Adobe Target

We are going to use SalesForce DataCloud in the company I work for and at this point we don't know how to import audiences to Target.Is there any documentation or anyone that did this in the past?Thanks!  

Assuming my stack is AEP + AT. I know how to make that audience and share it with Target. But you can share only Profile Attributes. However how would you access product details in order to display this product in Experience Targeting using Target?My ideas:1. Save this into Local Storage2. Save this into Data Layer Do you have any other ideas?

Hi team,In the past UI I was able to replace a big chunk of a webpage with an experience fragment but seems that it is no longer possible, the replace option is not appearing if I select a div that includes more content of the page.I'm using the div selectors at the bottom of the UI to select the portion of the page I'm trying to replace with the experience fragment, but when selected the correct div, the replace option is not appearing (see screenshot).Is there a workaround you could recommend to do this? Thanks!    

Hi, I have a question around lookback windows within the criteria setup. What if your lookback window is set to 2 days -and a certain customer shops and purchases an item in that first day. But then they are off the site for a week. When they return, will it give them all backup plans (if there is no criteria sequence)? Or does the second day kick in, on the "second day" they visit our website? Hope that makes sense, thanks!

I have created a customer attribute source and uploaded a datafile, and the file looks like it has been successfully uploaded, but the sync status says unable to retrieve sync status. It has been more than 48 hours since I did this. Does this mean the attributes haven't been mapped into Target?

Is there an email notification that can be scheduled to alert me of a successful file upload and ID sync status in Target? For example, if I want to regularly upload a data file from my CRM system into Experience Cloud to use as an audience within Target, how will I know this has been successful in order to give the go ahead to the CRM team to run their campaign? Do I have to login every day to check or is there another way?

This issue has been observed following the VEC updates by Adobe. The Adobe Target Standard/Premium 25.2.1 release (February 17, 2015) introduces an updated Visual Experience Composer (VEC). Hello -  We currently create traits using many of the Customer-Defined Signals defined in the below article such as c_pageurl, c_pagename, c_evar19, c_contextdata.analytics.buttonclicktype, etc.  As we transition to the Web & Mobile SDK, is there something different that we should be using? Or do those Signal names carry over? We are trying to understand if we need to update the trait logic with the change to the SDK. We are in the midst of evolving our AppMeasurement Adobe Analytics setup to Web SDK. However, our Target activities are no longer coming into Analytics under our SDK setup. Under AppMeasurement the default A4T metrics and dimensions used to flow into Adobe Analytics via the Target Extension and report suite connection (on the the Target side). Under SDK these don't seem to work. Are we missing a configuration step potentially?

We’ve implemented Adobe Target using a server-side integration in our application. The backend (built on .NET) makes the Target API call and receives a JSON response, based on which we render the selected experience/view.On the front end, we use Adobe Analytics to track page views and user interactions. The front end is running AT.js 1.x. Now we want to connect the dots between the Target experience selected in the backend and the Analytics data captured on the frontend. Hi, As has been widely commented on here, the new UI has several significant issues that delay/block business as usual activity. These issues are not only happening to us but also to our Adobe technical consulting team. Having the toggle to allow us to revert back has somewhat lessened the impact, but I understand this is going to be removed on June 22nd - regardless of whether the issues are resolved or not. Several of our key initiatives are going to be blocked or severely hampered if this does happen. Please can the toggle be kept in place until there is confidence across the community that the new UI is fit for purpose? 

Hi, I've gone to analyse a test in Target and noticed that the A4T link (that used to appear in "Reports") is no longer present - this is both on the old and new UI. Am I just not seeing it or is this not going to be a function ongoing? Thanks,Miriam Eg. 

Is there a way to access profile data on the front end ? Something like user.profile_property == 'some value' ?  

I'm having problems identifying deleted offers in Automated Personalization activities in the new Target UI. In the old UI, deleted offers would appear in Reports with their full name and 'deleted' appended to it e.g. 'Offer Name [Deleted]'.Now in the new UI, they appear as 'Deleted option with ID:1', with the ID number changing for each deleted offer (see attached screenshot). These IDs don't mean anything to me, and I am unable to identify which offer they refer to. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a way to match the ID to a previously deleted offer? This change has made reporting on automated personaliztion activities way more challenging, and I'm baffled as to why this crucial piece of information has been removed.

Automated Personalization, Auto Target, and Recommendations are not supported by the Visual Experience Composer. Hi, I am using the lightbox target experience template and can't figure out what part of the code needs to be edited in order to have the blue box have more space on the top and bottom. I have tried changing the 42px (in orange below) but that does not change anything. Ever since the new VEC Experience became available to me, I have not been able to access (or even see) any of my HTML Offers nor Experience Fragments when attempting to insert one into an activity. Mind you, if I go to the Offers tab outside of the Activities tab, I can still find and see every offer there. Instead, I keep getting blocked with this "Invalid User Input" error. Some (but not all) other people I work with are also seeing the same impediment. Is anyone else having any issues like this? 

H Team, I have observed Adobe target experince is showing up in live pages without making the activity live, could you please check this and help me

I have an activity where I have inserted HTML using Insert After or Insert Before on an element. Whenever I use the preview links to load the activity, it is like it fires twice and anything I have inserted after or before another element shows twice. Is there any way to get the preview link to only fire changes once?

Does anyone know how to edit and rearrange the order of the audience/experience waterfall within an activity in the new UI?? Previously you could hold and drag them into a new order on the 'edit targeting' tab within the activity edit screen.
