Hey Adobe Community, I have a composition audience that I split into four different audiences. Now, I want to perform another split on two of those four audiences in the composition, but it will not let me. Is it not possible to perform multiple splits in one composition audience?

I want to create an audience of individuals who received a specific API triggered campaign. What is the best way to ensure that only the people who received the email are in the audience. To put it another way, we have built an API triggered transaction campaign, I want to build an audience based on the people who actually received the email, excluding those that bounced or errors etc.I have tried building an audience based on the Email Delivered event and tried multiple combinations of campaign version ID, Action ID, Campaign name etc but when I estimate the audience size I continue to get zero. For reference, the test population of campaign is currently below 10.Thank you in advance

I am sending test values to web sdk through Adobe Launch and I get above error "Failed to Fetch" . Not sure what I may be doing wrong?   I have Web sdk extension with default settings ON.

Hi team, I am currently in process of migrating the analytics tracking to WebSdk and while doing the same, I am facing a challenge for Experience cloud id (ECID). I am trying to capture ECID via data prep method as per this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/web-sdk/accessing-the-ecid and followed the steps like going to datastreams, within mapping I provided a sample JSON payload put source field like xdm.identityMap.ECID[0].id and refer to custom eVar where I want to track it. There are two questions which I wanted to cross check. 1. Although, I am able to see these ECID's in Adobe Analytics but I can't see them neither in any debugger like omnibug or in interact call, as I am expecting to see this ECID getting stored in that eVar where I am passing within that data prep method 2. Is this the recommended approach to capture the ECID's or is there any other way we can track the sam

Hi Team, Every time getting this attached error message for everyone in our team, why this error message gets, please suggest. Regards,Yashwanth

hi all, based on the adobe documentation clickCollection.eventGroupingEnabled is a boolean that determines if the library waits until the next page to send link tracking data (clickCollection | Adobe Data Collection). Have tried setting it to "true" and the event bundling does not work. The existing appMeasurement set up does the trick - activity map is being surfaced on the next pageload. Want to have the exact set up in the web sdk. Would appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks

Hi,I'm confused, in Adobe AEP data collection, what's the difference between the data element type of XDM Object and Variable? As far as I can tell, when you use XDM Object in a data element, the selected fields will automatically be updated when a send event happens? If I create a data element with the "variable" data element type, that means that I have to have a rule before the send event where I am selecting the event and properties to update? Is this correct? So, from what I'm understanding, XDM Object will update the XDM object every time, regardless of the event and the update variable is used to update the XDM object only on specific events?  Thanks!

I am encountering an issue when making a GET call to the following endpoint:https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/query/query-templates/ I receive the following error response:{ "message": "User is missing required permissions to use Query Service API", "statusCode": 403 }Details:API Call: GETEndpoint: /data/foundation/query/query-templates/Error: 403 ForbiddenMessage: User is missing required permissions to use Query Service API.Steps I have already tried:I have verified that I am using the correct API key and credentials.I am authenticated properly for other AEP services, as suggested at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/landing/platform-apis/api-authenticationCould you please assist in confirming the necessary permissions or point me toward a solution to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to check or update my permissions for the Query Service API in AEP. Thank you for your assistance! Best regards,Sampath

Hi, I tried to see the account/profile setting, I couldn't find way to adjust the platform timezone. Anyone can help?

Hi,I have brought in an external data to AEP.  I noticed that the data for the profiles sit under 'default policy merge'.  If I were to segment those users, how would I go about that and does it have an impact when we are using edge merge policy. Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to push an UPDATE value to a specific field in my dataset using Data distiller. Something like  update my_datasetset _tenant.customfield.occupation = 'updated_occupation'where id = 'VADER00000000000000000000000000004200';This returns me this: ErrorCode: 42601 queryId: <error_id> Syntax error encountered. Reason: [line 1:8: missing 'MODEL' at 'my_dataset'].  I search the community for answer and found this https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-data/update-query-in-aep-query-service/m-p/689876#M7154. The only thing I understand from this is that the UPDATE method doesn't work in data distiller and we should use INSERT INTO as a "fix" instead. Is that right? Can someone explain to me what the error missing 'MODEL'  means? Is there documentation around this? Thanks

