Hi, I created a sample letter in correspondence management (aem 6.5.22), always post process field is coming empty, I tried to create a new workflow model under tools, added a custom workflow code as well but the not getting displayed the post process. I updated the "Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK Configuration" for username and password.Please let me know if any of you have any idea to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance. 

Hi, Good Day!I have a question, in our AEM as a Managed Service instance we have 2 Create Asset Servlet. which are interfering with each other. Basically if both of the servlets are in running condition, we are not able to upload any asset. AEM default Asset upload servlet ----> com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.servlet.CreateAssetServletCustom built servlet -----> com.custombuilt.aem.servlets.CreateAssetServlet The mentioned custom built servlet for asset upload is interfering with the default servlet. We have to disable it whenever our author server is getting restarted. For some reason we cannot remove the mentioned servlet in a new AEM build, is there a way to permanently disable the custom built servlet without removing it.Thank You in advance.

Hi Team,Quick and urgent query:In my project, all POST APIs are working fine and returning a success response without passing a CSRF token.Is this the expected behavior in the publish instance, or should it return a 403 error if the CSRF token is missing? Which one is correct?I do not want any POST call to succeed without a valid CSRF token.How can I enforce this properly in the publish environment?PUBLISH ConfigCan you please provide me a fix asap?Thank you

We are using CAConfig for injecting SEO metadata. It works great at the brand root (/content/brand-x) level. However, we have a requirement where authors should be able to override a few config values like og:title or og:image on a specific page, while still inheriting the rest from the brand-level configuration.What is the best approach to override only some values at the page level using CAConfig?

Hi all, I want to allow logged-in users to save pages to their user account, so they can access them from their user profile page. This would function similarly to the "Reading List" on nytimes.com or "Saved Stories" on washingtonpost.com. Are there existing AEM add-ons or plugins that facilitate this, or are there other recommended solutions? Thanks!

Hi Team,  I have followed the documentation and set up SDI (Sling Dynamic Include) for one of the components on a page in my environment. TTL-based caching is enabled, and the page — which includes the dynamic component — is being successfully cached at the dispatcher. I have set the TTL value to 15 minutes.When I accessed the page through the dispatcher, it was cached as expected. However, after 20 minutes, I logged into the dispatcher and navigated to the cached folder path — the cached page was still present. Is this the expected behavior? That is, will the cached page remain on the dispatcher and only be refreshed with new data when a new request comes in? Also, should the timestamp of the cached file change after TTL expiry? In my case, the timestamp does not update. Could this indicate an issue with my environment?I'm also unable to verify if the latest content is being served because the data is coming from a third-party API. Reference: Sling Dynamic Inc

Hi, Event handlers are failing to activate properly in higher environments. They work immediately after deployment, but after a day or two, they stop functioning again. I need to restart them manually to get them working.I investigated the issue and found that starting the event handler before its referenced service is fully initialized could be a potential cause. Hello, with Oracle changing there licensing model we are being forced to remove all Oracle JDK and JREs, otherwise we incur a very large penalty.  I have been successful in replacing the Oracle JDK 1.8 for the Temurin JDK server side, but now we are being asked about the JRE bundled in Workbench C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Experience Manager forms Workbench\jre It is possible to replace the bundled JRE in Workbench with the Temurin JRE? There must be other customers in a similar situation,  Many thanks,

Hi,I uploaded a png and svg images into DAM folder. Few svg & png images were able to see in grid/column view or any other view also but not other images. When i select and open the image then i am able to see. Is there any failure or rendition restriction i checked all but i didn't get cluse. Can anyone help on this please. I am attaching the screenshot below. First image is not visible but second and third images were able to see. BUt when i select and open the first image able to see the image but not in grid/column view.  Can you please help me on this.  Thanks,Bhanu M.

But when i try to create a child page under the newly created page, the template is not at all appearing. Let me know what could be the reason. regards

Hi all, I am trying to understand Flow of Control in AEM - Front end to Middle layer to back end. Let us assume I have created a template T, components C1, C2 and C3.I created a page P using this template and configured all components.Front end is in Sightly and Back end is in Servlets, Sling Models and OSGI Services. How to understand the flow of control, say from a button on front end? I could look at the components code, but they were configured during page P creation. Appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hi, I'm trying to setup a new publish instance in aws linux machine. I have setup the aem publish environment and trying to access via the hostname. So the Request flow is Dispatcher server -> ALB (Protocol port: 7000) -> AEM Publisher Server (App Instance running on 7000) I have setup all the dispatcher configurations and routing the traffic through renders to the ALB on port 7000 When i access the host url lets say aempublish.com it's going to aempublish.com:7000/content/we-retail.html where the page is not loading. If i manually remove the port and hit url the page loads fine. I have setup the proxy and rewrite rules as well but still facing the same issue. Checking the network the request is getting redirected twice with 302 status code1) aempublish.com -> aempublish.com/index.html2) aempublish.com/index.html -> aempublish.com:7000/content/we-retail.html Dispatcher.any  /virtualhosts {"aempublish.com"}
