Hi there,  I have an enrichment activity that divides the feature column into 4 parts. Now, I need to calculate how many features purchased, knowing that a customer can purchase one or more features. I am implementing this using a JavaScript function. Please advise on how to accomplish this.vars.recCount currently retrieves the total number of records. Thank you in advance

When I send an email, all emails are rendered correct except MS 365 Parallel on a mac. It is causing an odd duplication of the CTA buttons throughout the email - see image below. Is there an easy way to fix this at the universal level? I did some research, and I could add a CSS but that would be a lot of work every time I want to use a CTA button. Hi there,  I'm currently working on creating a report that includes counts for various scenarios where data is incomplete or conditions are not met. Hello to all,we have recently upgraded our Adobe Campaign Classic installation to version 7.3.5. and we see that there are workflows which before when there was a long database query executing more than a certain time it was stopped by the Adobe Campaign app by itself. Now it keeps running with the risk of causing crashes at the database level. Do you know if you can apply some global configuration to the application so that if a certain process takes longer the system stops it on its by itself?

Hi All  We are sending push notification in iOS and Android. we are Passing the values inside the enrichment activity in Workflow and loading it it android  / iOS delivery.  Please find the screenshots below. Hi Team, We are trying to do a dynamic delivery label for the recurring delivery. We tried to add the target data into the delivery parameters but we can see only 3 event variables which can be selected. Once we add our target data we know that we can use the below option to create a dynamic label.  So we need to know how we can add a field from target data from previous transition to the Delivery parameters which then can be used to create a dynamic label. Thanks!

i am trying to replace (') in field which have value in text format and have special character as(')  need to replace it with space, while using replace function in Enrichment activity(editing formula using expression) e.x.Replace(@fa,'\'',"'") , its giving error as unterminated string , Do we have any other way to required . Hi I've been trying to find the solution of this error when executing worlflow.I use activities only [load file]→[Send the email] just for testing purpose.   <error message>The schema for profiles specified in the transition ('') is not compatible with the schema defined in the delivery template ('nms:recipient'). They should be identical. 

I am trying to add in some QC checks for my team and would love an alert that tell us when an email delivery has been approved in the dashboard, but not yet confirmed for delivery, say after a 30 minute time frame?

We recently implemented a One Click Unsubscribe web app and email header to comply with the June 1 deadline for google/yahoo.  After the first few days we have received several one click unsubscribe records in our process from google/yahoo but also from domains outside of google/yahoo. Ranging from aol.com, b2b email domains and others.   Are others experiencing similar results at this time? Or are you modifying approach to only include header for specific email domains?Is there a way to determine what companies are choosing to also implement similar one click requirements?  It seems that this method could easily start being adopted by email domains moving forward to provide easy unsubscribe functions to their clients. One particular domain seems to be displaying the one click for the email recipient because we are receiving records but also sending an "unreachable" email bounce response back.   Has anyone found references to how we will kno

Hell Dear Campaigners,we have issues with encoding in the  delivery tempalates when using languages like arabic, chinese or japanese.I encoded the files into utf-8 BOM (not sure why but adobe campagin could display characters correctly)We send proofs open and close email couple of times and suddenly all characters turn into ???It seems like there is some preprocessing running when opening a tempalte. I think I seen somewhere that you can turn this feature off but not sure if it is just me making it up.Anyway any idea what is going on?   Marcel Szimonisz
