Hi all, I noticed a discrepancy between the 'Clicked Email' column in Email Performance Report and  the 'People' column in Email Link Performance Report, my understanding is that the number in the 'People' column should be the same number as what's in the 'Clicked Email' column. Hi guys! I searched first in the Zapier community with no success... does anyone know what the "New Program" trigger means in the Marketo Zapier integration? There's a lead creation which makes sense, but this New Program trigger says when a new program is created which doesn't make sense... Could it be when a lead becomes a program member using the Change Program Status flow action?  

Hello,I've perused documentation and message board posts, but I cannot find what I think should be a remedial explanation of in what order the constraints are evaluated within filtering.  Is the order of the constraints the evaluation order used by Marketo to qualify records?I've got a Changed Data Value filter that looks at Source and then I want it to look at Date of Activity:Data Value Changed attribute IS Lead SourceSource IS NOT "List import" Activity IS in past 30 minutes. I'm reading this as anything that wasn't a list import in the last 30 minutes will qualify. But is that correct? Because I could see this also as anything in the last 30 minutes that wasn't a list import will qualify, which means in order to qualify, the data value change would have had to have happened within the past 30 minutes. I know I could probably run some tests to figure this out, but I appreciate any thoughts people might offer - or a link to documentation on the topic.&nb

My team is using Chili Piper to route and book meetings. We're having a hard time building Bizible reporting within Salesforce on meetings (booked, attended and no shows) specific to the Chili Piper integration as well as the SF Tasks/Opportunities created when a meeting is booked. Does anyone have any best practices or resources for this?

Hello! I have an interesting issue, i am running into this formatting issue where when i am forwarding a Marketo email.   The email template has a two-column article design (Image on the right and Copy on the left) for both - the desktop and the same is the design for the mobile 9instead of for mobile we usually have the image on the top and the copy in below). The image is showing up twice on both desktop and mobile when I forward or reply to from my Outlook desktop app.   Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Please share if anyone has a resolution. I am wondering why the tokens through API should be passed as POST x-www-form-urlencoded ONLY, and not as JSON. This brings many issues. One issue, among others, is when you encode the URL the "value" lenght must be short and nearly just plain text, not URL and/or HTML, otherwise you will pass the 2048 character limit that some services like Google has for URLFetch, leaving this end point nearly usless.I did try compressing the URL through gzip, shortening the URL thoroug few services, but the Marketo end point refuses to accept those, so the question is why , why not to accept a JSON payload?

Hi all! We currently handle events with the Marketo/Zoom integration, and I'd like to know if anyone knows of a way to get live real-time attendance data from the Zoom webinar. I'm looking to incorporate a "Trouble joining?" email to go out to the people who have not yet joined the webinar 10sh minutes after it has started but for that, I would need Zoom to provide me the list of no-shows DURING the event. I know there's an attendance report you can download, but it ONLY becomes available after the webinar has ended. Has anyone been able to make this work? I know you could technically see the participants' names in real-time, extract that, and then match names/email addresses from the registrants' list to identify those as the attendees to email the rest (non-attendees), but I would love an easier way to do it, if possible.  Thanks guys!

Hello, I'm trying to change the value of a field coming from an integration and appended via Custom Object and I wanted to turn it into a date field, as I would need to use the on or before/on or after criteria - but it's currently with the following format: YEAR/DAY_MONTH (example: 2023/01_08).   To do so, I thought to create a triggered smart campaign with a data change flow step that would call a velocity script token to change the format to ISO, and then add it to a custom field. Hi there. Does anyone have any experience with sending 'extra' data to Marketo via Linkedin LeadGen Form? I actually have hidden fields in Linkedin Lead Gen Form in mind, but they are not working yet as of now - Adding Hidden Fields to A Lead Generation Form | Marketing Solutions HelpIts very useful (if it works) for flow processing since the data from the hidden form can be used (supposedly) in Smart Lists - but they are not working as of now.I want to send the information of content downloaded (via Linkedin Lead Gen Form) to Marketo so I can process the Leads based on their downloaded contents. Wondering if anyone has thoughts on the Google Sender Guidelines posted that those sending to 5000 or more google accounts have to comply to by 2/1/2024. We are reviewing our email sends to ensure we are compliant to all of the requirements before then. One thing that has come up is the one click unsubscribe. Currently we have a subscription preference center, and are hesitant to use the one-click link broadly as we have seen email tester software scanning our emails and links which inflates email metrics as is. We don't want to add inaccurate unsubscribes to the mix as well. Marketo hasn't offered a solution or work around and states these google guidelines haven't came up yet. Curious if others are aware/can weigh in here if experiencing similar. 

