I will include resources for how to learn to use python, webinar resources, and code. Hello!Got the popup upon login about "Websocket protocols for Adobe Marketo Engage are updating on December 31, 2023. Please work with your IT team to allowlist required Marketo Engage and Adobe domains and ports to prevent access disruptions."I see that the linked "Configure Protocol" page was last updated on Nov 15th, 2023, but I was curious if there was a more detailed list of what's changing / needs updating before or after the 31st? Is there any sort of change log on that page to see what changed? Or should I just shoot that over to my IT Team to make sure it's all good with what is on the latest page?

Hi, I have made branding updates to templates. After publishing, my program LPs and emails are now in orange icon.I have to now go program by program to republish for the updates to take effect.Is there a way to globally check off from a list all the assets to republish in one go?To go program by program is quite tedious. Please advise. Hi everyone, newer Marketo user here. We're trying to set up our campaigns so that anytime someone clicks on an email containing "/products/" in the URL is sent a follow-up email an hour later. The follow-up email needs to include a token to the original URL the person clicked on. Can you please help? We need assistance with the smart list and flow of the campaign as well as tokenizing the original URL. Thank you!

Hi,I have a form where we have a field "Job Profile" which is mapped to "Job Profile" field in Marketo database, the form has "select" type for this field with 5 options. The last option is "Other", whoever chooses "Other" will get another Text Field to Write their answer. How will I get this text box value in same "Job Profile" field in Marketo Database.?Any help would be appreciated.

We want to verify the phone number field and prevent the fake phone number from submitting the form. I saw Marketo has a function "Mask Input",  there is only one Mask we can set. However,  our prospects from all around the word, there are different phone number formats. How can we achieve this?   And if we can achieve this, in only 1 field, for example:  

If we had a pricing page with two different buttons, one for large and one for small companies, but they all went to the same page with the same form, how could we track what button a user clicked before submitting the form?  Should we be adding on a utm via the button they click? Is there a better way to do this while still keeping the follow up page and form the same for both buttons?

Hello,I am looking at an email performance report that is collating all emails within an engagement program. If I create a report specifying just the email/program in the setup, it brings back a sent volume of 6,735.However when I group the report by one of our segmentations (market), the sent volume changes to 6,088. This segmentation is fully approved and has 0 leads in the default segment. If I remove the grouping from the report and try to choose Market Segment is default in the smart list instead, it brings back no results. Similarly, if in the smart list I choose Market Segment is not any of the defined segments, it brings back no results.Does anyone know why I'm seeing these discrepancies? Not sure if I am missing something obvious!Thanks.

My company is using GTW form for registration. I tested the form and filled with a test account but nothing shows up in the program. Does the leads come back after the webinar is over? If that's the case, will it only send people who's attended, or will it include people that filled out the form but did not attend?Another question is that is there a way to track the questions asked and the duration of webinar stayed? We were able to do that before but i don't see that functionality in marketo.

Probably a question for Marketo's product team...Provided you don't have a smart campaign that is "Run through only once", would periodically cloning and deleting the old one to get rid of thousands of pages of logs improve instance performance?

We have an integration setup between Marketo and SFDC.  We need to send a Holiday card out.  Various sales teams have provided lists of recipients, email addresses, that should get the email.  All of these contacts/emails already exist in SFDC+Marketo database.  What’s the best way to use these to create email lists for the campaigns?Can I upload to Marketo as static lists and match those against the SFDC records?  I’m thinking this would create duplicates.Should I hand the lists to our SFDC admin and have her build the campaigns in SFDC? Just trying to determine what a normal SOP should look like.  Thanks.

Our company website has hundreds of blog pages. We have created Marketo programs for each of these blogs. The program uses a channel with just one status called 'Engage'. Each program hosts a smart campaign with a filter to track the blog visit in the past 1 day. All programs are synched to a single SF campaign. The SF campaign has the status 'Engaged'. I have knocked off the default statuses Responded and Sent. Below are some questions I have:1. Is the filter the correct mechanism to use here? Trigger would be better but it will drastically slow down the instance as there are hundreds of programs. Will using triggers with trigger tokens be better than filters?2. The program has been running for the past few days. No campaign members are added so far. I tested visiting the webpage a few days ago, hoping my visit will be captured, but nothing so far. How can I check if I'm cookied in Marketo? ThanksNN

Some time ago, fields for progressive profiling were added to our website.However, in the Chrome browser, progressive profiling fields are not displayed at all (in the settings it is specified to show one of two). The field appears in the Firefox browser, but it does not have a label. I disabled all custom CSS styles, but this did not affect the display of fields: it is still missing in Chrome and without a label in Firefox.I didn't find anything similar in the topics.I'm wondering if there are any known issues with the display of progressive grading fields in general, as well as their operation?Can this be resolved through the efforts of the site developers or are there other options? Is there a way to put progressive profiling fields along with a group of regular fields? Perhaps this would solve the problem.

Hi All, I am building a landing page in Marketo for webinar recordings. I would like to know what would be the best way for adding the webinar recording to the landing page while preserving the viewing statistics ?GTW offers 2 methods : Either add the recording link directly to a video section or embed the video into the landing page/website.Which way does preserve the viewing statistics ? Another issue : GTW requires a form fill by default to access the webinar recording and I am already adding a form to the landing page, which makes it 2 form fills. Is there any way to add the recording without form fill from GTW? Thanks!

Hi All, I have been trying to add my Marketo form (under Design Studio) into my Marketo Landing Page (under Marketing Activities) but somehow it's not showing up on the page even after trying on multiple landing pages. It would be of great help to me if someone review the page cofigurations as I am not sure if the form is not showing either because of some custom JS in it or something else. I'm looking for some best practices around uploading leads on Marketo to create specific audience lists for pulling into engagement streams.  What is the best process for pulling existing records within Marketo? Is there a template that needs to be used when importing new records to ensure all the right data is being captured? Thank you.

How does the custom sync filter behave for Account & Contact Object synchronization (Person Account)? We observed that when the Custom sync filter (Account.Marketo_Sync_Required = false ) and the ( Contact.Marketo_Sync_Required = true ), updates made to the Account object are still synced to the customer in Marketo. However, updates made to the Contact record aren't synced to Marketo. On the other hand, when the ( Account.Marketo_Sync_Required = false ) no updates made to the record are synced to Marketo. Does anyone have any experience on working with Custom Sync Filter ? We want to understand how this behavior works between Marketo and Salesforce.
