I've a schema abc:multipleops (that stores all operations - transactions - related to a recipient) that I need to stablish a N-1 relationship with Recipients. Hello ACS professionals, I need to send a transactional email that includes product details. The landing page is hosted outside of Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), and the information is passed through an external API. When a user fills out a form containing product details such as the product name, code, etc., I need to send a confirmation email that includes the product information. However, I am unable to map the product details into the transactional email because they are not recognized as dynamic fields, even though I have added these fields to the Data Structure section in the Event Configuration. How can I do this? Email details are like this:Your Product DetailsProduct type: Product name: Model/Product code: Date of purchase: 

Hi @parthasarathy Need your help for understanding below points in Adobe campaign classic. 1.Can we define a string length greater than 255 characters while creating a schema or configuring during data loading activity?2.if we are using a predefined filter, incase if there is a change in targeting dimensions will the predefined filter work?3.What is a delivery variable?4. In data loading loading activity what is the necessity of sample file and upload a file from the local machine? what error we can encounter if either of it is worng? 

Hello everyone, I am still pretty new to ACS and is encountering an issue on plain text. I understand different ESP will have different renders and I have run into this issue of plain text alignment. On the plain text editor, I have aligned it to what I want it to be. However, when I send the proofs, all else looks fine except for the plain text version. There are 2 scenarios I ran into. When I make a slight edit on the plain text, save, exit the editor and revisit the plain text version on the editor, all the inline spacing are removed and I have to hit enter to create the necessary spacings again.Most of the time this scenario only happened to a line of text followed by a URL in the next line. Same thing when I aligned the URL to the next line with enter but when the proofs came up, both the text and URL are in the same line.Does anyone have any magic to solve this?

Hello, I'd like to export broadcast and tracking logs via API from adobe campaign standard. In terms of API access, I'm able to connect to the platform and retrieve the profiles. However, I'm having trouble retrieving SMS and Email activity (click, open, send). Can you please help me solve this problem? I have also another subject, how to filter using lastModified field in profiles with API, I tried it to get updated data only but I got all profiles. How to encounter this problem please ?

Hi Community, Based on the requirement, I have two languages and six countries for each language in an HTML setup. I need to test them using a single email address. Currently, I substitute the address and manually add different profiles to the email. Hi Everyone, I usually create campaigns by duplicating past ones. But recently I noticed that, when I copy an existing campaign and try to edit it, I often see an old delivery still showing under General > Dashboard, and one workflow appears under 'Targeting and workflows' that I can’t edit, rename, or delete. Hitting save just throws an error.This issue has kind of forced me to recreate some campaigns from scratch. Has anyone else faced similar issue? Not sure why it happens or how to fix it. They need to monitor campaign metrics – such as delivery performance, unsubscribes, and workflow status – but they don't necessarily need to have the access to edit, create, or delete any workflows or assets.Is there a way to configure such restricted access – possibly through operator roles or custom permissions?Appreciate any guidance. Hi everyone, I have one main folder called "recipeint" where all records are kept and stored. I have create 2 sub folders from there to create 2 different views that can be used in the workflow to fetch data using query and I am able to do this. However, I want to hide the main folder from that list of selectable folder. I have checked off the checkbox - "Hide this folder from the lists" under property of that folder. But even after that, I can see that folder while I am selecting folder view under query in the workflow creation step. Can anyone please tell me whether I am doing correct thing or did I understand this checkbox incorrectly? Thanks,Vinay

However, the link structure may vary slightly each time due to appended tracking parameters, so I’d like to use a "contains" condition rather than an exact match.Objective:Target users who clicked any link that contains a specific keyword or part of a URL (e.g., “/offers/summer-sale”) in a past delivery. Thanks in Advance

Hello everyone, A question, is there any way within a delivery to stop the sent dynamically according to the number of recipients to be sent? For example, if it exceeds 100k recipients, or if it gives an error or requires approval, but if it is less than 100k recipients, it will be executed automatically. We are aware that one option would be to include it in a workflow with a test node to validate it before delivery, but we have a requirement to reduce the number of nodes in the workflows. Thanks
