Hi, Our end users make use of the Alert workflow activity. This is however located in Administration > Campaign Management > Technical Delivery Templates folder which most end users won't have access to and therefore if they try to use the Alert activity it fails due to lack of permissions. Is there a way to allow access to this and similar Technical Delivery Templates? Or is it a case of moving it elsewhere? 

Hi I have previously run a workflow to update deliveries using nms.delivery.load() and then some find/replace type js to fix what I wanted. I was hoping to do something similar to some workflows - to remove keepResult="true" from some workflow xmls in bulk. Is there a way to do this? it's within the initial workflow tag rather than in activities or something further down so I am not sure how to edit it. Many thanks Stephen

Hello, I want to create a recurring delivery with content that varies depending on the date.I would like to be able to display the "July" block only in July and the "August" block only in August.Do you know what conditions I have to put in my HTML to have a structure like this:- Generic content- If the date is after 01/07/25 and strictly before 01/08/25 then "July Block"- If the date is after 08/01/25 and strictly before 09/01/25 then “August Block”- Generic content I don't know how to setup the conditions in red below :<% if ( curentdate > "01/07/2025 00:00:00" && curentdate < "01/08/2025 00:00:00" ) { %>July Block<% } %> Thank you in advance for your help.Arthur

Hi,In Campaign Standard, if you wanted to use another font then the ones listed in the dropdown, you could manually type the font name in the style editor section. In v8 Web UI this doesn't seem to work anymore - the dropdown always resets the value. Any reason for this limitation? Would be helpful if custom fonts could be set from the UI. Stefan

I am suddenly unable to view any subfolder contents within the Adobe Campaign Client Console desktop application. Note that the WebUI works fine to view and edit any file, but many of our Workflows do not work when ran from the WebUI so that isn't a possible work-around for this. What I have tried so far:Adjusting permissions - I'm an admin in the system and so I tried adjusting the permissions of folders read/write access - no change.Cleared local cache - no changeUninstalled / Reinstalled - no changeRepeated uninstall -> then deleted the Neolane directory in AppData/Roaming/Neolane -> Reinstalled - no changeDragging mouse between where subfolders normally display and the display of the last item worked on in that subfolder allows me to slide the view panels left and right when the tree view is showing but I can not drag up or downDouble clicking or checking the enlarge view icon shwo the subfolder full screen but with no contentsChecking the content ordering of the subfold

Is the above code added in the Student table correct?3. Do I need to add code in the Department table as well? If yes, what will be the correct code?

Hello, We are investigating strategies to send Adobe Campaign Classic alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel. Is there a standard integration with MS Teams for Adobe Campaign Classic or has anyone identified a successful method to deliver alerts to MS Teams from ACC? We have identified the following alternative options if there is no standard integration:Using the email specified for the Teams channel, create a delivery with the Teams channel's email as a recipient.Using the email specified for the Teams channel, create a user with the Teams channel's email and add it as an operator to the supervisor group which receives alerts.Thanks,Skyler

We are encountering a recurring issue in our Adobe Campaign environment involving a persistent database cursor process that appears to be related to nlserver_web_xxx. Specifically, we are observing entries such as: Fetch 30 FROM cur2383 This cursor remains in an active state in the database and does not get released, even though there are no active campaigns or workflows running at the time. As a result, it is locking certain tables that are critical for our nightly data refresh processes. What is the purpose of this nlserver_web_xxx process and the associated cursor (e.g., cur2383)?Why does the cursor remain active and not get released automatically?

(iRc=-2010)  Translation to english :  BAS-010042 Value '9383_loadfile_fix' is not a valid integer 32 bits. I've used a JS activity to query the recipients, and also extract the IDs.I need to to this to apply some logic to sort them randomly, and apply some other logic to them. I added three custom fields:These fields are of type string and are linked to an external table (gpa:SCO_RCI_UNIVERS) through three link elements (universPourTrackingLink1, 2 and 3), which join on @916606_UNIVERS and @916606_ENTITE. I've also updated the delivery input form to display these fields through the links, with filtering logic on date validity. Everything works fine in the following scenarios:When I create a standard deliveryWhen I create a delivery templateHowever, the issue: when I create a new delivery based on a template, the values of the universPourTrackingX fields are not carried over, even though they are set in the template.

Hi,I have created a table Label="EXT20 Card unlinked event", name="cardUnLinkedEvent" and also one more schema was accidentally created with Label="EXT20 Card Unlinked Event", name="cardUnLinkedEvent". Not sure how it allowed to create with same name. when i tried to rename one of them, two more schema/Table got created. (All four highlighted in blue)Now, i want to delete all the four schema, but i am getting below error while deleting any of these schema.Also, while updating the database structure for any of the new schema in that instance I am getting below error.All the four schemas are custom build, there are no records in schema/Table, there is no linking used in the schema, there is no dependency on this four schema. How can i delete this four schema?
