DescriptionLike many other marketing automation softwares out there, they come with some sort of functionality allowing you to generate a mirror page URL dynamically for specific deliveries sent to recipients / profiles. The means of doing so is not really important in my opinion, it is more the actual opportunity to do it that is important here.  Why is this feature important to youLike many other businesses, we have a customer service department that are dealing a whole lot with questions like: "You just sent me this email, why is that" for instance. It has been really beneficial for us to allow the agent to actually look up the email and see a preview / mirror page of that email to increase the customer experience in that specific scenario. Description - Add filters to audience section in AJO to have a better understanding of in which journeys the audiences are currently being used (in journeys in particular, but also destinations).Why is this feature important to you - This would be extremely helpful when it comes to organizing (and deleting) segments and to quickly see which audiences are currently in use (and used in which particular journey). Right now, we have to go through every single journey and document the audience being used.How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if there was a filter (or customize table option) of some sorts that would tell you the journey in which the audience is used. But destinations could also be added as well for example.Current Behaviour - This is currently not an option

During the discovery phase of the project, our company has stated that the banners/offers proposed to an actor/customer may vary in case the customer is at a certain stage of a given customer journey (also called digital experience). Our requirements state: - We want to make changes on priority or eligibility in banners depending on the phase of the digital experience the customer is in. Example: We want to promote banners Home1, Home3 and Home5 if customer is in stage - Near real-time requirements (this disables the Query Service option) - This could be applied to any customer experience that makes uses of the phases defined for our journeys This enhancement request is raised to get an out of the box integrated solution covering our needs. The (updates to) journey stages should be available to be used within Offer Decisioning Engine, ready for use in offer prioritization and eligibility. This should be available out of the box, without need to build a 3rd party backend

Currently when within an Offer Decisioning call deduplication is required between decision scopes a Round Robin principle is applied between scopes, meaning that every scope in turn gets an Offer assigned, even if the first scope in the decision requires two or more Offers. It should be possible to first return all Offers required for the first scope before turning to assigning Offers to the next scopes.Applying the Round Robin principle causes sub-optimal Offer assignments to scopes. An Offer with a higher priority gets assigned to the second scope in the decision instead of to the first scope. The order of the scopes in the decision is in that sense not respected.

Currently Offer Decisioning context parameters cannot be used to personalize content. It should be possible to use Offer Decisioning context parameters in content personalization.In some cases we want to differentiate content based on context parameters of the Offer Decisioning Request. E.g. language parameter : customers can use our apps in a language that differs from the language known in their profile, we want to propose content in the language that they are using the app in. We must avoid having content in a different language from the language the app is used in.

Currently the language parameter in the content definition screen is not of any use. It is not possible to have more than one content per Offer per Placement, even if they are in a different language. So content differentiation on language needs to be done through if statements in the same single JSON per Placement. It should be possible to define a content per Placement per language.We need to have the same content always in two languages, Dutch and French. It would be most logic to be able to indicate in the language parameter in which language the content is defined. Now this language parameter is not of any use in the content definition screen. Adding the possibility to define a content per Placement per language would also simplify the JSON definition of the content because additional if statements can be avoided.

Currently Offer Decisionig Simulations via UI can only be executed for customers flagged as 'test' customers. It should be possible to execute Offer Decisionig Simulations via UI for all customers without having impact on for example capping parameters. It should be posible to execute an Offer Decisioning request and seeing the result without impactig customer profile, this means as a real 'simulation' via UI (not realistic call).There is no way in the UI to check a customers' eligibility or Offer scores for specific Offers. In case of complaints or inquiries on what Offers a customer sees, we need to be able to simulate the customers' situation without impactig it to understand what is happening. This means not influencing the future behaviour of the Offer Decisioning for the customer itself. E.g. A customer should not reach the capping of an Offer because we simulated the behaviour of the Offer Decsisioning for him or her.

Currently there is no UI support at all for writing Ranking expressions (no operator suggestions, no profile attributes lists, no offer attributes lists, …). It should be possible to get some UI support when writing Ranking expressions.Avoid having to know all eperators and all profile and offer variable names by haert to more easily develop Ranking expressions.

