Hi Team,I have a question, Adobe Experience Platform shall support a Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption of 1 hour including staged recovery.Could you please share Adobe Experience Platform SaaS Model Documentation if available.Thank you.

I am trying to set an event on element visibility using custom code. For example when a page load and there is a targeted element and on page load the custom code should set the event. The challenge here is I have event "direct call" for page load and in that page load, I may or may not have that element. But when I have that element I should add the event to the page view.

Starting today, the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger is not working (Chrome plugin)

Hi all,  I am trying to ingest data from Salesforce, using the OOTB Salesforce Source Connector. I already have the connection setup, but after mapping all the fields when I click on 'Finish' to save the dataflow; I get the error "An error has occurred while validating patch instructions: Invalid JSON Patch payload (missing 'value' field)"  I am not sure what's causing this error and how to resolve this. Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi All, I am trying to implement cookie consent through AEP web SDK extension but not able to reach the goal. My goal is if any user comes to website he/she should if allow the cookies only then adobe launch script will load if reject cookie the script will not load, and if user doesn't select any of these options and still adobe launch script doesn't load.I tried to achieve this in analytics extension where I created data element which capture cookie name and then within analytics extension I am aborting the script if user reject the cookie. But how do I implement with the help of AEP web SDK extension.Thank you...

Is there a way to track visits to a particular product, uploaded via CSV file, I believe you can do this by using the trackevent function like this: adobe.target.trackEvent({"mbox": "some-mbox","params": {"entity.id": "entity ID"}}); , but Ive found no documentation confirming this. I know there is a way to track conversion with the orderConfirmPage mbox, but I want to know if there is a way to track also visits to create 'most visited' criteria for recommendations.

Hello,An confused with the data behaviour in AEP when Deduplication is set to a AEP destination. The deduplication is enabled on ownership-id and has multiple Profile records with same ownership-id imported in following order: User 1email: test@test.com | ownership-id: 999999999 | First Name: A-1 | Last Name: B-1 | Creation Date: 1/1/2022User 2email: test@test.com | ownership-id: 999999999 | First Name: A-2 | Last Name: B-2  |Creation Date: 2//2/2023 What is ideally expected from the data export to the destination? As per AEP docs (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/destinations/ui/activate/activate-batch-profile-destinations.html?lang=en#deduplication-use-case-3), it should be "Profile 2 is the latest one that qualified for the audience, so it is the only one getting exported.". So I should get User 2 in the data export. But, I see different results. Any reason for this behaviour? Appreciate any point

Hello, I had to enable a dataset for upsert function which can be done using API call. For this, we first we need to disable the dataset for profile. I disabled the dataset for profile using UI and then ran the API call adding profile enabled true and upsert true condition. It was run successfully. But in UI I see it is still not enabled for profile. Could someone let me know how to check if dataset has been enabled for profile or not. Thank you

I'd like to be able to use it in Edge's split view feature. This would be very handy

Hello We have a requirement to delete profiles from Profile store Service in AEP. I have deleted the one profile from the profile service with the help of Entity Delete API Call. How to delete the number of profiles at a time from the profile store. Can anyone provide the sample code on how to delete the number of profiles?API Call:https://platform.adobe.io/data/core/ups/access/entities?schema.name=_xdm.context.profile&entityId=xxxxx&entityIdNS=acntguid&mergePolicyId=xxxx  Thanks in advance.Nikhil Kumar

Hi there, There is an endpoint that I would like to regularly ingest the response data into AEP, this means using GET as opposed to a POST from the endpoint. Is this possible? Thanks.

QQ - What does "identities were not recognized by the destination" means in context to exporting data to a Destination?

Hi there, I have one XDMIndividualProfile schema which contains the offer ids a customer is eligible for. Then I have another schema & dataset with Offer Class for lookup, basically joining on the Offer ID.  For this offer dataset and class, I have a HTTP api source connection successfully set up and sending if the status of an offer changes (could be draft, published etc.). The data is flowing in continuously, how do I know what is the current state of the offer is? For example:Offer IDStateIngestionDate123Draft9:01AM123Published9:02AM123Draft9:03AM Is there a way 1) I can see in the Profile Attributes screen of the latest offer status (Draft)? 2) I can derive the latest status through query service, but is there another way? Thanks!

this is the logic I have writtens.events = "events840:" + dataLayer.jobID;s.linkTrackVars += ",events";s.linkTrackEvents ="event840";s.tl(); Please give me solution what works to get both event111 and event840:jobID

Hi Team,My goal is to bring website traffic data (website has Adobe analytics implemented) into AEP for segmentation and send it to further downstream destinations. However, I am struggling to find the ways and weighing on the pro and cons of the below approaches:a. Websdk implementation in website to fetch data directly into AEPb. Websdk implementation in website to fetch the data into Adobe Analytics and then bring into AEP Could someone please share any insight into which one is more suitable and the pro-cons of these two approaches! Thank you for your suggestions!

I have some piece of information which need to be attached to/present in both Profile and its corresponding transactional events.Shall I create a custom Field Group or create a custom XDM Schema and a corresponding custom XDM Class? I dont want to use a mapping table and establish a relationship between third entity (which holds common info) and other two entities (Profile and Event) Any best practice from Adobe to cater to above use case and comparison, use cases for custom Class vs custom Field Group? Thanks!

Can I use attributes in my Look-up class as part of my segmentation job? Currently am not seeing it available.

Hi Team,Can some one help me with the below queries. 1. Is there a storage limit for the Source or destination Data landing zone.? In terms of how many files limit max can be stored or what's the max storage size ( in GB) it can handle ? 2. The data retention time period of 7 days, can it be changed(reduced or increased) for a client sandbox by either the sandbox admin or via adobe support ?

Hi all,  i have configured a source connection with a catalog connector (Microsoft) the dataflow ran and the data came in my dataset, but i see no profiles created.  I have enabled both schema and dataset for profile and choosed four identity field, however none of them is a primary identity. Can this be the main cause of not retrieving the profiles in the profile section?? Or there is some time to wait before see profiles ingested in RTCP? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am confused about the concept of Revision after publishing the library in production. I have a issue in our case, where I was given a already implemented launch rules, I found a rule firing but it is not there in Launch and I finally found it is there in Upstream resources in production and it is in live. I'm not sure , How disable or delete the rule as it is not there in other rules and it is in 16 th revision. Please let me know , how the the rule can be removed from upstream source.

Most of the times , trigger inside function doesn't fire? Why?Like, I have written inside event viwotorevent lisener
