Adobe Marketo Engage

Hi guys!   I created a calendar event file as indicated in the Marketo documentation. And I'm trying to use it inside an Image object but is not working. I tried the preview and a real sample test and is not working at any of those.   Is there a way to use it as a link in an image?    

Hello!   The admin whose Zoom account was authenticating the connection between Zoom and Marketo left our company. We have re-authenticated the zoom api connection via launchpoint but receiving this error any time we try to connect a webinar to our webinar program in Marketo. I have followed the steps laid out here to no avail. does anyone have troubleshooting tips?

I have a custom Lead field.In my UI, I'm looking at the table, and I click the column name to sort it.  For some reason, my field's sort buttons are grayed out.All the rest of the columns can be sorted, but not my custom one.What's that about?  Can I really not sort by custom fields?  Argh.

Hello there, I have created a marketo landing page which currently has a link to an infographic PDF(PDF is hosted in Design studio) But the ask is to have the pdf directly show on the landing page without having to click the link to view and download the pdf.   Is there a way I can have the pdf show and allow users to download on the landing page upfront?   Thanks so much in advance 🙂

Hi, I faced a sync issue with Salesforce and  Marketo. Once the salesforce campaign is created and activated in SFDC, the campaign should be selectable in a drop-down menu in Marketo when the program is set up. However, this has stopped working.  Really appreciate any help here. BR Frank Qian

The bulk lead extract api to fetch updated leads not returning leads for which company fields are updated e.g: If for a lead 123            "Billing City" is updated but this lead is not present in the response. Is this the correct behaviour?

Hi,  We are using Zoom webinar with Marketo and are using the webhook connection. I'm getting a 403 error, saying 'HTTP Error 403: Forbidden access to URL.' I noticed the errors occurred after May 28th. This connection was previously working. I've regenerated the client secret and tested all of the settings and I can't figure out what's wrong. Is anyone else experiencing Marketo to Zoom connection issues?  Thanks,  Hilary  

I would like to create an account score that not only adds up the person scores but that tracks how many people within an account are active. So it would be weighted more if the score was spread out over several people rather than 1 very active person. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I would accomplish this? I assume I could use the +1 incremental scoring somehow. Thank you

When a lead appears in Dynamics and we send it to our sales team, it needs to be noted as an end user for either Company A or Company B. We thought about using a custom utm link for each Company to track which marketo form fills originated from which utm link.   I was hoping the custom utm link for each company would show up as the referral url in the Dynamics lead/contact record, but they are not.   Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,    I am setting up a preference center that gives people the ability to subscribed to email communications for events, webinars, reports, blogs, and newsletters. Right now the page is set up so the boxes are initially checked (meaning that they DO want to to be subscribed) but when I tested it, I didn't see on my record that those fields were marked true. What operations do I need to have in place for this to work?

Hello,   We are trying to add a Marketo Form to our landing page that is using Liferay for a Drift fastlane integration.    I am not sure how to grab a Marketo form outside of Marketo. Hello All, I am working on adding the Marketo Integrated CAPTCHA to all of my forms and adjusting smart campaigns to trigger based on the results. The linked post suggests having a process to "review and revert" false positives (real people that have been incorrectly identified as suspicious), but I am struggling with how to put excluded people back into the flow. I cannot seem to find an option that doesn't involve building duplicate smart campaigns to check for people being removed from the quarantine list rather than allowing them to return to the original flow.    What are some of your processes for reviewing and reverting false positives so they can get back into the flow?    Thank you! 

Today, if you receive an email in a language different than your settings in Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail you get an auto translation bar. This is great because the Machine Learning translations models (DeepL, Systran, Google, etc) are far much better that just few months ago and allows people to access quality acceptable content in any language without the painful process of translation.   Mailchimp has the option to bring the link automatically into the content throught a "Token" "The *|TRANSLATE:XX|* merge tag generates Google Translate links in your campaign for each supported language, so subscribers can click to view your sent campaign in their preferred language."   Is this possible or will be possible in Marketo? for example translate.google.com/translate?sl=en&tl=es&u={{system.viewAsWebpageLink}} Perhaps you could replace the target language with a recore preferred language token .....  

Curious if anyone has a resource they can share on the opt-in laws as they pertain to each country? I'm currently trying to identify where double opt-in is required; same goes for single opt-in and opt-out.

Hi smart community members, can someone possibly help me? We are getting an influx of Contact Sales form submissions with fake data. They all have different company names, person names, countries. Emails are made-up, not known domains like gmail etc. Honeypot field for them is empty, they are all submitted within minutes of each other (not a the same exact time) and inferred city/country/company are different, even though it feels like the same person/people did it.    Does anyone have a suggestion on what else I should check for and try?    If this is not a bot, then reCaptcha will not help. What might they (whoever they are) be trying to do?   Thank you in advance

Hi Community,   I upgraded last week the Marketo sales insight as requested by Marketo. for some reason I don't see lead's or contact's upcoming emails such as scheduled nurturing emails. Any idea ? Did I miss something ?

I'm working with some form embeds that have Global Validation Rules applied that restrict which email domains are allowed to submit the form. This is working as it should.   We'd like to use an email verification service's API as a second layer of validation on these forms only on the addresses that make it past the Global Validation Rules. I have this setup using the onValidate method but it fires every time, even if the email address doesn't validate with the Global Validation Rules.   Is there any way to run custom validation only after all other validations have passed? Thanks!