Currently a fall back-offer is obligatory. Fall-back Offers should be optional so that an Offer Decisionig request can be empty when there is no persoalized Offer to propose.It should remain an option not to propose anything to the customer if there is no personalized Offer to be proposed.

For developers it is not possible to edit the html of a fragment. In ACS this was possible via Edit - HTML. Once you have created the fragment via the Designer, if the code is not working as it should, you should be able to edit the html as well. That is how developers usually work. The feature should work something like in ACS where you can add the edit HTML option somewhere. Current behavior is create a new fragment, but that is not ideal.

In AJO we cannot delete fragments which should not be used anymore. There is an archiving option.  Next to archiving my team would like to have this feature to clean up fragments which should never be used anymore This should only be possible with certain rights, not for every user. Current Behaviour = Archiving all fragments which should not be used anymore. Any ideas?

Description - Sorry if the subject was a bit cryptic  😀 When creating email content we often have content to be shown to only a set of customers e.g. has not downloaded our mobile app or belongs to this VIP customer group. In todays dynamic content there is always a default option, so we cannot use the built in functionality to include/exclude customers to receive this specific topic.  We solve this today using a IF statement in the HTML code or add a Offer. It works but it's not as easy as adding a dynamic rule. And we see it might be more complicated the more offers we will add to the email content.  Why is this feature important to you - We are going to start using fragments and several offers with in our email content. having the possibility to add a dynamic content to be shown only to some customers without having a default item will make it easier for not-so-technical content creators to generate email content.  How would you like t

Description - We have noticed that when two users have the same canvas open, and they are both making changes to the canvas (co-editing), changes are not saved between both users at the same time. As a result, we've tried to enforce discipline where one user has the canvas open at a time and users who finish editing a canvas closes that window/tab, in order to not affect future users' changes to the canvas. However, this does not always work well. It would help to know when the canvas is receiving active data from a users' session, so that I can proactively reach out to that user internally to ask them to close their windows/tabsWhy is this feature important to you - We have lost work due to "loss of changes" because of the lack of co-editing supportHow would you like the feature to work - It would help if there was a way to show when another user has the canvas active. Description - while in emails you have bcc functionality that allow the company to have a copy of the exact message sent to the client , in push and sms there isn't a way to do that Why is this feature important to you - we work with insurance and banks and it really necessary to have copy of the end client.How would you like the feature to work - i think the best is the save the data in temporary dataset for a month , and let us to export it with the destination feature then delete it. as i was told, this feature was in the former campaign product Current Behaviour - no record at all

Description -I need the AEP/AJO system to identify proactively journeys or experiences that may not be behaving as planned.  For instance if a customer is receiving an email multiple times or reentering a journey multiple times due to a design flaw,  Why is this feature important to you:We had a journey trigger 3-20 times to the same customers and there was not way to spot this issue within the application, however all the data is within the system.  Teams design with the best of intentions, however I want the application to help monitor performance for ongoing solutions/automations.   How would you like the feature to work -I would like AEP/AJO to flag this to an Admin to identify if this behaviour is aligning with the intended Journey.  If the admin approves, then this alert can be dismissed.   I want the AI assistant to alert us. I would like to be able to set a global guardrails that flags customers who have reentered a journey

Description - Ability to organize campaigns in foldersWhy is this feature important to you - Having multiple brands and teams in a single sandbox, organizing and filtering becomes difficult.How would you like the feature to work -Given audiences have a folder functionality, we would like the ability to organize campaigns across our many operating entities by folder. Current Behavior—No folders for campaigns.

