Reasons why Segmentation Service thinks there's no data in Dataset column

Hello,

What are the reasons the Segmentation service (both is build and in sharing attributes for Destinations) thinks there's no data in a dataset column?  The Dataset & Schema are enabled for Profile and segmentation can see data in other columns. I'm using the OOTB Loyalty Fieldgroup with no modifications.

 

In the images below, it's saying there's no data in the loyalty.tier column but the Dataset preview and the Query Service clearly shows there is data.  Any way I can fix this?

@mktgclouduser  did you check below 

- is the dataset mapped to the correct XDM schema?

- Does the data type match the schema definition?

-  Is the dataset enabled for the profile?

@mktgclouduser How much time has passed since the data was ingested? Has the Global Segmentation Job run happened since the data load?