I have an email that looks like this where we want "hello.world" hyperlinked (for example): Please go to the hello.world website to see the buyers guide. You can also check the hello.world website for the sellers guide. The 1st link should go to 1.com and the 2nd link should go to 2.com. However when I go to link the 2nd instance of "hello.world" it automatically shows the 1.com, but it should go to 2.com. If I change it, it changes both. They appear to be connected even though I want them to go to different links. How do I accomplish this?

Hi guys!I'm trying to get rid of a couple of emails that shouldn't receive my email, so I created an "exclusion smart list" with all records I want to exclude. Then I used that smart list as "person not in" and set my exclusion smart list.   If I check my exclusion smart list, I can see the records I want to exclude, I see test@test.com with the name Pedro. Then I checked the Qualified People of my campaign and I saw again test@test.com with the name Mike.   So yeah, I have test@test.com duplicated in the system with different data, but same email. So I want to exclude the email from my send, it is possible to do that?   This is just an example, but I have a couple of duplicated records and I need them to be excluded from the send.   Thanks!

Hi all,For the Marketo instance I inherited, I see there are field dependency rules set between Lead source and Lead source activity in Salesforce. This rule results in sync errors when the lead source and activity values don't match and gets difficult to debug. I wanted to know if this is common practice, and if yes what's the real benefit of doing this? I need to rework the dependencies as a lot of them do not make sense, but before I start that exercise wanted to check if it makes sense to have these rules setup in the first place. Generally I need update alternative text, but to update just this property, it is neccessary provide request with all content arguments (image url, alt text, with, style...). See issues bellow.   1. If a web visitor rejects all cookies, the embedded Marketo forms do not load on my company's website. We use a third party cookie consent vendor. Is there a way to distinguish between the munchkin code that is used to track web activity and the code used to display embedded forms? Ideally, we would be able to classify the form code as strictly necessary so the form would function while still respecting if a visitor chose to turn off tracking cookies. Hi All, We are exploring purchasing MSI (Non Native Sync). We are relying on documentation to understand the features and if it fits our requirement.One of the question I have is syncing the ExternalId fields from Salesforce to Marketo. As per the documentation Sync the Salesforce Accounts to Marketo. - It says "A Marketo Company will need to be upserted for the Salesforce Account. The externalCompanyId and externalSalesPersonId fields are mandated for the upsert of the Company." , for ExternalCompanyId it says "Salesforce Account case-insensitive globally unique identifier". Does it mean, I can use any External ID on the Salesforce side or does it have to be the ID field on Account? Our Account unique identifier comes from our CDP and I would like to use that, instead of Out of the box Salesforce Id. Can anyone confirm if that is possible? Thanks,Arvind

Hello,I know this has been a topic but for retention purposes - we have a spreadsheet with email retention where we store live copies of the "view as web page link" in order for others in the organization to see what we are sending.I know the Sample Drafts are not good to use since they stop working over time, but I've found that even sending a live email version seems to stop working.Is there a way to keep the "view as Web Page" link without the token so anyone can click the link and it works? I know some of the workarounds are sending a copy to a mailbox and storing there, but that's a bit clunky.

Hi,I have created a large email send. One of the filters is "Email Address does not contain..." When I check the send list all the email addresses with exclusion are still there. I have a smaller email campaign with the same smart list exclusions and that one is working. Is it because the send is too large? Too many exclusions?Thanks,Nancy

Hello, We have periodically noticed long delivery delays when sending emails from batch smart campaigns. Yesterday, for example, we had pre-scheduled an email to send to 1.7 million people at 7am MST and we noticed it took until around 7:30pm MST (12 hours later) for them to fully deliver.  Taking into consideration a couple of factors - large email base, Cyber Week - our leadership wants us to find a solution to avoid such long delays - especially because our sales team is largely dependent upon generating revenue from email but is only available for a certain amount of time during the day. With this said, I am open to any suggestions the Community can provide (please share!) but also have a specific question. All the campaigns we use to send emails are batch campaigns scheduled the day before. We typically schedule them for sending at 7 and 8 am. I've always been under the impression that when a campaign "runs", whether it's pre-scheduled or we use the "
