So I've seen in the audience overview tab and the advanced audience overlap template that you can see the overlaps between audience A and audience B. Is there a way to add another audience in there? So, could I see a venn diagram showing the overlap between 3 or more audiences or is it just 2 audiences for now?

Yes, it does look like the Audience overlap is only applied between a pair of audiences currently. There is also another widget available in the dashboard called Audience Overlap Report which gives this data in tabular format but does include upto 50 audiences and you can also download the generated report.
