Adobe Target and TLS 1.3

Hello fellow knowledge seekers,

Does Adobe Target support TLS 1.3, specifically VEC? I have not seen any documentation specifically about 1.3 but would assume it would be supported by default. The reason I ask is because some elements of Adobe Campaign did not support TLS 1.3 as recently as April 1st, 2021.

Note: As par my understanding through different documentation. TLS 1.3 is supported by Adobe Target.
