best practices in integrating the Adobe Target api's (https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/legacy-api/index.html) or (https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/) into a .NET MVC project?For example is there a .net sdk for integrating with the API or any guidelines on handling consent management?

We have uploaded data into Customer Attributes and have subscribed the attributes to Adobe Target. When I fetch the Target profile using the third party ID I can see the attributes. However, when I use the ECID only to retrieve back the profile data it does not include these attributes. Why is this? If I lookup the ID in customer attributes I can see that the ECID is paired. ThanksNick
