Adobe Marketo Engage

Hello,  We are about to launch an "sub" product/website. The website has a non-Marketo form that is used create an account and to gain access to the content. What I would like to do is capture these form fills in Marketo, and update or create leads. In most instances, it would be just simply checking a box to say they have completed the external form. For some, to capture all other usual lead data.  What is the best way of doing this? ThanksRob

Is there a way, with Smart Lists, that I can generate a list of my emails that are in the system scheduled and ready to deploy. I would like to see at a glance what emails we have going out and what date and times they are going. I know there is paid ad on calendar feature, but I am wondering if there is a way to accomplish this with a smart list. Thanks so much!

Hi We are looking to integrate Zoom Events with Marketo and use a Marketo registration form, but struggling to understand how to configure these steps in Marketo (link to instructions here😞Within the program, navigate to the My Tokens tab, then drag and drop a text element.Token Name: “eventId”Value: “{Zoom Event ID}” - is this populated from Zoom Events or something I'm manually adding? Go to the Marketo form you created. Use the multi-step dropdown menu or use a hidden field with a manually defined value to add the ZoomEvents Ticket ID custom field - what is a a manually defined value in this case?Paste the desired ticket IDs - where do I get these IDs from? Note: You must use the field ZoomEvents Ticket ID in order for the flow to work. Without this field, a registrant will not be created in Zoom Events.Thanks!

Hello! I've properly added the DNS information to set up the new Marketo Inbox Tracker / Deliverability Tools several days ago, however, I'm still seeing no data found across all the dashboards. We've noticed a significant number of records in Marketo have a phone number which does not start with '0' is there a straightforward way in which to mass update those records to add this in please or would the data need to exported, amended and re-uploaded?

We would like to add UTM parameters to our landing page URLs as we would like to track where users have come across our link, such as a trade organization, or an email thread outside of our campaign. When I've tried this before, I've clearly missed some steps to make sure it's set up correctly. Can you point me to any documentation or explain the proper steps? Hi,We have a user who would like to send a Calendar Invite to users in a Marketo email. Is there a CTA (Call to Action) kind of button which can invoke the Calendar invite and add the person to the event. It should update their Google Calendar? I've set up a campaign for a local event, including survey questions as per the stakeholder requirements. However, we're facing an issue with the survey questions as these are not mandatory. When users leave these fields blank during registration, the old data is still being displayed in the survey question values. I am currently working on a smart campaign to replace the old values with 'None' when the survey questions are left blank. Could you please suggest a solution to resolve this issue? @sanfordwhiteman @darshil_shah1 @awmindtree 

Hello! I'm using a global form for events, and while most fields stay consistent, certain events occasionally require unique fields (e.g. Title, Company Name, Dietary Restrictions).  Is there a way to conditionally show or hide specific fields based on a token value? For example, can I hide a field unless a program token like {{my.TokenName}} is present or has a specific value? I'd love to manage field visibility dynamically without having to clone or create separate forms for each event.  Thank you!

I'm trying to send an email campaign that includes a 10% holdout, and then splits the remaining 90% into two equal segments to receive the A/B versions of an email. Hey,we are trying to use a single Marketo Form on the website that presents multiple gated assets.  And we would like to pass a value on the form for which asset was downloaded. We are struggling to determine mechanism to pass that value - which specific asset is being downloaded. Each asset listed on this page has a "Learn more" button which is a java script code, based on which a pop-up with a centralized form opens.Any ideas? Hi Team , I am willing to create an A/B testing setup for our batch and blast email sends through a smart campaign. We use a smart campaign because we send 4-5 emails each month as part of a monthly campaign setup. I researched several blogs and posts, which suggested that A/B testing for batch and blast can only be done through the options in the email program setup tab, as shown below. I also discovered a champion/challenger approach, which is only applicable in engagement programs or for triggers. I would like to know if we can implement A/B testing for our batch and blast emails using the individual smart campaigns we utilize for our monthly sends. Looking forward to some option if they are available to leverage within the smart campaign for us to leverage and some documents if you could share which will guide us in the correct direction Regards,Akshat

Hi - not sure if this is possible, but I'd like to have a mailto link open up from a landing page and have that link populate the send to email address from the {{lead.Lead Owner Email Address}}.  Basically the call to action is contact your rep, and by clicking the link it opens an email addressed to the record owner.  Is this possible?

Hey all,We have some programs like Lead Generation or New Debit Card Ordered that are sort of evergreen ones that someone could go through more than once.I'm looking for recommendations on how to best set this up in order to potentially keep some sort of Program Status tracking in place while still allowing the Lead to go through the flow?I understand that the Lead cannot go backwards in a Program Status Step, but is there a way to allow for someone to go through Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and then still start from Step 1 if they qualify without removing them from the program completely?The only other thing I can think of is creating Static Lists and assigning the Lead to those lists when they hit each Status and then removing them from the Program - but this doesn't really allow for quick at-a-glance views of Program Success. 

HiI'm very new to velocity scripting and I'm looking for some help. Here is my use case:Our customers often want to know what the carbon footprint of our products will be for their particular project. We have a carbon calculator which will do the calculation for them and offer alternative. We offer to send them the data by email.They may request more than one set of data at different times.The email should trigger when the customer fills out the form with their name email company etc.The velocity script will need to target the most recently added custom object for any given customer record and display all the targeted fields in the custom object in a table. The html part is no problem, but the script part is. I've read some of the developer docs, but I can't see the wood for the trees... Any help would be gratefully received.Thanks
