Are schemas assigned to one sandbox or shared between multiple sandboxes? How that works and why is that?

I'm unable to sign into the debugger. I'm using the Google Chrome extension. Whenever I click "Sign In" in the debugger I get the following message and even when I reload the page it continues to show me this error. This page isn’t workinglogin.aepdebugger.adobe.com didn’t send any data.ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE I am signed into other Adobe products, specifically Adobe Target, at the same time.  I was able to use the extension and sign in 2 weeks ago, so I'm not sure what's change.  Thanks for your help. 

Hi all,Is there a way to configure automatic alerts in case the streaming ingestion fails following an API call from Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) endpoint? Or more generally, if AJO makes a call to the AEP endpoint and it does not respond?Thank you in advance!Regards,Angela

Hi, I am trying to understand whether or not I can track clicks/interactions with a the Google Maps API. Specifically, I am looking at the JavaScript API. Hopefully this is possible - does anyone have experience using data collection to capture click/interactions with this kind of element? We would be hoping to view these clicks in Adobe Analytics as an event or evar. Thank you!

Is there any documentation to collect the reporting metrics from the journey optimizer by API outside of the Adobe Ecosystem? An example is using API calls to get metrics of a journies launch in journey optimizer into Azure data lake  

Hi team We are using AEP web SDK extension for sending data to adobe analytics through launch data collection.Triggeres are not working for this kind of setup.  is there something i am missing ? any specific configuration needed to enable triggers for web sdk extension? Thanks

Hi All,We used the AEP SDK edge bridge to convert context data into XDM format and send it to AEP for our existing mobile apps. We are running into an issue with the products data.It doesnt look like we can pass data as an array or more than 1 product. debugger is showing double fires but not seeing this in the network tab or in adobe workspace.

Hello everyone, I would like to inquire about the available methods for sending profile information to AEP that allow the transfer of PII data while meeting the required security and privacy standards. Currently, we have API Streaming/Batch, Web/App SDK, Cloud Storage, and Data Landing Zone connectors for data collection. Which of these methods allow the transfer of PII without the need to mask/encrypt the information so we can use it to contact users through AJO channels?

Hi,  Right now, we mapped Datastream ID inside Web SDK extension to send the data to Sandbox A. But, we have got a request to send the same event data to sandbox B too. any idea?

Hi All,Has anyone had any issues with returning null as a value to a field in their XDM object? I just ran into an issue with data ingestion where one of the fields was getting null and it made the data import fail. The field was expecting a string. Thanks!

Hi ,I have a schema where Address is an array object field and stores multiple address types of address from source. ex : shipping , billing , home , office , mailing etc. for all of the address label is defined to identify which type of address it is. But I want to send only one address to the downstream destination which is shipping address. How should I achieve this.

Hi all 🙂I want to learn the Adobe Platform and get certified on AJO, CJA, CDP. A friend advised me that it would be smart to get started with AEP fundamentals, since everything else builds on that. Is there a dedicated course for that? Hi. I'm dealing with conflicting information on how to include the `web.webInteraction` object to capture internal link clicks in page-view events using the Web SDK extension. Details:In the extension config I've selected all internal link tracking options, as well as the "event grouping using session storage" option to group page views and link clicks as single events.The official documentation seems to suggest that this is all that's required for page-view events to include the `webInteraction` object alongside the other auto-collected objects under `web` (the latter of which are being successfully auto-captured under my current ruleset)However, I get conflicting messaging when exploring the "Update Variable" action in the UI. This seems to be telling me that `webInteraction` is NOT automatically mapped, and apparently needs explicit mapping logic instead? Under the current setup, `webInteraction` is not being included in the payload or resulting dataset rows:Using console logs

Hi,Imagine this scenario: one developer has wrongly created a new trackAction call that is generating unnecessary requests. Is there a way to intercept them in Launch and avoid them to be processed? Something like s.abort = true for web environments?Or I am seeing it from the false perspective? Our app developers are used to send trackAction and trackState calls... And I think that this will still be needed in the code, as actually under trigger conditions in Launch I can only pick between trackState, trackAction, collect PII & Launched. I was expecting to be able to tell developers just to send context.Data information, and depending on the values sent, send a specific call to Adobe Analytics (à la dataLayer.push for web environments)I am totally new to App Tracking (the only experience I have is by using processing rules in the Analytics Admin page), so please understand my lack of certainty.Best Regards,Agustin

for mobile app implementation, is there equivalent for s.abort ? so if we need to not send adobe pixel, even if native app developer sends trackState/trackAction ? UseCase is to urgently suppress some of the trackState/trackAcion calls which are no longer required, and we cant wait for the next app release to suppress the trackState/trackAction calls. We wanted to quickly handle it through adobe launch property.

Hi Team, I have an e-commerce Web Application with AEP SDK built in it. The scenario is - User A and User B both are using same desktop (so ECID is same) to browse my Web App and using their own email-id to do browsing and purchase. Though the email-ids are different, and ECID is same for them, the profiles for User A and User B are getting merged. How can I resolve this issue? Is there any way we can force to generate different ECID per user Login (when email-id is different)? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi All,Need help on below scenario. I am using AJO to split audience data into 60%(Node A) and 40%(Node B). Now I want to export Node B data into RTCDP as a segment/ store in custom dataset (Not in OOTB). Is it possible? Specifically, I am wondering if Adobe stores IP addresses via event forwarding in AEP. If so:How long are IP addresses retained by Adobe?Is there any way to configure or control the retention period for IP addresses, or are they automatically purged after a certain period?I would appreciate any insights or documentation on this topic.Thank you!

The new Adobe Experience Platform Debugger is not as readable as the old Adobe Experience cloud Debugger.1. oneTrust token expires within a year in source connection. has anyone tried any automation to pull the new token from OT and update it using AEP API(or other way) to AEP, so that no one has to do it manually if the frequency of token expiry is year or less ? Are there any best practice recommendation to avoid manual re-update of token in source connection?

Hi, I have created a mapping set to map all the attributes coming as part of a csv file. Then using this mapping set in a dataflow to load all the data in a dataset (Experience Event). In my csv file I have couple of date time attributes containing values like "2025-02-16T14:39:13.000", "2025-02-16T07:14:36.000" etc. In my XDM schema corresponding columns/attributes are defined of type "DateTime". When I run my dataflow I do not get any error but these date time columns shows null values in the dataset. All other attributes shows correct values in the dataset.
