What is the maximum quantity i can send an email?

Hi All,I am getting 'SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms:offer' while trying to approve content or eligibility of an offer, which working fine in another instance. HiI am on Campaign Classic v7.I want to send an alert to different users depending on rules defined in the workflow.I have been able to select the relevant operators from the operators table, or to define the email address to be targeted in the workflow variables.However, referencing the variable in Alert : Assignment Type : Filter doesn't seem to work (is there a way to do this? do I need to include some script in Alert :  Advanced Tab : Initialization script to pass this through?), and I can't feed selected operators into the alert to target them like a delivery.I have one other idea which I am yet to test (selecting operators in the workflow, assigning them to a group in the workflow, targeting the group, then emptying the group before the workflow runs again) but wanted to check if there was an easier way.Many Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with a Recurring Delivery in Adobe Campaign where the post-processing workflow doesn’t get triggered if the target contains 0 records.Here’s the context:I have two identical deliveries:One is launched using a Phone Delivery activity, which always triggers the post-processing workflow even if the target is empty. I get this log message:              The other is launched using a Recurring Delivery activity, which doesn’t trigger the post-processing workflow when the target is empty. Instead, it gets stuck with the log message: This behavior only occurs when the target contains 0 records.I would like to know:Why is this difference in behavior happening between Phone Delivery and Recurring Delivery?How can I ensure that the post-processing workflow is triggered for Recurring Delivery, even when the target is empty?I need a solution that works without adding extra activities or JavaScript code. Hi Adobe team,In read list activity, select list to use tab I can see three options1.Specified explicitly2.Name computed by a script3.Folder and name computed by a script  After clicking on Name computed by a script, not able to understand below options1.In  the folder2.Label (computed)3.List template- Similarly for folder and name computed by a script. I understand list update activity, but not able to understand what option 2 and 3 does in read list. I read the document but didn't understand.Kindly help Thank you.

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to trigger a wkf based on another wkf with for example one week delay.WKF1 starts at 19th december and when it is done the WKF2 starts automatically the 26th december.I've tried using javascript and signal activity but the JS node keeps running until the 7 days passed and I guess it is not good and can create performance issues if scaled to several campaigns.Another way is to create some logic with scheduler node but I was wondering if it is possible to achive this with signals.Thanks

Hi all,  I implemented a workflow that queries several KPIs from past deliveries (like delivery date, number of recipients, open rate etc) and creates a report, which is uploaded to an SFTP server. As we have 2 different unsubscription links in our newsletters, the number of optouts found in ACC delivery indicators is not sufficient (it fetches the sum of both links). I would like to add the number of clicks (and derived click rates) per each of the links to the report - and that's where I struggle. The label for the links is always the same, so I thought I can just add a field that counts the clicks per URL label for each of the deliveries, but I don't know how to fetch the data. I might need some count-function with a condition to only count the clicks on the URL with the according label, but don't know how to integrate it into my workflow. (also I am not particularly skilled with JavaScript, which might have limited my efforts) Grateful for an

Hello, I have a workflow that runs every 30min and collects the total # of recipients for a delivery. Currently, it queries the broadLogRcp table for recipients with an eventDate on or after the last time the workflow ran, with the purpose of not counting recipients for a delivery twice. However, whenever a recipients' status changes from 'Pending' to 'Sent', etc., their eventDate timestamp updates. This can result in double counting, as the workflow will count the recipient once when their status is 'Pending' and then again if their status changes to 'Sent' some time after the workflow has run. To fix this, I've changed the query to exclude recipients with a 'Pending' status. My question is - are there any other recipient statuses I need to exclude to prevent counting more than once? Or is 'Pending' the only status where the eventDate is not final? Thanks,Tyler

Hi there,  I’m trying to understand how the incremental query handles exclusions. Suppose there were 5 records created yesterday with values for EID, VIN, and FEATURE_NAME. Today, when the incremental query runs, 2 new records are created with the same EID and VIN but different FEATURE_NAME values. Would these be considered new records?The incremental query identifies new records based on the REC_CREATE_DATE and excludes records where the combination of EID, VIN, and FEATURE_NAME already exists. If the FEATURE_NAME is unique, will it be treated as a new record?

Hi All , while learning i got below 2 Questions , Can someone please give brief idea about these. 1) Let's say we have 2 JS codes (JS1 ,JS2 ) , how can we call JS2 from JS1 (can't use external signal as both JS are in  same workflow but in different transitions/part of workflow) , Do we have any function or method  to call another JS for above case. 2) what are Number of ways in which we can create schemas and how many different types of schema we can create in ACC. Thanks in Advance.

Hello ACS Experts, I have a workflow that runs every 10 minutes. User fills some information on a landing page created outside ACS. Fills out fields like email address, name, language, country, postal code, product type, product name, product code and date of purchase. This information flows to ACS via API and I map them to the email that is going to be sent via the workflow. I mapped the information through freetext fields. The issue is I want this workflow send 1 email for every product registration. A user can register multiple products and should get only one email per registration. Currently whenever the workflow runs every user who registered a product constantly gets the same email every 10 minutes. I need a way to cut the emails sent to 1. So that when a user registers a product he only gets 1 email not the same email every 10 minutes. If the same user registers another product he gets another(1) email for that product. Thanks

Hi Adobe Community,I was in the process of taking my Adobe certification exam when my link unexpectedly broke. I was immediately redirected to a survey page, and I couldn’t return to the exam session. After checking my status, I saw it now shows as "missed." I’ve sent an email to adobe.psisupport, but no initiative has been taken yet. I also contacted Examity, and they replied that it’s not in their hands to resolve this issue.I’m unsure how to proceed from here and would appreciate any guidance. Has anyone faced a similar issue, or does someone know the next steps to reschedule or resolve this? I’ve put a lot of effort into preparing for this certification, so I hope there’s a way to sort this out soon.

Hi @parthasarathy I have a scenario where a recipient has opened a single delivery multiple times, and I need to fetch only the top records for each recipient. For example:Recipient | Date1 | 12/282 | 12/273 | 12/26I need to retrieve only the first two records for each recipient. I am trying to use the Split activity in Adobe Campaign Classic, but I am unable to achieve the desired results. Could you please help mewith this using split activity only, as I am trying to understand how split activity work?
