Hi Marketo Community One of my customers is looking for the following to achieve in Marketo 1 - How to modify at profile level, to allow resend push notifications again, is there any flag, how to do that?  2 - How to unlink the devices from a profile and redefine again to which devices resend a push notification again, test perspective. Thank you in advance

During the next Marketo Measure product release, scheduled on June 14, 2024, Marketo Measure is deprecating the Salesforce fields that our managed package pushes to the Lead and Contact Objects in SFDC (see the Release Notes link at the bottom of this post to learn which fields). Hi,  We use Email on Acid to check the deliverability rate of our emails and ensure we are not going in the spam filters,  I've never had an issue with passing deliverability checks for Yahoo and AOL until this week,  Does anyone know if AOL/Yahoo have made updates and if there's a way around these spam filters? Thanks, Katie

As we all know, adding the standard utm_* query params to email links is something Marketo can’t do automatically.   Storing UTM params in a Program-level {{my.token}} and building links from ${mktoString} variables are smart moves. But it’s tough to tokenize every single link. (Users must remember to UTM-ify links in Rich Text areas, for example.)   While there’s no magic hack to add params for you, wouldn’t it be nice to have visual feedback when you forget to add ’em? Hey all! Working on a new master template and having some issues with a design in Outlook (shocking). I have these sections in the middle and when it renders in Outlook, sometimes I get these white lines at the bottom of the boxes. It is not consistent which makes it hard to debug. Does anyone know if there is a solve for this? If I have emails coming from a single person, and the replies go to an info box, how do I get the automatic replies to go to the info box and not the single person's email address it came from? 

Last week we sent an outlook email out designed to look like it was coming from someone specific within the organization using the from as his email address but the reply-to as an info address. We did it this way, as we always do, to prevent the event where whom it looks like it is coming from won’t actually be receiving any of the reply emails including OOO/auto reply’s.  With that being said, that was not the case. Our colleague wound up receiving all the auto-reply’s to his email directly and nothing came to the info email address. We have never had an issue with this in the past and when opening a ticket with Marketo they expressed that regardless of what the "reply-to" address it that by default the auto-reply's will go to the from. Has this always been the case? - We feel that this doesn't/hasn't happen in the past and wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue. 

Hi,I need to pick your brains on how to structure on of the business areas within our organization. They work with three brands in their region, and we're debating whether to set up one or three workspaces for them to manage their work. Their current data currently combines contacts for all brands in one but each contact is tagged with the relevant brand, so it should be possible to separate the contact data into three lists. What are the pros and cons to consider here? I'm thinking of data management, reporting, and user access for example. Best regards,Mia

Hello folks, A question on Marketo list import: I happened to upload a bunch of leads(A list with 96 leads) into marketo database with a wrong opt in date time info. And these leads have been synced to CRM as well (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Is there a way I can correct the date time info inside marketo? Can I reupload these leads for the same list with updated date-time?  Will it work or is there another way? Thanks in advance

Hi team - We have created a custom object and we are adding the content in Custom object and then populating/printing it in the email via velocity script, we have modules like image, title, text section and CTA which are 20 in number so that the script runs in loop to populate the publication content, we have created independent variables for the 20 publications so that our links get tracked in Marketo, we are able to track but the Marketo report shows them tracked twice or thrice, is there a solution on how to fi that, this is really urgent?

All of a sudden I cannot run a batch campaign now, the run now dial is greyed out and I must select a time in the future.  Does anyone know why this would happen?  Its been fine all day until now, and I cannot find an answer in the Marketo community section.

Is it possible to make a sales alert using the SP sales alert token for when someone becomes a member of a program and NOT from filling out a form? I want to make an alert with the new members info in it if possible.

I'm looking to get more granular with my dynamic content. Is there a way to create a Smart List and then make that Smart List a Custom Object?

When syncing Marketo and Marketo Measure together, is it best practice to create rules to filter out any online programs running in Marketo? In an ideal implementation, should all the online touchpoints be generated by the Marketo Measure javascript, ad integrations, or UTM parameters?  If we sync our online programs in Marketo with Marketo Measure, is there a chance that duplicated touchpoints will be created? Say for example, we are running a paid facebook campaign and we have the Facebook ads integration connected in Marketo Measure. If someone fills out the form in facebook, that person then gets created in Marketo and enters the program in Marketo. If that program is also synced to Marketo Measure, is there a possibility of duplicate touchpoints occurring for that lead/person? One for the form fill on facebook and one for the marketo program?   Not sure if it is best practice to ONLY sync offline programs from marketo to marketo measure.    Thanks, Dan
