Hi, how do I get access to all the "Attributes" from the Unified Customer Profile in a Journey "Orchestration: Condition"?I don't seem to be able to go beyond the basics I have 5 other fields under Customer Profile "Attributes" that I cannot access in a ConditionThanks for the help

Hello AJO community members,   I have a use case where I created a landing page using AJO and published it. I'm able to preview this page but want to access this page over the web, simply putting the link of the landing page on a CTA on a AEM page to be accessible by the end user. The problem we are facing is that this AJO's published landing page is not accessible over the web. It's also mentioned in the Adobe doc's that "You cannot access your landing page by simply copy-pasting this URL into a web browser, even if published." Is there any other way by which I can access the landing page created in AJO?

Hi i'm trying to create an expression that will wait until 19:30:00 before proceeding through the journey. All i can see is wait a day but i can't specify wait until 7.30pm beofre arrying on. Can anyone help?   I've tried this expression but don't think it's right:     

In AJO do we have mechanism, similar to Adobe campaign, where we can stop all the campaigns via setting a common variable ? The way we do in our ACM ATM is to mark a common variable as false prior to data ingestion and analyze data quality through certain technical workflows. Once the data is verified and everything appears to be fine, we activate the common variable that allows workflows to run normally.   Primarily we are looking for some kind of automated (centralized way rather then modifying each journey/ campaign one by one) way to ensure the communications are not being send out of the AJO system until the data is being verified after ingestion.    With Regards, Amit

How do i export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer?The client does not have AEP, only AJO.As I can export files in txt or csv, either campaign or as a journet without using AEP.

If you want to update a field from a journey using the Update profile action, when choosing the value by which it will be updated, it is only possible to choose from the ProfileFieldGroup field group. How could another field be used if it does not belong to that group of fields? department example

How can I export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer? It can be like a campaign or like a journey, but in the end export a txt or csv file.

Hi community! We are in the process of migrating from ACC to AJO. In that context we are investigating the best way for us to perform BI analysis on email/push delivery. In ACC we have had a daily export of email and push delivery logs that allowed us to analyse deeper (with different bussiness KPI's) in Power BI. So I am wondering how we can accomplish the same level of analytics from AJO. I don't see an OOB solution to export delivery logs from AJO (Maybe I am missing something)  We have query service as a part of our solution as well, so wondering if that is the way to go? Interested in hearing you guys what your experience is and how you have achieved similar cases 🙂 Thanks a bunch!

We are attempting to test functionality to send a follow-up SMS with info about their order to users who complete a purchase. We are using the current contextual event fields: Based on the following test payload for a simulated purchase event: In the SMS, the contextual fields for commerce.checkouts and webpagedetails.name are appearing, but no productListItems information appears:   I found a similar thread that mentions "You can't use the timeseries data in the message. Check if the data is available in the dataset and the correct path for that data."   I am trying to understand if this is the problem that I am experiencing, and if so, how can I get productListItems information to show properly? In addition, if my order were to contain multiple items (productListItems array has multiple elements), how do I display each element separately using contextual attributes?    

Hi there   I would like to personalize an email as following: If Attribute 1 = "A", then show value of Attribute 2. Both attributes are available in Profile. Example Customer Attribute 1 Attribute 2 John A 100 John B 200 John C 300   Output:100   I tried replicating through Helper Functions with a IF statement, but I did not get the results I hoped for. We have custom action configured where we are passing certain fields. The requirement is to send the field as 'null' where we don't have the data. We used the below functionality of AJO to set the value as null but the problem is AJO does not send this field name itself in the REST call if the value is set to null.   #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._tenant.gender, defaultValue: null}   If we don't send this field as 'null' from the custom action payload, the API fails with an error. How to set this value in the payload as 'null' so that the API request body will always have structure like the below in the example   For no value in AEP { "customerID": "123", "gender": null }   If AEP has value then { "customerID": "123", "gender": "male" }   Currently, for empty or null values in AEP, the custom action is sending the payload like below & which is failing due to certain limitations at the destination system which always requires field to be set

Hi, I have a created a Journey for POC but wanted to send the data within AEP/AJO itself to successfully test the Journey. Is there any possibility to do that? Kindly let me know

Situation: we send out NPS e-mails, but only want customer to receive a NPS e-mail once in every 3 months. To do so, we created a segment and included everyone who has an event on their profile with the messageID corresponding to the message in the journey.   Problem: But, I found out that the message ID changes when you create a new version of the journey. So in that way, the segment doesn't work anymore like you want to, or you have to add all the Message ID from all the different versions of the journey. That doesn't seem like the best way to do it, there should be another way.   Question: is there a field in the message that stays the same over the different journey versions and that we can use building segment? Or what is the best way to build segments based on an e-mail a customer has received, that stays working when you create a new version of the journey?   Thank you. 

Hi Community:   I just activated a journey and I am entering the reports and I still do not get information. Is there any way to see the logs of those emails? For example: who opened, who clicked and those who had a bounce?    Thanks,  Andrea

Hi,   I am trying to send an email to members with an unsubscribe link using manage optout    I have found out that optout (un-subscription) is handled by the Consents and Preferences field group which needs to be added to the profile-enabled schema, which is working fine after implementation.   Question- 1- I have seen another field group preference details which I think is used for optIn/Out as well. Upon verifying and testing I have found that field group Preferences Details - which creates attribute "optInOut._channels.email", if set to y and there will be check marks in given profile attribute under channel preference for each channel Opt-in.  "Any email sent from AJO Journey will have unsubscribe link. Upon clicking the link, attribute consents.marketing.email.val sets to n. How can we update attribute "optInOut._channels.email", if this is required for opt-out."   Has somebody implemented this in their email.   Thanks!    

Hi,   I know the global and live reports for journeys, but my marketers want to see an overview of all e-mails sent in a sandbox. Is there any way to see all the e-mails sent with some stats? Or are global and live reports the only reports available for e-mails? Thanks!     

Hi,   We are writing order data to the profile because we want to use that data in order e-mails like returns or shipping e-mails.  But after a while, we want to remove that data in the field, because the profile gets too big and we are already beyond the limit of the license.    So my question is: how do you empty a field on the profile? I know you can create a journey and update the field with the update profile action, but then you can't leave that field empty, right?  

Hi there, I have an exemplary use case like this We have a catalog of 200 products which can be purchased. We have a "product tip" for each product such as "If you press button A and B at the same time, you can ..." In case a customer purchases a product we want to send a "product tip" one day after the purchase via email. Also, 2 weeks later, we want to send another email asking to provide a brief survey on experience with this new product. In AJO I would create a journey, triggered by "commerce.purchase".I would also create 200 offers in ODE which include product tips and offer rule is tied to "purchased sku=xyz".As the first step of the journey I would wait 24h and then send an email. Email content would include an offer component / call to ODE in order to get the right "product tipp" rendered into the email.The journey is concluded with a wait activity of 2 weeks and then an email asking to fill the survey.
