Hello,We have a visual regression system that takes snapshots of a set of pages and compares them to baselines.We have constant false positive failures due to the different campaigns and A/B testing we're doing.We have a need to be able to exclude our visual regression test (running PhantomJS) from all campaigns--basically ALWAYS default, regardless of the campaign, without having to update our test script, as this would require constant updates. (we run a lot of tests).Is this possible? Is there a query string for debugging, e.g ?target=off or something of that nature?Thanks,will

Hello. This is my first post. I am trying to observe changes made to my 'ItemList' using Mutation Observer. I'm injecting my code in Custom Code section of VEC. The observers are getting inititalized and my code works during edit Activity. But in the Activity preview it doesn't work and I am confused about this behavior. Hi, I would like to enquire on ''How we can import site catalyst segments into adobe target premium? Segments - New Visitor, Returning visitor.

I am trying to create a segment in Adobe Analytics using visit number & use that as market cloud audience. I created an experience using the segment as targeted audience. For example: if visit number is between 1 to 3 , user should see the experience A. If visit is between 4-6, user should see experience B. But I am not able to see personalized content on test experiences. Can someone please advise if there is anything that I am doing wrong? Also, the correct way to achieve this? My problem statement is basically to serve different content to user depending upon number of user visit. Can profile scripting fix this?

I'm having trouble getting a click conversion event to fire within a form on a redirect page. I'm redirecting half of my traffic to a separate page and wanting to test that button click. I've set up the redirect already, then when I set up the conversion click event, I browse to the redirected page, click compose and then select the submit button. It shows outlined so it looks correct. But then when I QA this by clicking on it using a query string parameter for QA, it never shows up. Any ideas?

We are using search&promote for seach on our site.The usage is prettymuch inline with the OOTB searchpromote components in libs/cq/searchpromote path.We receive an XML from s&p server.We now are looking at having facets, I tried putting linklist facet on results page to get facets but it failed, so looking at logs and going through jar I noticed that facet component in its dialog calls a servlet (path+facetList.json) this servlet calls searchpromoteservice's get facetList method.      String facetList = this.searchpromote.getFacetList(memberId, accountNo);      JSONObject facets = new JSONObject(facetList);      out.write(facets.toString());but it then tries to convert string response as JSON object and fails since the URL http://sp10050b5b.guided.ss-omtrdc.net/design/sp_id=MyID-MyAccount&sp_fn=facets results xml rsponse.Only changing this setting in search & promote to return json would suffice or I will have to make any other changes as well? Regards,Allhad

I'm using Form-Based Composer in an A/B test, and am trying to use refinements to show different content for different query string params.However, when I change the query string param in on Experience's refinement, it gets changed in ALL Experiences' refinements.Is this the correct behavior?Thanks!Ron Coffman

HiCurrently there is a slider to set a high, medium or low priority to an Activity, so if you have 3 different Activities that you might serve on a particular mbox, you can easily prioritize which Activity they will see.However what if you have 20 Activities? It seems like the only option is to set up a series of Rules like this:Activity A - Rule = people on list AActivity B - Rules = people on list B but not on list AActivity C - Rules = people on list C but not on list A and not on list B...as the list gets longer and the qualification for each Activity isn't as simple as "people on list X" it becomes very susceptible to human error. We maintain a spreadsheet and have to have 2 people check as we add and remove Campaigns (currently using Target Classic), and there are still mistakes made every so often.So I think this is effectively a feature request (unless there's something we can do that we haven't thought about?) - I'd like the Priority setting for Activities not to be a fixed se

Hello, I'm trying to build a targeted experience on our Web site's home page for a very specific segment, and I'm having difficulty determining the best way to do it.  The segment is comprised of visitors who have subscribed to our e-newsletter, and who, based upon their demographics, are separated into two email lists (we have multiple email lists).I can identify these users based upon a tracking code we've appended to links in the email we send them.  The tracking code contains _FIP or _SRW, depending upon which list the user falls into.  The challenge is that these users are not directly referred to our site, but rather, visit our site after landing on our blog site, which is a sub-domain of our primary web site.I've previously tried using an audience rule where Previous page (or Landing Page) URL contains the _SRW or FIP parameters, but that doesn't appear to work correctly.  I've also tried adding the Referring Landing Page: URL equals (mysub-domain.com) to the rule without succes

Have a straightforward test that involves using Target's geo-targeting. "Audiences" has been set so that only visitors in 5 states should be seeing the experiment, however, I received a complaint that visitors from a state outside of the 5 is seeing the experiment. Because this report is coming from a person who is in one of the 5 states (so would be seeing the challenger) but has an IP outside of the 5 states - is it valid to say that this person is seeing the experiment because the person is physically in one of the 5 states regardless of his/her IP? I was assuming not. How does the geo-targeting in Target assign visitors to a challenger or not? I looked at the documentation, but the information is scarce and lacking in detail. Finally, how can I preview the experiment as if I was coming from a specific IP? I couldn't find any documentation on this, and the preview links forces me to see the challenger agnostic to the audience conditions.

