Adobe Target

Hi all, I've done a very lean implementation of AEM Target integration, which is to export Experience Fragments (XF) from AEM to Target and consume the XF as Offers into Activities in Adobe Target. All the steps were followed from the documentation, there are few limitations with the integration, which is fine, other than that I see the integration is okay. I am seeing one exception in the browser console, which is,   Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).TargetComplete is not a function which is from the headerclientLibs.  Target gets included from Launch as an extension, which gets added into the basepage head in AEM. Im currently using at.js v1.7.1.  With this exception in the browser console, I have activities which are behaving inconsistently. This exception looks like a race condition to me. I am not sure what would be the best way to resolve this exception, can anyone here provide suggestions for this exception?  Thanks in ad

Hi All, We internally has issues loading VEC campaigns in Target tool. We have tried to login outside firewall it worked. We have VEC helper installed too. I am able to see target libraries loading aswell. It takes forever to load and never loads.What could be the reason this issue. Is there anything we have to whitelist to get it work. We have tried several options internally, not able to get it work. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Experts, I was trying to check the performance of webpage and tried using at.js custom events to evaluate the same.1. As per the at.js working flow :2. At.js is loaded3. We are currently running an A/B test (carousel_desktop_add_spd_price) where the objective of this test is to determine if adding short product descriptions with/without a price tag below products featured in the product page carousel will increase the click through rate of the carousel and the percentage of visitors adding to cart (out of the visitors that engaged with the carousel). The experiences are delivered on the product page template. We have Adobe Analytics tags to capture when a visitor interacts with the carousel. However, because there are two carousels within the product page, we are currently are not able to distinguish between the analytics interactions of each carousel. The test is only manipulating the topmost carousel component on the page. This means we’re unable to accurately use analytics to capture the visitors that specifically interacted with the top carousel. In order for us to accurately capture that data, we added code to each experience in the VEC

For the mobile app- Native implementation we are trying to add a banner dismissal code so that we know that user has dismissed this banner and they should see the next activity in the list. After following the Adobe documentation we are sending it as profile parameters as you can see below request but for some reason, the profile is not getting attached to the user so we don't know if the user has dismissed the banner or not and the user seeing the same banner again and again.Also - In the target, I don't see user.mobile_banner_dismissed_clicked_AS00839_AI_SA_ALL_SG_DM_ACAI0240_XT is coming back so I am not sure what I am doing wrong here.Any more questions let me know Any help would be highly appreciated as I am stuck don't know how to move forward. Just wondering why the Activity QA URL isn't showing the test experience.  I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, etc.  Any ideas?  

Hi, Am using AEM6.4, integrated target successfully in AEM and created Activities/Offers under Personalization.When i open a page and change mode to targeting, Brand and Activity dropdowns are not displaying.Please help me with steps, how to get those options(dropdowns) in targeting mode.  Thanks in advance

I've created a new Google product feed and the correct number of records were ingested with clear mappings of columns/product attributes, but when I try to create a Collection the correct name and pageUrl values show, but all the other attributes (id, thumbnail) are wrong (from other feed products) or doesn't show up at all (mobile_link, contentType).  Any idea why these product columns are not showing at all or there are mismatching with other feed product attributes (wrong thumbnails showing) in my new Collection?

Hi, What I am trying to achieve is - to capture the current date via profile script but now when I changed the system date to another future date and then fetch the current date then still from the profile script it is showing the current date value.Example: Suppose the current date is 4 June and I set the date from my system to future date i.e 10 June but the profile script is fetching 4 June date.

Hi Experts, Client wants to personalize SFMC emails through Adobe Target. I have checked the help docs but didn't find the integration. I believe it is not introduced it. Hello,  Regarding Adobe Target a4t I see a test that has activity conversions higher in workspace than the conversion number that inside the Target interface. How did I get these numbers - Adobe Target interface (in reports - number next to conversion %) compared to A4t the activity conversions metric in workspace.  Its easily over 500 more. Which for our test means quite a bit. We set the reporting for this test to be in analytics... but I'm an admin in AA and see both.  Could you help me understand why I see such a difference in conversion numbers? Thanks

Hi All, When a webpage has a different reportsuite implemented and while configuring the A4T activity we mention a different reportsuite  , in this case report activity data is not collected and it becomes misaligned data.Want to know under which RS it goes? The one implemented on webpage or the one mentioned in the activity configuration ? Thank you. 

I am trying to target 40+ specific URLs from 1000+ similar URLs using 'any page where URL contains' and then a comma-separated list to target the specific pages from the 1000+. Does the comma-separated logic work in Target? I am not able to see my experience when QAing the activity.  Thanks,

Hi, What we are trying to achieve is – being able to import customer attribute data using server side delivery API, add new attributes, their values, update existing values etc. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue with adobe’s technical documentation that we identified for Adobe target. This pertains to the server side delivery API. The legacy API documentation states below: profileParameters           Parameters that should be set in the profile.The end values in the profile are saved as profile.param=value.Empty   Cannot contain more than 50 There is a latest version of the server side delivery API What is not clear from the documentation is a) if the profileParameters in target can be updated using the new server side delivery API, instead of the legacy. Hi Team, I am trying to target users based on screenWidth >1023 px.  I am using Custom --> target-globa-mbox --> screenWidth --> greater then 1023 But I am not qualifying for this audienceI tried using profile script as:if(mbox.name=="target-global-mbox"){var sW= mbox.param('browserWidth');return sW;} But trace showing me as blank : I worked with screenOrientation in mid Jan 2020 and that was working for me. But now even screenOrientation is not working for me . Can anybody advise if something has changed ?Thank you.
