Hi, I am using AJO, and I am triggering an email to some profiles. The email has a CTA and if someone clicks on the CTA and does not make a purchase, I want to send them a follow-up email after x days. Can someone help me design this journey?

Hi,  I have a UAT Sandbox for AEP and AJO. How do I make sure that I do not send out communication to profiles after activating a journey in UAT environment?Basically I want to understand how UAT and PROD environments are distinguished in AEP and AJO. Please also share link to any documentation if its available. Thank you,

Buen dia estimados. Su valioso apoyo por favor con revisión, ya que he estado enviando audiencias a destino pero al momento de enviar me genera el siguiente error:Quedo pendiente de su apoyo. De antemano gracias. Saludos.

Is there a way to see how frequently a rule has filtered profiles? For example, I have a rule that caps 3 push notifications per week. But how many are being held back or dropped due to this rule? Additionally, can I bypass the business rule for a journey that is high priority?

Hi ,    Anyone Explain these points in journey action and provide example for understand?  Three retries are systematically performed in case of an error. You cannot adjust the number of retries according to the error message received. Retries are performed for all HTTP errors except for HTTP 401, 403 and 404.The built-in Reaction event allows you to react to out-of-the-box actions. If re-entrance is enabled, a profile can reenter a journey, but cannot do it until he fully exited that previous instance of the journey.

Hi @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak I have one doubt in the custom date format we can use only date time format only. but the attribute i have data type is in date format when i am using it in the Custom Wait period with the function DateTimeOnly it is returning me "2023-08-18T00:00:00.000"  but the wait activity is not considering it when i tried with the NOW function to convert it into datetime only it is working "todatetimeonly(now())"  output is "2023-08-18T23:17:59.123434343" which is working in Wait period activity Do we have any walkaround solution for this.

Hello,  Use case:send a push message to max 1000 profiles on a weekly basis Setup:- journey set up with Scheduler Type = Weekly- use CONDITION node with Profile Cap at 1000 in the journey to orchestrate  Challenge:The CONDITION node picked up 1000 profiles when it's first deployed on July 29 but it didn't pick up any profiles on August 5. There were 5.2k profiles entered the node but all were dropped.  2 questions: 1. Does this mean the weekly 1000 profile cap is at journey level that when the first deployment has reached the limit, the subsequence runs will not pick up any eligible profiles?2. How can we set up a journey to pick up max 1000 profiles on a weekly basis? Thanks,Cecilia

We are using offer attributes in AJO to define few dates and later we want to use this offer attribute to calculate the ranking of the offers   The offer attribute has the following structure offerApplicableOn 21-09-2024,23-09-2024,25-09-2024   In our ranking we are using offer.characteristics.get("offerApplicableOn") to fetch the value of the dates. Now we want to split it by comma and check compare each date. Suprisingly there is not split functionality available to do so in pql https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/pql/string-functions   Is there any way to define offer characteristics as a string array instead of string?    Thanks, Arpan

Hi,Does Ajo offer an option for setting up auto-reply or auto-response?

Can we create Custom in-App Surface? which can trigger Native Front End?If not what is the best approach?

Hi there, Often times we need to give an estimated size to our stakeholders prior to launching a campaign/journey. Currently we do this by duplicating the journey, removing the push nodes, and publish it to get an estimated size. However there are couple of downsides to this approach: 1) The estimated number is by profile counts2) We need breakdown of size by Android vs iOS device, and a profile can have both android AND an iOS device, which makes the estimation inaccurate. How do we get the number of devices? Thanks.

We are creating the Reminder Email using Dynamic Event Data. We've established an Events Journey and need to send a reminder within 24 hours. Scenario [Streaming Data]: I have to validate Appointment Booked Date[e.g Date :2024-08-20T007:35:00+00:00] and send the reminder 24 hours before the Appointment booking Date [2024-08-19T007:35:00+00:00].  Custom Wait: setHours(toDateTimeOnly(@event{Appointment.dateTime}),-24)? I have used this Logic in Custom wait & It's not working. In Condition: InNextHours(the dateTime of appointment,24) [This is working if the journey in between 0- to 24 hours ]Note: Audience Logic is not helping to populate Dynamic Events Variable in the Reminder Email. Is there any other logic for Reminder Email Setup in Adobe AJO?  Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Hi experts,       Could someone assist me with adding a custom favicon and title to a mirror page in Ajo? I'm looking for guidance on how to do this. @DavidKangni @SatheeskannaK @dugganab @Anuhya-Y @pradeep_kumar_srivastav

Hi,We have a use-case where we want to run an email campaign via journey from a custom upload audience. When we are creating the journey, we don't see an option to overwrite the execution field at all.We are trying to follow this : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/primary-email-addresses#journey-parametersIs there a way we have to enable this option of overwrite execution field, so that I can use the email address from the custom audience upload? Thanks,Swastika.

I would like to implement that scenario for a customer. I am curious if such a price-drop event is recognized:a) internally by a platform. AEP somehow through datadisteller or other service (?) recognize that there was a change in priceb) event from an external platform which triggers event in AJO and then journey What is your experience?

I am trying to export data to Third Party using Stargate API Endpoint configured in a custom action. The attributes are a combination of XDM Profile Schema & XDM Experience Event schema. I am unable to retrieve the XDM Experience Event data, and in the logs I could see Profile data is fetched but experience event data is " " <empty>. Can anyone help me with a solution?

Can we trigger in-app intercept on the app (using native front end) from AJO and grab content from AEM (via content fragments)?if not , what is the best Approach?

How does using Schema attribute & flags and modular journeys with segment-based triggers compare to using a single AJO journey with wait activities in terms of performance, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) internal working best practices? Suggestions please. Think of a simple use case: New Account Onboarding Journey ○ Objective: Guide new customers through the process of setting up their new bank accounts. ○ Key Steps: Welcome email, account setup guide, document submission reminders, first transaction encouragement.  For example:Create the Main Journey:Login to Adobe Journey Optimizer.Navigate to the "Journeys" section and create a new journey named "New Account Onboarding Main Journey."Configure Read Audience Activity:Select the "Read Audience" activity as the journey trigger.Configure the data source (AEP or CRM).Enable the "Incremental Read" option.Set the read frequency to daily.Create and Configure Segments:Navigate to the "Seg

In the context of a cart abandonment use case, where a user adds items to their cart but does not complete the purchase, how does Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ensure that these users are correctly added to the "Cart Abandoners Audience" segment after the specified 1-hour time condition, especially in the absence of any new events occurring within that hour? Additionally, how does AEP utilize streaming evaluation and scheduled re-evaluation to handle this scenario and ensure timely and accurate segmentation?

I would like to showcase that use-case on a customer demo. Do you have any screenshots which would help me imitate a creation of such an event?Would be really thankful.
