Hi there,There's been a couple of times when we've scheduled a smart campaign with an email attached, and for some reason the email deployment doesn't go out at the time we scheduled it for.For instance, I scheduled an email earlier today to go out at 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. I included our staff list in the email. We have yet to receive the email and when I look in Marketo it says it's scheduled to send at 1:30 p.m. (it is now 2:05 p.m.) and that it hasn't run yet.The list is not that large and most times when we schedule deployments they do send out at the correct time. But this has happened once or twice and I thought I'd start investigating :)Does Marketo run behind sometimes if you have a lot going out in one day? How far in advance should you schedule something in order for it  to deploy at the correct time?

Hi everyone, I'm working on a couple of emails that are under a default program, and these emails use custom tokens. I wanted to see where I can find these tokens. When I click on the program name and click on My Tokens, there's nothing there. This article said I could select the program or folder and see the tokens, however, I don't see a way for me to select a folder.  Is there a place that houses all tokens that exist in my Marketo instance? Thanks-Leticia 

Hi all,This is a problem that has stumped me for a few days and I have been searching through the forum and web.I have an AdWords campaign set up with medium and source set up. I can see conversions on our site in GA, but I want that attribution to be carried on through our leads in Marketo and our CRM. In our forms I have the UTMs captured and mapped onto Lead Source and Lead Source Detail. I can see hundreds of conversions per our goals in GA for these campaigns but I do not see the corresponding numbers in Marketo. How have you solved this problem?Andrew

Hello Community,  I have a little question:I am trying to see whether my Form Submits in Google Analytics match with my results in Marketo. As a reference I chose the month November 2019.  To measure results in Marketo I created a Smart List that looks the following:https://prnt.sc/qxx4vv As a time frame I chose:Date of Activity: between 11/1/19 and 11/30/2019. But that doesn't match with my data from Analytics. So I am thinking it may be correct to chose between 10/31/19 and 12/01/2019. Does that include 31/10 and 01/12? What is correct if I wanna see the data for November? Many Thanks,Eric

We're trying to set up an email alert that triggers off of an active opportunity visiting our website.The tricky part is, we want the email alert to go to the opportunity owner- and opportunity owner is not always the same as account owner in our SFDC instance.We thought about creating an "opportunity owner email" token to be used in the "send alert" flow step, the problem is; in order for that to work in Marketo, the opportunity owner email address field would need to live in the contact table in SFDC and it doesn't seem like that's possible.Has anyone ever set up an email alert that was sent to the opportunity owner email? Any ideas/suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to find enough detail information on system tokens and how they work.I am looking to apply a date/time system token to a flow step.Essentially this is the flow step:Change data value to in Lead Status to Sales Accepted LeadChange data value in Sales Date/Time Stamp to Current Date (date of sync).From what i have read you can use a system token for Date/Time but I can't figure out how to call it out in the flow step or where I can even find the system tokens.Any body - done something similar? I can do a trigger on teh CRM side inlieu but would prefer the flow steps to all reside in Marketo.thanks

Hello,I would like to delete a my.token but I'm getting alert that the token is already used.However I cannot find any occurence in any of my local assets. Is there a way to locate where the token has been added?Cécile @ Talend

Create a trigger email campaign for gaming eventI need to create a trigger based email campaign for gaming user. For example:If any user joins a clan, a trigger should be sent out.If any user is inactive for 3 days, a trigger should go out.If any user becomes a leader of a clan, a trigger email goes out.What is the easiest way to apply logic to the flow in an email campaign?

If a company sent there emails from one domain; then chose to switch it to another domain would that now affect the successful delivery of emails from the company? Will there be deliverability issues?How do I not have deliverability issues with the change?

