So I see in the http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/assets/emails/#update_editable_section part where it is mentioned that the data is passed as x-www-form-urlencoded and not JSON. I tried to pass HTTP headers as:curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array('Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded'));but I'm always getting the following error:"success":false,"errors":[{"code":"611","message":"Content Type specified is not valid for the component"}Anyone else got this same error while using this API endpoint? I've tried to add 'accept' in the header as well with value 'application/json', but I still get the same error. Any suggestions would help. Thanks

I currently have a Flow set up where, when someone fills out the form on our landing page and receives our File Download email, a task is created in Salesforce for my broker. Problem is, if someone does this on a weekend, the task gets set with a due date on the weekend. Come Monday, they're overdue and he says that he has trouble locating these overdue tasks. Finding them is obviously a Salesforce issue, but if I could just fix it by having Marketo only set tasks to be due M-F, that'd be the easiest solution. Does anyone know?   Here are my Smart List and Flow:    

It would be super helpful to be able to identify which of our banner images aren't the correct dimension in an ordered fashion but I can't do this without going into each image individually to view the dimension. Any way I can do this other than having a solid naming convention in the image title?   Thanks, Kate

I am looking for guidance/best pracitce on a topic related to lead lifecycle.    CRM: Salesforce Sales Cloud   Context: We have several marketing channels, most of which direct to standalone landing pages where prospects can fill out a form. in order to get in touch with us. For each channel a lead is created, and recently we added a secondary campaign for one of the channels that looks for existing leads and updates the record in case an email can be found.    Challenge: In order to not have two campaigns per channel, one to manage lead creation, the other to manage lead + contact updates, how can we ensure that every time a prospect fills out a form on any of the LPs that Marketo will first look for existing leads (updating it if found), and if it cant find one, create a new lead. There is a thread here that talks about this but this feels very complex   Should I be creating one global campaign that listens to all the lists

TL;DR - How to use engagement programs to send on a schedule relative to each person's entry?   Background first: I've used Eloqua as my primary tool for about 10 years, way down in the weeds. I know this stuff but I'm almost a year into my first gig using Marketo and I can't seem to get my head around engagement programs. They have a lot of advantages (some important tasks are very easy, like pausing while they get a specific event follow up, skipping emails they've already received, etc; In Eloqua the management tasks between programs are much more complicated).   But I don't understand why, with all the features that make them the obvious choice for a long-term nurture program, they only send on a fixed schedule. I want to send emails every X weeks, but I don't want someone who enters the program the day after the batch sends to wait the whole X weeks before they start getting nurtured.   A common suggestion I've read here in the community is to send the first email f

Hi All, I want to target two different emails to a single segmentation. That is: Email A goes to the 50% of that segmentation and Email B goes to the rest of the leads. Please suggest any easy way to achieve this.

Using a Smart List, can I detect, in the Detail section of a specific Activity Log entry, that a step was skipped? If so, what do I need to reference in the Smart List? Alternatively, using a Smart List, how can I identify records that have specific text in the Detail section of an Activity Log entry?  Background: I set up a triggered Smart Campaign, as part of a larger Lead Scoring process, and activated it without having a value or token entered into the Change portion of the Change Score Flow step. After discovering the error, some days later, I set up the needed token, but am struggling with how to accurately determine the population of records impacted by the flawed Smart Campaign. By referencing various filter criteria in a Smart List I have been able to identify a population of records, but spot checks have shown that I have not been able to narrow my search sufficiently.   Your assistance / suggestions would be much appreciated! 

Hi there,    Wondering if anyone has an easy way to see if demographic and behavior score equals person score. I have created a view so that I can just see the 3 scores, but I would like to be able to see at a glance how many of the scores do not add up in the person score. I am assuming it might be best to export the database and work in excel to create a formula, but I am no excel magician so not sure how to do that.  Any help is appreciated!! 

I know that I can click "move" on the form asset and select Design Studio. My question is, since this form is currently "in-use" and currently being used in a variety of local programs (which is why we want to move it into the Design Studio instead) will any of the historical or in-use data be impacted when moving it?

We've tried this using both ${docuSignLink} and $docuSignLink with the same results.    We're all pretty new to velocity so I'm wondering if there are any helpful resources that may help us troubleshoot? Hello Everyone! We are working to develop a lead flow process between our Marketo and Dynamics instances that has some unique pieces that we need help determining if it will even work between the systems.    We've been asked to develop a process that when leads flow/convert from Marketo forms into Dynamics, that those leads represent a period in time instead of having a 1-1 relationship between the leads and contacts.    One example would be having a lead come through and convert on one of our forms. That lead is converted to a contact in Dynamics, but is disqualified for whatever reason and updates to that contact are blocked going forward. Then that same contact comes back to our site, submits a form again but instead of that information and activity being tied to that existing contact, a new lead would be created instead and the team on the Dynamics side would see a contact with a newly created lead under it.   Hoping that process makes sense and looking to
