Adobe Target

Is it possible to send parameters for audience segmentation using the Java SDK (similar to how it works with JavaScript)?  I have a feeling it should be possible but I'm unable to find anything in the documentation.  

Hi,I can find the sub-classification variable (shown as Subject^User_Segment) in feed and set it as the field column header, then complete all the configuration. When I click save button, it shows the error "Subject.User_Segment" contains invalid characters". How can I use sub-classification variables from AA in the feed? 

We did a Proof of Concept where used multiple placement with multiple contents while the url or the page was same. And that worked. However, when we tried in app with similar approach, but targeting multiple sceens within the app - the visistor counts didn't match with what it was showing between Adobe Target and Analytics.  My question: Does Automated Personalisation supports multiple screens in the app or multiple pages in the website within single activity?

We are now 100% using Adobe's model for Auto-Target and very soon Auto-Personalization!! We want to make sure the model is not going 6+ months back in time when it looks at someone's page visit history (as an example). Realize that Target cannot give away any proprietary information, but we just want to be re-assured that the model is using relevant data to train on and use?

Hi, I am attempting to change the control experience to look at the A4T reporting on a test I just started to use another experience to compare results. Even if I select this Experience D, it will build fine and actually show experience D as the control, but when the report gets rebuilt, it flips to display A as the control experience (see additional screenshot below)  Do I need to contact support somehow? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?

Hi -- anyone get this error message when viewing the report of an personalization campaign?When I view this tab:I get this error message:I've verified that I have access to the only report suite in use for the site, so it's not a matter of access.Only thing in the naming convention I used a pipe like this  "PROJECT NAME | EXPERIMENT NAME" -- could the "|" be causing the problem?

Hi Team, We are trying to achieve the Eloqua and Adobe Target Integration. Could some one please provide your inputs if some one has done this integration? We need to use those Eloqua segments imported into target as an audience and provide the personalized experience based on those eloqua segments. I was looking into the documentation related to the data providers. I am attempting to solve for the following:If a user lands on a specific page and their URL contains QSP "campaignID=123" perform a 50/50 traffic split redirect to URL A & BIf a user lands on the same page and their URL contains QSP "campaignID=345" perform a 50/50 traffic split redirect to URL C & DAll other users who land on the page should be redirected to URL EI plan to handle this using a series of 3 XT activities with the Redirect URL Target functionality which would all live simultaneously on the landing page redirects to URLs A-E. I plan to set the priorities of the first two scenarios to a higher but equal value (e.g. both = 999) and the "all other users" scenario priority = 1.How will this impact the rendering of the page and which URL a user will be redirected to? In the ExperienceLeague documentation related to Priority it states: Does this mean that Target would redirect to the lower priority URL (Experience E) and then redirect again to the correct URL for us

We have a web app built in ReactJS and Chakra UI.  Normally, we'd use Target to modify or manipulate elements in the DOM:<div class="this-is-easy-to-target">Hello</div>but Chakra classnames and styles are all generated on the fly, so they won't always be the same:<div class="chakra-css-675Fhd9">Hello</div>We could use other selectors, but it's quite complicated and would like a more robust way of running A/B tests on this platform.  I guess I'm asking for some advice on how we can use Target to run AB and MVT tests on a REACTJS platform I think using JSON format?!Can anyone provide either some thoughts, links etc?Thankyou!!

Hi,We are trying one scenario where user goes from native mobile app to website,Here we need to create audience based on the native app behavior and then use that audience to target in website.To accumplished this passing the customer ID both in native app and webstie using setcustomer ID function . Even though id is correctly passed both in native and website, Target Offer is not getting delivered in website. Here it is considering the user as a different visitor.Can any one help in this regard, will this scenrio work or we need to pass the ECID from native to Web using URL parameter.

Hi there, In our webpage, one of the component was built as a nested angular component. Due to which we are unable to reach that via DOM (just like an iframe) so when we type in console document.querySelector('.sel') we get nullHowever when we use VEC to change the text of that element. it seems to work correctly.Does anyone know what sort of code, Visual composer (VEC) generates to apply the changes?Thanks

Hello, we have implemented a cookie consent banner (OneTrust in our case) but we are trying to figure out a way to get it to interact with Target without affecting the customer experience.The issue would happen when a test deployed on the landing page for a visitor who has never been on the website before. This would be the sequence of events creating the issue:1. new visitor lands on a page where an AB test is deployed2. the visitor sees the standard version of the page (experience A) and the cookie consent banner appears3. the visitor accepts adobe target cookies (aka the tag can now load on page)4. experience B might now load on the page As you can see the same visitor could see 2 different versions of the page before and after cookies are accepted. Has anyone found a solution for this potential issue? Thanks, Davide

Is it possible to deploy data collection / analytics using the Web SDK (client side) while deploying Target through the Edge Network Server API? Would this break A4T? (i.e. do both data collection + ECID assignment and Target calls all need to fire together on client side/server side unanimously for A4T to function?)Are there any other risks or considerations for a split (WebSDK + Edge Network Server API) approach?