I have a many-to-many data structure which is similar to the documentation presented here: Create Marketo Custom Objects - Marketo Docs - Product Docs So I have Leads and Their "Course Catalog"  and "Courses"When creating the local Email Script Token, I can only see the "Course Catalog" in my sidebar as a custom object - but that is no use...I would need to have a token for the actual "Course 1" in the leads catalog and even more specifically, pull the "Course 1.Grade" to be presented in the actual email.Any idea how this can be achieved with the current Custom Object configuration? Hi there Looking at this documentation (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Smart_Campaigns/deactivateSmartCampaignUsingPOST) it looks like there isn't a way to actually deactivate a scheduled smart campaign. Only a triggered one. Is that correct? I hope I'm wrong, but I feel I know the answer... Thanks.

I see in the documentation that Bulk Lead Import is a "createOrUpdate" record operation.Is there any way to do a "createOnly" operation? We are using a document scraper to bulk import leads and the resume scraper has a ~80% success rate and certain important values (such as phone number) sometimes does not get scraped and is blanking out values.I know I can block field updates, but we also do not want to update any fields from this process and we cannot block field updates from all of the fields we are scraping.

Hi all!So we are using a Marketo form to handle a giveaway we are doing. Essentially to enter the giveaway you will fill out the form. People can enter multiple times (one per day). So we are now trying to pull the entries, and realized that it isn't showing duplicates. (We know for sure certain people filled it out more than once). So my question is, how can we pull all of the email addresses? Including the duplicates.  Thanks!

On my guided landing page, I have created an element which has an image and a button (CTA).I would like to have the button dynamic, so I should be able to define the button text as dynamic content, and the button URL as dynamic content.The button (CTA) links to a whitepaper download pdf, but the URL is different for every language version ( Dutch - English - French - German )Both button label and button URL do not appear in the dynamic content section.

I'm creating a form for students to fill out that includes their graduation date. I need the "date of graduation" field to have a default value of "today", and cannot select a past date. Can someone help me figure out how to do this?

Is anyone here using the AEM Forms integration with Marketo? I wanted to know if AEM forms support pre-fill since it's directly integrated with Marketo's REST API into your own platform. I was reading through their documentation but it didn't really mention anything like that: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-learn/forms/aem-forms-with-marketo/part1.html Long story short, we are moving to a new CMS platform, in this case its AEM. Our U.S. counterpart operates the CMS so we'd be a subsidiary site. If pre-fill isn't supported, I might as well just embed the forms like we are currently doing. Any insight would be helpful!

I tried looking through the support but did not find an exact answer in regards to forms being hosted on company site, i.e. not a Marketo landing page.I am using Chrome Canary 81.0.4020.0 and see the warning message:A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at <URL> was set without the `SameSite` attribute. It has been blocked, as Chrome now only delivers cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`.It also references Cookies default to SameSite=Lax - Chrome Platform Status and Reject insecure SameSite=None cookies - Chrome Platform StatusThe actual error that is concerning is attached below and appears to be an authentication error for forms2.min.jsEverything is working as intended on FF, Safari, and Chrome 79.0.3945.88 and so I just want to be prepared if this issue is associated with cookies or something more serious.Thanks

Greetings,It looks like we have some time traveling on our hands. We have recently synced Marketo to our Salesforce instance, and everything appeared to be going smoothly until a sales rep caught this today. It looks like our Last Activity field is being set to a date in the future by Marketo.I've checked the campaign that is responsible for this flow action, but there are no dates being set aside from the ones that schedule the emails and task action. At first the task action we had set seemed to be responsible since the date looks like it was set at the same time, but again, there doesn't seem to be anything on the action itself that would be causing this.Have any of you all got an idea as to what's going on here?

Hello, I am trying to add a gmail promo code / image / logo. I heard you had to use velocity scripting because Marketo doesn't allow you to put a Json file in the code because of the script tag. Can anyone please help me. I have the Json code and Microdata code.  Thank you

Specifically, in reference to this part of the js:var fieldOrder = ["FirstName", "ArchiveMarketoLastDT__c", "Email", "LastName"];For example, we reveal 6 progressive profiling fields at a time and therefore have no way of knowing which fields will be exposed per form fill for a particular lead. Do I just order all possible fields, with the ones I want at the end?
