Hi all, One of my clients got alerted about the Adobe Target VEC Helper-plugin going to be changed to Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin. They ae now asking: When they first implemented Adobe Target VEC Helper it was seen as a SaaS-solution, but is this plugin – and the Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper-plugin actually a SaaS solution? Hi Team,   I was using Delivery API for Adobe Target Recommendations Activity. I get "html" as "type" in response. What other values could be present here ?   content has "\" , can we have refined response in the content like defined in the design ?

Hi All,We have some activities in Target that are displayed based on the time of day. One such area is the customer service area, where the chat option is available based on the working hours of our support agent. Unfortunately, after DST ended on 30th October, it seems that Target does not adjust the time out of the box. For example, the layer here should be displayed from 16:00. But is now displayed from 15:00 onwards. I can see two ways : a) use Profile script, b) manually update time for each activity.   Do you have any other recommendations to solve this problem?

Will Activity A prevent Activity B from getting any visitors? Or will Activity B still get its targeted audience?

crs.get('<Datasource Name>.<Attribute name>'), here what to be used as "Datasource Name"?.   I tried to create audience in Target by using alias id in "DataSource Name" and it does not seems working. I am bit confuse why alias id not working and what else to be used? Sorry to revive an old thread but I have the same question as the original poster and don't feel like the response on that thread was clear.     Given both the 'audience' and 'audience refinements'  get applied, what difference does it make if I put criteria in which area of the UI?    For example, if I am running a global mbox and I want the test to run where:   Landing Page URL Contains '/membership' AND current page URL contains '/product'  Does it matter where I embed this logic?  In the 'audience'? In the 'audience refinements'?  One criteria in one and one in another?     Is there an order of operations being applied?  Is speed of execution a factor?   Fairly confused at this point.

Hi Team,   We are planning to use Adobe Target Recommendations using Server Side. I am referring the help doc developer.adobe.com/target/before-administer/recs-api/fetch-recs-server-side-delivery-api/ to implement this. I need to check the json response of the recommendation activity I have already defined the json design (non html) and form based recs activity using Adobe Target . I am facing issue with API body so wanted to check the exact structure (it is not clear in the help doc)   Any pointers  in this regard will be really helpful.   #serverside #recommendations

Hi Team,   We are planning to use Recommendations API to create/update Entities.  For those API to run we need bearer token, bearer token is generated using JWT Token.   Both bearer and jwt token are not constant so how can we automate it ?   Any insight on this is reallly helpful.

As mentioned in : Upgrading from at.js 1.x to at.js 2.x ,There doesn't seem to be support for the following mbox parameters when upgraded to 2.x.I'm currently trying to create audiences where I only want visitors whose browserWidth is greater than 800px to qualify for a specific experience in my activty. Visitors whose browserWidth is less than 799px would be allocated into another audience, and served a different experience.I've tried implementing in this in the audience, but because the site I work on utilizes at.js 2.x, the following implementation didn't work. I've tested it.I've also tried creating Profile scripts to retrieve the value of mbox.param('browserWidth'), but that doesn't work either.Is there a method that I can use to grab the browser width of the visitor in at.js 2.x? I don't have access to adobe launch, so changes in there would not be an option.

I created a CSV feed and have a entity.id, entity.name, entity.message  for each item along with adding my entity.pageUrl (setting this to the absolute URL of my pages), I created a Design and set my Criteria. I then created a Recommendation activity and set it up with a Design, Criteria and Collection, all is displaying as expected in Edit mode, but when I launch it, no recommendations show and if I use mboxTrace, I get the following message at the bottom of the output:  "response" : {    "node" : "re1.prod26",    "status" : {      "code" : "NO_CONTENT",      "details" : ""    }It seems like my URL's in my CSV file are not matching the URL's being stored by Adobe, my questions are:How do I check what URL Adobe is storing via my mbox (I'm using at.js v0.9.3)?Do I need some type of customisation to record my URL for each page via my mbox?

Hello everybody,I have customised a space that appears in the submenu when you mouse over the main menu. Everything seems to be working fine, in the QA this customisation is perfectly visible. But when I activate this activity, the customisation is not visible. I've tried with simple components like text or moving the submenu content itself but no change seems to apply. I work in production environment so these changes should be visible quickly. I attach some screenshots of the QA version and the production version.   Hello everyone, We have detected some incomplete recommendations on some of our websites. They never load completely and are always greyed out. We have gone through all the activities created to disable them and have not found any that match these. Does anyone know how to fix this and why it occurs?We would like to remove them permanently. I would like to setup an XT to run on all the pages of the website; however, I do not want this code running on the homepage. When I try to set this up it says there's a redundancy in the logic and does not allow the test to run. Any ideas on how I could accomplish this?

We are currently using profile scripts to track the visitor's frequency on our webpages. However, we have to create a profile script for each page which means most of the code is similar in these scripts barring the first line where we set which page to track for (attaching screenshot of the script). Is there any way by which we can do this in just few scripts where we can tell all the pages to track? Additionally, the response token only shows the integer count for number of visits. Can the script be made to show the names of the pages as well as the count of visit? This way we will be able to create an audience in audience builder using the script where we can set the number of visits required at a certain page to qualify for audience.

We have created an AB test activity using a URL let's say - https://www.domain.com/category/abc. Now when we go to the page delivery settings, we see https://www.domain.com/ as the activity URL instead of the actual activity URL. There is no redirect applied to the activity URL. We tested two different scenarios as well. Scenario 1: We made the modification using custom code (refer the image below). After saving the activity:The activity URL changed to the homepage URL in page delivery settings.In VEC, instead of the activity URL page, the homepage loads.  Scenario 2: Using VEC features, changed the h1 heading. No custom code used.
