Adobe Target

I created a CSV feed and have a entity.id, entity.name, entity.message  for each item along with adding my entity.pageUrl (setting this to the absolute URL of my pages), I created a Design and set my Criteria. I then created a Recommendation activity and set it up with a Design, Criteria and Collection, all is displaying as expected in Edit mode, but when I launch it, no recommendations show and if I use mboxTrace, I get the following message at the bottom of the output:  "response" : {    "node" : "re1.prod26",    "status" : {      "code" : "NO_CONTENT",      "details" : ""    }It seems like my URL's in my CSV file are not matching the URL's being stored by Adobe, my questions are:How do I check what URL Adobe is storing via my mbox (I'm using at.js v0.9.3)?Do I need some type of customisation to record my URL for each page via my mbox?

Hello everybody,I have customised a space that appears in the submenu when you mouse over the main menu. Everything seems to be working fine, in the QA this customisation is perfectly visible. But when I activate this activity, the customisation is not visible. I've tried with simple components like text or moving the submenu content itself but no change seems to apply. I work in production environment so these changes should be visible quickly. I attach some screenshots of the QA version and the production version.   Hello everyone, We have detected some incomplete recommendations on some of our websites. They never load completely and are always greyed out. We have gone through all the activities created to disable them and have not found any that match these. Does anyone know how to fix this and why it occurs?We would like to remove them permanently. Hi team, I am not able to see the Integrations tab like below for Adobe Target product profile. Please let me know what needs to be done to enable it.  

I would like to setup an XT to run on all the pages of the website; however, I do not want this code running on the homepage. When I try to set this up it says there's a redundancy in the logic and does not allow the test to run. Any ideas on how I could accomplish this?

We are currently using profile scripts to track the visitor's frequency on our webpages. However, we have to create a profile script for each page which means most of the code is similar in these scripts barring the first line where we set which page to track for (attaching screenshot of the script). Is there any way by which we can do this in just few scripts where we can tell all the pages to track? Additionally, the response token only shows the integer count for number of visits. Can the script be made to show the names of the pages as well as the count of visit? This way we will be able to create an audience in audience builder using the script where we can set the number of visits required at a certain page to qualify for audience.

We have created an AB test activity using a URL let's say - https://www.domain.com/category/abc. Now when we go to the page delivery settings, we see https://www.domain.com/ as the activity URL instead of the actual activity URL. There is no redirect applied to the activity URL. We tested two different scenarios as well. Scenario 1: We made the modification using custom code (refer the image below). After saving the activity:The activity URL changed to the homepage URL in page delivery settings.In VEC, instead of the activity URL page, the homepage loads.  Scenario 2: Using VEC features, changed the h1 heading. No custom code used. After saving the activity:The activity URL changed to the homepage URL in page delivery settings.In VEC, activity URL page loads every time you click on the Edit Activity. Although, in both the scenarios, we could see the desired experience, but we want to understand why the Activity URL is changing itself in page delivery setti

My A/B test has been running for quite some time, I have decent visit and conversion data, and I'm utilizing the "Auto-target for personalized experiences (50/50 split)" traffic allocation.  When looking at reports I'm seeing green checkmarks so the algorithm models have been created. Automated segments and Important attributes reports are showing an error message when trying to pull up even though I have the report dates as either 15, 30, or 45 days. Error message reads "Automated Segments and Important Attributes not available for this date range". Any ideas what the reason for this issue is? Possible solutions?Thanks-Ben

Hi,   We are using the data providers function to call an API and pass through data to Adobe Target.   https://developer.adobe.com/target/implement/client-side/atjs/atjs-functions/targetglobalsettings/?lang=en#data-providers   If I want this data to be appended to the profile. Can I just pass the profile.[param_name]  in the call back?   E.g.  Instead of: callback(null, {t1: 1, t2: 2, t3: 3});   callback(null, {profile.t1: 1, profile.t2: 2, profile.t3: 3});   Thanks    

I had setup a MVT test for a client and observed that the experience report is getting populated and even A4T confirmed that data was loaded in to Adobe analytics as well.However, the report data value is not present in the location contribution report for that MVT test in Adobe Target Report. Any idea on why this is hapeening? Any help on this is much appreciated! Thanks.

We are using a view, sent when a user adds an item to basket, which triggers a recommendation modificaiton in an A/B test. However, the changes in the recommendation design are only being applied on the first view. Any subsequent views do not trigger the changes made in the recommendations design. I am certain the view trigger is working as it works on the first event. We have also applied CSS changes via the custom code modification and these are also firing on subsequent views, however the recommendations design does not fire more than once. Is this behaviour expected? Or should I be able to trigger the recommendations design multiple times?

Hello, I am trying to figure out the best way to go about this. I am currently trying to update a header tag with different text content using an html offer. When I do this, it's not working. If I just use the text offer to do so, it previews in the composer just fine like it's suppose to. I want to use an html offer though so that I can track that element. What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi All We are seeing duplicate content on preview mode.  Issue:  When we publish the XFs to preview though, we're now seeing double/repeating content on the preview page. Hi hoping some can clarify what the difference is.I other posts  Re: When should I be using Audiences vs. Refinements?  I have seen people describe Audience as where you define who can enter the campaign  and Refinement to define the page scope. However, within Audience can also define page scope as well.Is this hangover from a legacy version of Target? i.e. has the page scoping rules been now merged into Audiences so refinement is redundant?

Hello, I was doing some A/B Tests on the website using the Rearrange feature in Target with a 50-50% audience divide. But when I am setting up these experiences in Target they look perfect but when I check the same experiences using QA URLs they are not working. I also tried injecting a custom script through Target, which solved the problem for a while but after some time it also stopped working. The experiences look right inside the Target Edit experiences window but not on the production page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!   Thanks!

our website is translated into 4 different languages (english, german, french, japanese). For the most part, we run our tests on english versions of the page and I have tried to create a audience with the specifications of browser > language > equals > english. When I did that the test came up with zero traffic. However If I set up the audience as browser > language > does not equal > French, German, JapaneseI recieve usual traffic. why is this happening? and why can't I set it up as equals english?

Hello, We currently use at.js 2.x for our Target implementation. We are considering migrating to the Web SDK. As part of our current implementation, we have some fairly basic revenue/order confirmation tracking logic implemented using at.js (for Target reporting):     adobe.target.trackEvent({ "mbox": "orderConfirmPage", "params":{ "orderId": digitalData.itemArray.id, "orderTotal": digitalData.itemArray.price, "productPurchasedId": digitalData.itemArray.productId }   How can this be implemented using Web SDK? I assume this is a fairly common use case, but I could not find anything in the documentation. I saw the "trackEvent" comparison here, but did not see any use case really comparable to the above.   Thanks.