New launch for Target Standard.  Have all debugging tools and have included output in attachments. Parameters for orderId, orderTotal and productPurchsedId appearing in the DTM generated MBox=orderConfirmPage. A/B Summary: Swapped images on my homepage; determine if lift in revenue via clicks on experience and subsequent revenue generated when in path to purchase.  I can see the hit count increase for the visitor and the success metrics, but no order revenue.My activity goal page set up: Goal Metric - Click Newly Swapped Out Asset: http://screencast.com/t/NnExEbPeQqovAdditional Metric - Revenue: http://screencast.com/t/h9uZic0OWhen I remove the goal metric for the click and use only the orderConfirmPage as my goal, I have revenue flowing as expected.  This however is not a valid test, since we only want to count revenue associated with a path to purchase that includes the relevant click in the experience.   

We have a site that collects a visit level parameter that can have one of several hundred values. (to put in some kind of context let's argue that I have 500 variations of a Membership Level for a visitor each with a different offer/recognition I'd like to surface to a visitor). Depending on the specific value, a different experience (let's say image banner) is desired to be shown.So for example purposes: Visit Parameter representing Membership Level has 500 potential values, There are 500 respective images. I want to 'pair' them up when a page loads for a 'personalized' experience.... Parameter Value of A gets paired with experience that shows Image1.  Parameter Value of B gets paired with experience that shows Image2.  Parameter Value of C gets paired with experience that shows Image3.  and so on....all the way to Parameter Value/ Image 500This would seem to be in the wheelhouse of Target if I only had for example 5 parameters and/or 5 images from an order of magnitude...but .... usi

My company is migrating from Target Classic to Premium so we are using both tools currently. I am testing the Test and Target API (https://testandtarget.omniture.com/api?) for some features, but it seems that the API only returns the result from the Classic. When I test with the asset on the Premium, it returns 400 status. Does this API not work with the Premium? Thanks.

Trying to understad how is the target code for traffic allocation supposed to work.  When traffic split gets to 100% will the tool ignore previous experience assignments and try to send "ALL VISITORS" to Experience B, even those who had been put in Experience A?OUR PROBLEM:activities started, for example, at 80% (Control A) / 20% (Treatment B) which moved to 50% (Control A) / 50% (Treatment B), then eventually became 0% (Control A) / 100% (Treatment B).After we went to 100% (Treatment B), we still get users getting the Control A experience.from what we gather this happens because previous visitors that were tagged as Control A continue to get that experience until the cookie expires.  We know we can't reset the cookie as well.Is this how it is supposed to work?  If so, what is the best way to set up activities?  Trying to get a better understanding on best way to set up Target activities. 1.  do we deactivate the activity and create a new one if we want to increase to 100%?  By doing t

I created an Experience Targeting activity where there is a one to  one mapping between audience and experience. What if multiple audiences are resolved ? Which experience will be shown ?

I'd like to run an experiment on my homepage. It looks like I can only add ONE "or" condition and then add multiple "ands" to that single "or".Thanks!

I have added a recommendation in mbox to display it on the site but its not showing as no of clicks and visitors in that recommendation is 0.Previously click and visits were getting captured through analytics in recommendation and it was displaying on page but somehow its not working now.I think there is some prob in integration of analytics with recommendation. New launch of Target Std has been rocky and I'm beginning to wonder if the at.js is ready for prime time.  I was instructed to use at.js and I have live on www.pbjtest.com; david.pbjtest.com and seta.pbjtest.com.  Deployed in common include file and verified all pages have the JS.  The only campaigns I can create via VCE (note had to turn off EEC) are for david.pbjtest.com, all other domains, which are listing in my Hosts section error out, and no one can explain why.  Is anyone using at.js or is this purely beta and mbox.js is the only way to fly?Also are any of there any debuggers working for at.js?  Can I use mboxTrace= or the Adobe Marketing Cloud Debugger. If using mboxTrace= do I need an authorization token and how do I generate one?Not the smooth launch I had expected.
