Adobe Experience Manager Headless

Hey community!   I´m currently playing around with the GraphQL functionality based on content fragment models and persistent queries. I understand the external use cases to consume this data in an AEM frontend or any other system / third party application.    I have a scenario where I want to use the existing content fragment data in the AEM backend and provide it to e.g. a component model via an OSGi service. The most obvious option was to create a service and make REST calls against the GraphQL endpoint of the current instance and use the persistent queries function. That looks quite nice (and works in a development environment), but in the end I have to deal with the following circumstances:   1. On which environment is my code running? Which is the domain I need to query? 2. If I want to query the author instances, I need to authenticate my request, because the OSGi service does not know anything about a users request or any other authenticated resource.

Hello, I was testing GraphQL Fragments https://graphql.org/learn/queries/#fragments in the Headless Demo on Cloud and noticed that they don't allow for any data to be returned. The _path returns, but ONLY if it is also listed under "item" as well. All the other fields return null. It doesn't seem that GraphQL fragments work. Is this a bug?  { adventureByPath( _path: "/content/dam/aem-demo-assets/en/adventures/bali-surf-camp/bali-surf-camp" ) { item { doda:_path ...adventure } } } fragment adventure on AdventureModel { _path title description { json } primaryImage { ... on ImageRef { _path width height } } } The output{ "data": { "adventureByPath": { "item": { "doda": "/content/dam/aem-demo-assets/en/adventures/bali-surf-camp/bali-surf-camp", "_path": "/content/dam/aem-demo-assets/en/adventures/bali-surf-camp/bali-surf-ca

Hello, I'm currently working on a requirement for which translation of content fragments is required. The setup is pretty straight forward and translating the content fragments with Microsoft Machine Translation works basically. However, for some custom multi-fields with complex structure, the translation is not working due to the fact that the field values are stored as an array of JSON data. Translation is applied to the whole content of the JSON, also the keys and quotes are translated. The resulting content is not valid JSON anymore and the content fragment editor is therefor broken. For example, the translation of the following content in French is displayed below with the wrong values.{ "data": { "articleByPath": { "item": { "_path": "/content/dam/wknd/en/magazine/sample-article", "main": { "json": [ { "nodeType": "paragraph", "content": [ { "nodeType": "text"

Hi Team,When I try to hit the graphql API in publish domain, the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is not showing. I can see this header in normal pages.but only not coming in graphql API url. Could anyone please help me in this issue.I have followed below tutorial. But no luck.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/deployments/configurations/cors.html?lang=en

Hi,  We are trying to enable caching of the persisted query on the dispatcher by following the instructions on https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/headless/deployment/dispatcher-caching.html?lang=en. However, even though the dispatcher is on the latest version, the global variable is not recognized when set. Can you please let me know if there is a specific section of the dispatcher where these variables need to be set? The document also says "the Dispatcher adds the suffix .json to all persisted query URLs, so that the result can be cached.", this means the request to the publisher is with .json and should resolve the query, but unfortunately, that does not seem to do the trick. It just cannot resolve when the request is with the suffix .json on the publisher.  Additionally, I would like to know how to invalidate the response cache of a persistent query. Publishing the content fragment doesn't seem to invalidat

I'm trying to figure out how to determine the performance of a GraphQL query and can't find any tooling in AEM (Cloud version) that shows an explain plain or even rudimentary performance information for a GraphQL query. What am I missing? Is there a way to get this information? I've seen some questions here that mention query performance, but it's unclear to me where to find this information.

Hi team, smartcropvideoviewer we have in scene7 crops the video according to the screen size and renders the video?var smartCropVideoViewer = new s7viewers.SmartCropVideoViewer({ "containerId":"s7viewer", "params":{ "asset":"html5automation/frisbee-AVS", "serverurl":"http://s7d1.scene7.com/is/image/", "videoserverurl":"http://s7d1.scene7.com/is/content/" } or do we need to set additional params to smart crop video viewer to resize based on screen size?

Hi Team, Is there any project implemented Tabs Component for Remote SPA. Our project is remote SPA and AEM component data can be exported using Jackson exporter as page.model.json, entire rendering is happens on React code (Node JS application). How to override Tabs Sling Model so that tabs component data can be exported as JSON.

when doing a build nodejs is not downloading from nodejs website because of security issue in client laptop but I added all the node modules and npm from programfiles to project's ui.frontend but when I run th ebuild command it is still trying to download nodejs even after adding nodemodules in project folder. Is there any way to restrict downloading. Thank you in advance.

Hi Team, We are trying to convert remote spa javascript implementation to typescript(vite app latest version) but we are facing issue to initiliaze model manager with type script aem remote spa implementation please suggest if any other way to initialize model manager api in typescript. We have created a react typescript app with latest vite version and trying to integrate aem configuration in react app. Attached error screenshot. Regards,Lakshman.  Regards,lakshman.

If we can get fields of dialog from properties in htl. then we can go with it or we should use SlingModels.

Dear community support members, Hope you are doing well.  I am having following Package Deployment error in AEM instance.  We are using Gradle build tool. Hi Team, I am getting below console error while open a page where we have used one .js file to perform some action, This same js file is working fine in author instance without any error but on publish instance It is throwing error and entire script is loading as blank and we could not perform same action which we did on author instance. Please give us the solution to fix this issue. console error:  Refused to execute script from .js file because its MIME type ('') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled. Thanks

I have an angular SPA app that we want to render in AEM dynamically. The approach I am thinking of is,all fields on the SPA app can be rendered in XML/JSON via Web API.If it is possible that I can render my app dynamic content in AEM using WebAPI.then my scenario would be feasible Please can someone guide me on this, also if there is a  reference/ example of doing this,   I was going thru Adobe blogs and feel just the vice versa of this topic is achievable i.e. from AEM headless to another framework like react. My requirement is the opposite i.e. from other headless solution to AEM as head https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/headless/journeys/developer/overview.html?lang=en  Thanks,Vaibhav Tiwari

Hello, Adobe community, I am encountering an issue with the icons on my website related to deployments with a CDN (Content Delivery Network) and client-library versioning. I would appreciate any insights or suggestions to resolve this problem. Problem Description:Every time we perform a deployment to the environment with a CDN attached to it, and there are new icons added to the front-end code, it appears that the website continues to display the old iconfont.woff2 file instead of updating to the latest version which ends up changing the icons of the website. The versioning for the client libraries is handled from the front-end module and the iconfont.woff2 file is inserted accordingly.Just FYI, we're using React SPA with AEM. Resolution Attempted:We have tried flushing the cache from both the dispatcher and the CDN, which does temporarily resolve the issue. However, it is not an ideal solution as it requires manual intervention after each deployment. Seeking Best P
