Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

Hi, The requirement my client wants is that they want to achieve an Internal Portal for banking industry employee to use (Employee at each branch) to use. The function of this Portal is to see Customer Interaction history with the banks, in terms of communications, portfolio, insurance held and other relations with the banks to each specific customer.  I would like to know which solution is the best solution. The client wants to use AEM and RTCDP. The proposed solution they want is that:1. Use AEM to pull data from RTCDP to display the customer information, interaction history etc.2. Use AEM to feed data into RTCDP. Then use RTCDP to view the customer information, interaction history etc. Please suggest which solution is the best practices. Does anyone know what segment membership and the number below it means? I see this when I view sample profiles after creating segment rules using the rule canvas in Experience Platform.

Hello,  I'm trying to get a count of all the profiles on my dataset where the DOB is less than 21 years old from the Current Date. I'm trying to use the following syntax in the Query service but get an error:  SELECTperson.birthDate AS birthDate,COUNT(1) eventCountFROMdataset_aep_coreprofileWHEREDATE_ADD (YEAR, 21, person.birthDate) > CURRENT_DATE;GROUP BYperson.birthDate ErrorCode: 42703 queryId: 9be3e30e-29df-49a9-b78e-06eb65e0cf73 Column YEAR does not exist. I'm having a hard time understanding what SQL this service is using. Example: I'm used to using GETDATE() but I have to use CURRENT_DATE in this query.  Please advise.  

I was wondering if it was possible to query customers whose birthday is today using their date of birth field (date field).

Hello all, I am trying to validate incoming source data into the HTTP API Source Connector in Adobe CDP and getting some errors I have been unable to resolve.  My initial question is: If I am trying to ingest this data as an event into Adobe CDP, does my source file JSON need to include _id and timestamp? Do these fields need to be included in the payload coming from our backend systems? The error I am receiving is saying that required key (_id) is not found? Thank you,

Happy Friday RTCDP Community, My team is working on creating output files for some of our datasets in AEP, but the issue we are running into is we are unable to custom name the output file so that the receiving team can differentiate between each file. Does anyone know how to custom name output files when sending datasets out of AEP (not audiences)? Thank you. - Adobe-Wan Kenobi

Hi Community, So, our team has been generating files within AEP to send out of AEP via FTS connections. We do not have the ability to custom name these files. Is there a work around to name these files?

Good afternoon RTCDP Community, My organization is using labels to hide sensitive information from being seen within RTCDP. I was wondering, as new sensitive attributes are being ingested, is there a way to pre-emptively apply a label before it is in the platform? Or can labels only be applied to an attribute once it is the platform? I'd like to make sure we are being proactive, as opposed to reactive when it comes to sensitive data being visible in the platform. Much obliged,Adobe-WanKenobi

Hi Everyone, I am currently working on a project where I am planning to send web data using Adobe WEB SDK to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Here’s the situation: I have One Data collection property which I use it for 15 different domains.Data collection property is mapped to one Schema (XDM schema)I want to ensure that data from only one specific domain contributes to the customer profile, while the other domains’ data is excluded from profile contribution.I am using Web SDK to share data with Adobe Analytics and AEP. My Question: How can I configure AEP so that only the data from one or specific domain out of the 15 contributes to the profile? Hi Community, So, a big part of RTCDP for my team is the ability to reuse audiences. We have created a folder structure to make it easier to find the audiences that we want to use as "building blocks" in our new audiences that we create. However, we have found that when we click "build rule" and go to "audiences" to find an audience that we want to build off of, our folder structure is not there, it is just a list of every audience created with no real structure. We can search for the audience we want but we really prefer to be able to navigate the folder structure for the audience we want to reuse. Is there a way to implement this?  Thanks!

Hello Community, I'm trying to understand the purpose of the "Profile" dataset when configuring Datastream for web tracking. My usual setup process is:Define the event schema.Create the event dataset.Configure Datastream to point to this event dataset.Implement web SDK tracking.Understood that we can't send data directly to the "Profile" schema using the web SDK. Therefore, I'm curious about the purpose of including the profile dataset during Datastream setup. Can anyone shed light on this?Thanks!Imv

Hi there.  I am hoping someone can help me.I've been using Postman API software to create API scripts to create CJA Dataviews.  I was able to create a script that creates a new data view and now I'm working on an API script that will set and configure the dimensions within the newly created dataview.  I was able to use my chrome browser's console network tab to see how the GUI formats it's "body" scripts so I don't believe the issue is with my body statement (but I could be wrong) This is the error message I'm getting:{"errorCode":"invalid_json_input","errorDescription":"Invalid JSON. At least one field format is not recognized or cannot be parsed. - Error caused by exceptionMessage=state should be: hexString has 24 characters","errorId":"74617b17-676d-4b71-9d17-8664a448b6aa"} it references "exceptionMessage=state should be: hexString" - which i interrupt as there is an issue with the variable called "state" and it's improperly formatted.   

Hi,  For demo purposes I need to present customer a use-case: pop-up with products in the cart. How would approach that task knowing that my env has AEP CDP with Target implemented using WEB SDK. Would you access products in the cart using productListItems or add products added to cart to Target visitor profile?  Thanks for you feedback

Hi, Working for a company that have multiple websites.I need to fire an event when the reader clicks on a part of the website, so I am using CSS Selector in the rule.The thing is that I would like to use the same rule for several websites but the CSS selector I get from the code is getting the website within the code. Is there a way to replace one part of the code by something generic.here the exampple:#app > div > div.container-fluid.AA_com.frontpage.page-frontpage > div:nth-child(2) In bold the keyword that will change in each publication. Is there a way to replace this by something ? Like we do for example for this one:div:nth-child(2)  -> div:nth-child(n)  => the 2 is replaced by n  Thanks in advance if anyone can help me .Have a nice daySophie 

Hi all,I have a problem to verify a certificate validity by CRL in the Acrobat DC. If the CDP-Field in the certificate contains an optional field "CRL Issuer" in the X500-Format, I get the error message "CRL Issuer mismatch". It seems to be an old issue as I found a similar problem here: EJBCA, JEE PKI Certificate Authority / Mailing Lists .My problem is that I can't remove this field from the CDP of the certificate( as it is a CA-certificate) any more.Had anyone the same problem and managed to fix it?Thanks,Tatjana

Hello Community, My team is about to remove a dataset from our system and I am trying to understand the impact. If we have deactivated audiences in our system with attributes from the dataset that we are removing, will those audiences remain in our system or will they be removed as well?

When looking at a profile, we're getting the following: Profile using merge policy Default Timebased Last modified time: 12/31/1969, 6:00 PM What the heck is going on here? Is this something to do with the merge policy being updated and they need to be able to find it when searching by date?
