Collaboration - enable "Last Updated by" history

Description -

* In an enterprise context, there are multiple users who will open and may make changes to a canavs. Having an inspectable history of changes that have happened will enable the ability to pinpoint which last change may have caused negative effects to the canvas' outputs

Why is this feature important to you - This will increase agility for our canvas teams and improve our debug speed.

How would you like the feature to work - When inside an actual canvas, navigate to Canvas Properties, expandable section to show version changes

Current Behaviour - Only able to see "Last Updated By" and "Last Update" on the Journeys > Browse UI