Currently in AJO email designer, dynamic content can be applied to different sections of the email creative. So perhaps there are a few variations of the main image, the variations are based on segments (if Segment 1, display content A1; if Segment 2, display content A2, if Segment 3, display content A3, if Segment 4, display content A4). A few different variations of the body text based on other segments (if Segment 1 or 2, display content B1; if Segment 3 or 4, display Content B2).  So as a general ask is how do we report based on dynamic content breakdown; so ideally we want to compare at both the content level as well as the segment level. So how is Segment 1 doing as compared to Segment 2 and Segment 3 and Segment 4 in terms of opens/clicks. And how is Content A1/A2/A3/A4 doing from opens and clicks comparison perspective.  So we would like to see some kind of Segment or Selection Criteria (since it could also be attribute based) + Content version both be recorded as par

When working with conditional content in emails, there is no advanced mode - you cant see the logic as code and you cant edit it like you can in expressions. It would be nice if this conditional "editor" should have a advanced mode where you could see the code and manually wright/change it like you can do with expressions. No we can just drag and drop attributes from the menu, and when that is done you cant to so much about it, not even see how the code is if you need or want to. If you want to change a condition it is not very intuitive how to do that, since you cant access the library of conditions easily.  

When working with conditional content in emails it hard to find and change your existing conditions. You need to go into a email and use the conditional content feature to be able to see the list over all conditions been created. This list/library of conditions could have been accessible through the menu. Then you could se all, and you could open and change them directly without going trough a existing email that only can be accessed in a Journey. Selecting a condition to use in a variant of a ex a email module is intuitive and works fine, it is the overview over what you have already created before, and how to make changes to them that is hard, and little intuitive.   

Sometimes it happens that the error information includes only "There is an error" or "Runtime error" - to fix it ...it would be really great to have more or bether ALL information about the error - the line where it happens and why it happens!Next time when the issue happens, i will make a screen shot and update this idea.

DescriptionI would like to be able to choose one or several attributes as Journey Exit Criteria. Why is this feature important to youThis feature is important because I don't necessarily want to create more audiences since it takes more time to do that and I'm also concerned about the audience guardrails.I don't want to have to create a custom event since it's more time consuming and requires different roles/competence/AJO permissions to do. How would you like the feature to workI would like to use attribute as exit criteria by using operators to either say that the attribute should equal a defined value or be more/less than a defined value or be compared to another attribute or to a certain date or time. Also, being able to say that if a profile's attribute changes in any way from the time the profile enters the journey, then the profile should exit the journey.

DescriptionI think it would be a huge improvement to the email designe if we could ensure that elements in the email is mso optimized WITHOUT breaking the visual editor. For a lot of companies, it is not necesarrily developers who work with the emails and thus a visual editor is needed for flexibility in the workflow. However, the visual editor will break as soon as you start to change anything in the source code thus leaving you unable to ensure mso optimized CSS as well as favicons and other stuff.  This is important since it will allow for a stronger use-case of the visual email editor and ensure democratization of the email design role (in my opinion).   I imagine this feature to work in a few ways: Make sure that email designer itself adds mso optimized css lines OR allow to split html and css so that you can code the css yourself but stay in the visual editor.  Currently, if we try change minoir things such as mso tags or favicons we are forever

To be able to maintain and change item used in emails from a centralized place it would be nice if we can be able to use Email Fragments into other Fragments. It you create a button that is common to use or f ex a table of Social Media symbols with links that you could and would like to use in different context in a different setup - regarding the mail that you are sending. Standard fragments like buttoms, social media symbols and links, could be stored and used into other fragments (that is the one yoy actually drags and drop when you create a new email). When a symbol or a button color must be changed you can just go into that one "small" fragment - change it, and the change is replicated into all the fragments where this is used. Nesting of standard items (fragments) to be used as building blocks in other segments will lift the email possibilities a lot. We are experience that maintenance of Tags is hard do to access rights, especially deleting Tags. It must be easier to change the name and/or to delete a Tag that is not wanted or not just any more. It the Tag feature shall work and be trusted by the users the Tag must be spelled right be generic and have some sort of structure. This is work that is always going on - and the need of change and maintenance will always be there. We see misspelled words, not generic enough  and the list includes many tests. This is hard to change and make the tool full of "bad data" - and the user experience will drop over time.  During the development of AJO there has come better features regarding deleting audiences. When deleting a audience it will be checked it this audience is connected to another audience and/or a journey. If so you get a error message and info about that connections there is regarding the audience you want to delete. We see the need of the same mindset here rega
