Hi @elanami

When you make changes to the metadata of assets in the authoring environment, you need to manually trigger a synchronization process to update the metadata in the Brand Portal. This synchronization process ensures that the metadata changes made in the authoring environment are propagated to the Brand Portal.
To trigger the synchronization process, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Assets console in AEM.
- Select the assets for which you want to synchronize the metadata.
- Click on the "More" button (three vertical dots) in the toolbar.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Synchronize".
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Click "OK" to start the synchronization process.
Once the synchronization process is complete, the metadata changes should be reflected in the Brand Portal.
It's important to note that the synchronization process may take some time to complete, depending on the number of assets and the complexity of the metadata changes. Additionally, ensure that the necessary permissions are set up correctly for the synchronization process to work.
