One of my fave life-simplifying moves is using a global Asset Download LP, rather than infinite separate LPs that only differ by the asset URL. Hi Marketo Nation!    I have use case where my business has multiple MIDs tied to a single contact record- this affects the trigger automated campaigns that we've created. If there's a contact record with multiple active opportunities at once, Marketo will pull the latest opportunity info tied to that contact record. Is there a way to use velocity scripting that can help Marketo select the correct opportunity for a specific trigger campaign?     Thank you!!

Hello. I have created segmentation for an email (dynamic content) and have discovered that the images in the snippet I've created for the footer are cutoff when the email is delivered to an Outlook email address. I've seen suggestions that include adjusting the HTML code, but am unable to do so because of dynamic content.Does anyone have suggestions on how to work around this? How to adjust the html code when your email uses dynamic content.   Thank you in advance.

Hi All, We have some smart lists which utilizes "Residency Graduation Year" as a filter. In this filter we manually input the year as per the data requirements. For say, we want a list of records who have completed the Residency Graduation last year (2022). Here is the snapshot of smart list for reference: Likewise, we need to categorize for the records who have completed it in the previous years or who will be completing in the upcoming years. For this I have created smart list for every graduation record year date (Example for 1 year ago, for 2 years ago, 1 years from now, 2 years from now and so on...).   Question - I know that we cannot apply a formula in a smart list but can we create an automation leveraging Marketo which helps in updating all these smart lists automatically whenever the Calendar year changes ?        

We are attempting to export data from specific fields in a smart list to an external database via Marketo API. I am having trouble finding documentation or other questions that cover this, can it be done?

Does anyone know if there is a way to create a report that includes the timestamp of when a person filled out the form?

Is there anyway to add/edit our email headers? I am not talking about the top of the HTML document, but the actual header information of the email (reply-to, etc.) I know that the Email Editor gives Me Accress to From & Reply-to, but I have been advised that adding a List-Unsubscribe Header would possibly increase our deliverability with GMail, Outlook.com, and others. Does Anyone know if this can be added?

Hoping someone has an idea how to do what I'm going to describe or a better alternative. We have a lead gen campaign. When a lead fills out a form Marketo sends a lead alert to one of our brokers, who are external to our company. The broker follows up with the lead. We have no visibility into what happens from there until the lead becomes a customer (if they do). WE WANT SOME LEVEL OF FEEDBACK ON WHAT HAPPENED THOUGH There was a thought to add a CTA to the lead alert that the broker could click >> go to a landing page with a form >> and provide information about their interaction with the lead. The key is to carry the lead information from the Lead Alert (which has Marketo fields incl. Company Name, Email, and more) over to the landing page when the broker clicks the CTA. When the form is submitted by the broker it updates the original lead's record in Marketo. ("I called the lead on May 3rd and sent them a quote." Hope that is enough of a description. I tried to install Marketo Sales Insight to our SFDC instance, but got error message on the page layout. Does anyone have any solutions? Hi all, wondering if anyone has seen this before / has insight / knows a fix:   A client of ours identified an issue last week in which, when they open a Marketo email in a new Outlook window, the links no longer work. The links work fine in the standard "preview" window.   We are not able to recreate it, so we suspect it may have something to do with their internal email security settings, or similar. I have never personally seen this before so any feedback would be appreciated!

Hello!I'm 99% sure it's not possible - but I was curious if within the Marketo UI there was ANY way to view a data value change to a custom object field?A lot of our campaigns run off these changes and I'm hoping there's a workaround, so I don't have to bother our data team with validating lists 🙂

Hello friendly people,   I have a link ID on my link on a landing page, but in the details of the "Clicked Link on Webpage" activity, a different ID shows: <a href="marketo-demo.example.com/rs/ABC-ABD-ABE/images/mfsandbox.pdf" target="_blank" id="PDF">Click here to PDF</a> Link ID works fine on emails with the clicked link activity, but not on LPs. Am I missing something?

We're trying to build an engagement program and we have 3 variables. We want to cater to the audiences based on persona as well as industry, as well as have it based on Awareness, Consideration, Evaluation. What's the best way to achieve this?  We have segmentations setup for personas and the industry, but trying to understand if we should be splitting the setup into 3 separate engagement programs and how to best organize it. We discovered that there is no way to hide a field unless it is not in use.  We have hundreds of campaigns that use certain segmentation fields that we need to get rid of.  Is there anything out there that can automate the process, or do we need to clean these out manually one by one so that the field can no longer be used?  Any help would be appreciated.

We have an agency managing our Google Adword account. We don't have admin access to the account - I assume because it'd give us access to other client accounts etc. What are our options for getting Marketo lists into the Adwords account? All I can think of is: Have agency add me as admin to the Adword account. Don't see this happening. Create a new Adwords account that we administer, and add agency as an admin. Assume agency will have some issues with this approach as well. ??

hi, we have links on our website that don't have a href. For example the download button on https://www.barco.com/eu-en/support/software/r33050093 We're trying to capture clicks on that button/link in Marketo, but this doesn't show up in the Activity Log as  'Clicked Link on Webpage'.Any idea how to track these?   Thank you

I am currently facing an issue with an email template design for all mac recipients who are receiving emails in their outlook app.   Issue Statement: The email template has modules with 2 columns. One for image and the other for copy(text). For all PC users and mac users (outlook browser – mail.outlook.com), the email design looks good.   Whereas for mac users with outlook app, here are the 2 issues we are seeing:   The images are showing on the left instead of right (which is how it should display)   The text copy are all left aligned (text wrapped below the image) and are showing at below the image for each module.   Here is a screenshot:       These 2 issues are being displayed only for modules which have image. Hi All, I have a sluggish instance. The initial checks basically showed that campaigns were processing through backlogs normally. Being an online platform, different queues have different priority levels and all of those seemed to be moving normally. There are no unnecessary trigger campaigns, no complex smart lists, or anything like which can be responsible for the slow performance.  We are in discussion with the support team on this and they are looking into this issue. In the meantime, I am hoping to get some ideas/thoughts/solutions from community experts to resolve this issue.   TIA    

Email looks fine on Gmail, examaple:   But is completely broken in Outlook, example:   From searching around, I see that this is a common issue with Outlook but I dont know how to fix it.
