Adobe Marketo Engage General

We have a data lake in Azure and are trying to pull data from the Leads and Activity tables in Marketo into this data lake.  We are able to pull the data using calls from Postman collection. However, we have yet to find a good way to automatically pull the data into a SQL database. In reading online, the best option should be to use Logic Apps in Azure since Data Factory does not allow the proper token credentials. I have also looked into the API Management tool. Has anyone found an effective way to automatically pull data into a data lake? What tools did you use in the Azure Portal? What steps did you take? Are you able to provide a link to documentation or a video that would help?

I am trying to retrieve the folders in bulk using the following API:developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Folders/getFolderUsingGET I have kept the  maxReturn=200 but have more than 200 folders. I have gone through the posts and they suggest to use offset but doesn't mention how? The response object doesn't return total_count or any indicator which tells me there is a next batch/page ? How do I know I have reached the last url call? What should I use for to derive 'have next url' and next url parameters. We are using Snaplogic as integration tool.

Following up from IP Spoofing .Here is the scenario:1. We have a Marketo landing page with a Marketo form.2. API calls are made to an external server to pre fill the form using an api key.3. After user interaction and updates, the Marketo form is submitted.4. API calls are made to the same external server to then update the user info.Is there a proposed solution to achieve this?Note: We have already considered webhooks (cannot use them as the triggers need to be from the landing page). 

Hi all, we are using 250ok to test our deliverability, and have discovered that outlook.com sees us as 'not a bulk sender', and sends us straight to spam. Code: The message isn't from a bulk sender. (BCL: 0)Our last two emails were marked 100% spam .Has anyone worked through this before? Thanks!

Does anyone know of any third parties that can enhance a Marketo form? Specifically I'm looking for the ability to embed a Marketo form where the user submits 2 fields, and then UPON COMPLETION of those fields is shown another screen with more fields. This is different from the existing progressive profiling, as I want additional fields/screens to show only once the initial form has been submitted. Basically, I want more flexibility in the layout of an embedded Marketo form.

Need assistance with pre-headers.When I clone an email and try to hide the pre-header, it shows up anyway.When I make the preheader visible and fill it with info, it still shows a part of the old pre-header even though it's been deleted in settings.When I go into the code to delete it there, I get the error below in a section unrelated to the pre-header.<div class="mktEditable center mktEditable center" id="footer" style="" mktoname="footer">You cannot use two mkto definitions in a single classAfter I save, it reverts the entire body of the email back to the original cloned email and I can no longer edit!! What am I doing wrong?

Hi there Marketo World, Have another question for the collective. We have 2 web service APIs that can create people in our instance: BrightTALK & Magento. I'm trying to figure out a good way to split the 2 of them so I can stamp the BrightTALK ones as BrightTALK and our Magento ones as Magento leads. The only thing I can see that is different is the API Method Name or Modifying User. However, I don't see those are fields that I can use. Has anyone else run into this issue/ have any ideas on how to accomplish this? 

One of our Marketo landing pages, calls an external API to pass some information. For this, the external API client ID and secret are placed on the landing page.In order to secure this setup, we are planning to use IP restrictions to only allow calls from the landing page to the external server. I just wanted to confirm if we should be concerned regarding IP Spoofing? Also, any other security risks involved with this approach?Also, will there be extra concerns to do with shared Marketo IP?

We are currently using UTM parameters to track the visitor’s first touch.  Can anyone tell me the best way to track the visitor’s all subsequent activities?  Here is an example:  The visitor first comes to our site through Google (UTM source = google).  Later that visitor comes through another source, such as LinkedIn and still remains anonymous.  The third time that visitor might come in through yet another source and this time fills out a form.  Since UTM parameters will only provide the first touch information, what is the best way for us to track the visitor's all subsequent activities (ie. Google, LinkedIn, 3rd party source, etc.)?  Thanks. 

Hi Guys, We are using a plugin that allows us to just enter the Marketo Form ID into a wordpress template to sync form fills back to marketo through Wordpress native pages. Question: Do I need to have a separate new Marketo form for each new wordpress page with an embedded marketo form?I know if it's a Marketo hosted page I can just reuse the same form over and over again and specify the marketo landing page it is being used on to bucket it to the correct marketo program.

Hey Marketo Nation ( and @Sanford Whiteman), I've seen some threads about tracking forms via GTM and would like some clarification. Before getting some clarification, here is my problem I'm trying to solve.I have marketo landing page with a form on it and once completed, a user receives the ebook they requested. When trying to track via GTM, I'm trying to create a datalayer.push to see what I can use to create a tag. But I can't even figure that out yet because when I'm testing, the page doesn't open up a new tab and I'm unable to see what data is being pushed in GTM's debug mode.So my first problem is, how can I have a form completion open up a new tab? Hi Everyone,I updated the {{my.Copyright}} token in the universal folder in the "my tokens" to include the 2020 copyright information, and it is showing correctly in the token editor. However, when I place the token into emails, it is showing up as 2019.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there,We have got our Marketo instance back after long, but before we had integrated with Salesforce CRM, now we switched to Microsoft Dynamics, so I need to remove Salesforce integration completely but I am unable to do, as checked-in Admin as well, only option I am getting to disable or enable SF sync but not showing option to delete it from the instance and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics. I created a custom landing page template and when I preview it, it looks as I want it to.  I then used it in a program as the template for the landing page.  When I'm in the editor, it looks correct. When I preview the approved page, it displays in one long column.  I am referring to a custom stylesheet in my template code but when I view page source on the approved page I find no reference to it.I know I'm missing something.  Please advise.Dennis
