Adobe Journey Optimizer

Is there anywhere we can check or apply some trigger which can send the total records or based on channel applied within Journey. for e.g., send 30 records for email , SMS - 20 records,etc.   

Hi there, We are trying to send a signal over to a 3rd party app to delivery SMS. There are two primary steps: 1) Fetching an OAuth Token, setting the client id and secret, and then putting the token into the Header as part of the API call, this call works in Postman. But when I replicate the same settings into AJO, i get a 403 Forbidden error. Is there anything special I need to configure on the AJO in addition? Things I can confirm:1) The endpoint is the same between Postman and AJO2) Authentication returns "Test successful", and I also have this  "tokenInResponse": "json://access_token" in the payload3) The Payload request is directly copied from Postman. Any advices would be appreciated. I am wanting to change the URL that's been set up in a Landing Page that's been created in AJO. I can see the original URL display that was placed when the landing page was created, under Access Settings/URL but I can't see a way to edit the existing URL that's been placed. Is it possible to update the existing URL? Location: AJO/Landing Pages/Page/Access Settings/URL 

Hi,  do you know if are needed additional set up to create a journey to send email to certified email addresses? Can i use a standard domain defined into ajo?  In the documentation no point is provided for certified email. Thanks.

Hello,I have created a rule that checks if a customer has not purchased a product with SKU number 123. This SKU is present in the event dataset associated with a customer's profile. I used this eligibility rule to make an offer decision. However, when I create an email campaign and use this offer decision, I don't see any results, even when the customer doesn't have SKU number 123 in the event data.After reading the Adobe documentation at this link: Adobe Documentation, I discovered that event-based offers are not supported in Journey Optimizer. If a decision rule is based on an event, it cannot be used for creating an offer.My question is, if this feature doesn't work, why is it still available for creating rules? Adobe should disable events if they are not functional. I just want to confirm if I am missing something here.Regards,Arpan     

Hi Community, I have configured an external API as a data source and I'm attempting to retrieve some data from this API endpoint to personalize my AJO email content.I am making a call within the journey to update the profile data (that I have extended with the relevant fields), and then referencing this profile data in the subsequent email.The issue I am facing is that I am getting error messages that prevent testing/activation:Custom fieldgroup: invalid param definition for 'e6b333f2-4180-44e1-8c7b-9fd8db96839b': key definition and key mapping must have the same count of key items (ERR_ENRICHMENT_104 )Custom fieldgroup: invalid param 'delivery_id' definition for 'e6b333f2-4180-44e1-8c7b-9fd8db96839b': not found in expression key mapping (ERR_ENRICHMENT_105 )I can't find reference to these here, is anyone able to help me identify the cause/resolution? Thanks,Alex

There seems to be a latency of about 10-15 minutes for a offer to display - in my use case, I have capping set to 1. Once the offer with the highest priority is displayed, it is being capped at 1 as expected, but it takes about 10-15 minutes for the offer with the next priority to be displayed. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Tried with both Edge and Batch audience segments/AEP Web SDK is applied on the website.#AJO#Offers

Hi! I want to use the fields from an enriched audience (companyName and companyCount) in AJO journey,   but when I select the enriched field the advanced editor from journey looks like this #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._spnam.audienceEnrichment.entry('put_a_key_here').audienceEnrichmentChildMap.entry('put_a_key_here').companyCount} Do you know what 'put_a_key_here' means?Also I'm not able to add an Audience created in Audiece Composition in AJO Read Audience activity. Thanks

Hello,I have a situation where all the information about products is stored in a lookup system in AEP (Adobe Experience Platform). Now, in my marketing campaign, I need to access these details before sending out an email. The product codes (SKU) are stored in an experience event schema, which is linked one-to-one with the product lookup schema. In Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), I can easily access the product codes from the experience event. Hi all, I'm currently working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and have a specific requirement to initiate a journey based on dynamic dates. In my case, I have already captured an attribute termed "Arrival Day" within the Customer Data Platform (CDP).My objective is to utilize this arrival date to trigger a journey three days prior, meaning the trigger should be set to "Arrival Day - 3". Hello, After a Purchase event, we'd like to update the visitor's "Loyalty Points" by taking the existing value in the Profile and adding the Purchase amount to it.  For example, if the existing Loyalty Points value in the Person dataset is "100" and they purchase something for "59.99", we want to write "160" (rounded up) back to the Profile Dataset. In the Update Profile action, we select Loyalty Points but that value missing in the Expression dialog prevents us from using the appropriate Math function.  Is this because the Update Profile action only updates values under the OOTB Persons Fieldgroup - meaning it can't update any custom values?  If not, what could be the issue here?

Hello, I'm trying to generate a Order Confirmation email and not getting the data from the productListItems - even in Test mode.  My basic setup is the same as outlined in Adobe's help file.   {{#each context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems as |product|}} <table> <tbody> <tr> <td><b>{{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.name}}</b></td> <td><b>{{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.quantity}}</b></td> <td><b>${{context.journey.events.event_ID.productListItems.priceTotal}}</b></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> {{/each}} When the visitor goes through the flow, I get all other commerce related items but nothing in the productList.  You can see from the image below, the "$" string literal proves the /each statement is looping through the 3 products in

Hi, I am trying to follow the following Adobe documentation for sharing event information in an offer. However i don't see the "Messages" option under actions as this document is talking about https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer-learn/tutorials/personalize-content/use-contextual-event-information-for-personalization.html?lang=en Can you please let me know how can i get this enabled? Also i am not sure how can i add this messages as a new option because while configuring actions i don't see this. Thanks,Arpan

Hello,I'm seeking assistance with tracking the number of profiles in a specific segment during a journey. Specifically, I need to identify if a segment includes more than five profiles, and if so, the journey should continue. While I'm considering monitoring this similarly to creating an Audience, I'm open to alternative methods or solutions for achieving the same result. Could anyone provide guidance or suggestions on how to implement this?   I've tried somethingl like this in journey advanced editor: distinctCount([inSegment("[CXW] AEP IIN")]) > 5 but nothing happens (as my segment has more than 5 profiles)  Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to accomplish this in Journey Orchestration. Terminate two events into a single action.  In the example below, if the visitor purchases they go to the Confirmation email, if they abandon, the get a Cart Abandon email and if they eventually purchase they should get the same Confirmation email.  I don't want to have to configure the Confirmation email twice (more work and prone to errors).  In the example below, I'd like both Purchase and Purchase1 to both terminate in Confirmation email. How do I accomplish this?
