Identity Profile in RTCP not created after dataflow ingestion was OK

Question

Hi all,

i have configured a source connection with a catalog connector (Microsoft) the dataflow ran and the data came in my dataset, but i see no profiles created.

I have enabled both schema and dataset for profile and choosed four identity field, however none of them is a primary identity. Can this be the main cause of not retrieving the profiles in the profile section??

Or there is some time to wait before see profiles ingested in RTCP?

Hey @nick_2024

You mentioned you enabled schema and dataset for profile and also that you did not map any identity as primary identity. Both the statements are opposites in nature cause you cannot enable a schema for profile unless you mark an identity as primary identity in that schema.

Would suggest rechecking your setup and if it is actually enabled for profile.