Hello Adobe Community,I hope you’re all doing well!We are currently looking into integrating WebSDK with OneTrust for consent management on our websites and webapps. Our goal is to ensure that if a user returns to the site, they are not prompted for consent more than once. To do this, we want to align the user ID stored in OneTrust with the ID managed and collected by AEP’s identity service. Here are a couple of key points we’d like to clarify:How can we ensure that the same user is not asked for consent twice when they return to the site? I heard there is a HOUSE HOLD issue with current AEP, but I am not sure about that issue. How can we keep the user ID in OneTrust consistent with the one collected and managed by AEP’s identity service, allowing seamless consent tracking across sessions?Any advice or guidance on how to best achieve this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Community,   Can someone give me a way to calculate Bounces & Bounces Rate in CJA specifically? Looking for more of a direct way to define the metrics/filter. This metric is unfortunately not available OOB in CJA but is available in AA.   Thanks, Chetanya Jain

HI,I watched a You Tube video "Adobe AEP and CJA Implementation Speed Run by Jimalytics" and I'm a little confused. When he created the data stream, he didn't select any services. I thought you would have to select "Adobe Experience Platform" as a service to enable services like CJA, RTCDP AJO, to have access to the data? All he did was go to CJA after and create a connection with data set he created. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hi team,How to perform the unification in Adobe experience platform for streaming data without PII information? If we want to collect the data from WebSDK and MobileSDK? Regards,Sandip

I have a schema that includes the XDM Individual Profile, with Profile enabled for it. However, when I attempt to create a datastream, this schema doesn't appear in the Mapping List.

Hey AEP Experts!Quick question: We’re using the Unlimited version of AEP (CDP, AJO, Analytics), and I’d love to know what HARD (and SOFT) limits I should keep an eye on. Things like:API call limits (per minute, day, month)?Storage caps?Batch or real-time ingestion limits?Data retention periods?Max profiles, segments, or audiences?Event processing limits (events per second)?Limits on connectors or data sources?Quotas on data exports to destinations? Also, who in companies like ours is typically responsible for showing me these limits in our instance? Is there an ADMIN or "self-service" tool I can use to check on these myself? As a solution architect (not an AEP architect, mind you), I’d love to avoid any "surprise limits", anything else I should be mindful of?Thanks! (Bonus points if you tell me before I hit one of these limits!) &#x1f605

Hello Everyone, Can somebody please help me for steps to implement SAINT classification in AEP via AA OOTB connector?Thank you for your help. Thanks,Saurabh

Hi, After a dataset deletion would it be possible to recover the information of the records inside with the processing duration of the records that were present in the dataflow? Maybe with API? Thanks

Hi All  My requirement is every day i will get new file in S3 and need to ingest into my dataset and previous batch need to be deleted. For this i have used below curl'sTo get the batch details curl -X POST https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/import/batches \-H 'Authorization: Bearer {ACCESS_TOKEN}' \-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \-H 'x-gw-ims-org-id: {ORG_ID}' \-H 'x-api-key: {API_KEY}' \-H 'x-sandbox-name: {SANDBOX_NAME}'-d '{"datasetId": "{DATASET_ID}","inputFormat": {"format": "csv"}}' Batch deletion curl -X POST https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/import/batches/{BATCH_ID}?action=REVERT \-H 'Authorization: Bearer {ACCESS_TOKEN}' \-H 'x-gw-ims-org-id: {ORG_ID}' \-H 'x-api-key: {API_KEY}' \-H 'x-sandbox-name: {SANDBOX_NAME}' While testing it in postman i am able to view the deletion happen but if i query the dataset i am able to view the records Can any one suggest me any alternative way. Thanks in advance. Thanks a

Hello Team,We have a requirement to create segment recommendations in Adobe Experience Platform using Machine Learning and AI capabilities. AEP should predict and provide similar segment recommendations for specified targets, such as churn reduction, re-purchase likelihood, and cross-sell opportunities. Has anyone worked on a similar requirement before?

I have custom tracking done and when in the debugger I am testing that out my event is getting fired twice instantly. What could be the potential reason? I have the same configuration set up on one of our digital properties and I just duplicated the same on another digital property but saw the beacon firing twice.   What potential scenarios should I check?

Hello! I'm looking to create an AEP audience based on a URL which contains a query with 5 characters. Some are 5 numbers and some are a letter and 4 numbers. Is there a way to accomplish this? There are too many possibilities to input them all individually within the rule ex: "query=J0585" "query=G2211" "query=99406" "query=76942" etc. Thanks!

Hi,I am looking through some of these new features in the latest release and I see that there are some new updates regarding alerts (Adobe Experience Platform Release Notes September 2024 | Adobe Experience Platform). I see that you can now subscribe to alerts for when audiences are created, updated, or deleted. I am wondering, can you do this for specific audiences or does it only apply to all audiences? It would be super helpful if we had the capability to do this for specific audiences.
