Adobe Campaign

Hello everyone, We have been requested to generate files and export them to Google Cloud Storage. In the "Transfer File" node, there are the options of Azure or Amazon but not Google Cloud Storage. Do you know if it is possible to do it using "HTTP" option? Or if is there any other way of doing it?  Thanks

Hi, Need your support here.I am reaching out to you regarding an issue with the t-online.de domain that we are experiencing. We have a relatively low delivery rate of 86,5% for one the recent campaigns (96 out of 710 have been blocked). Almost half of the undelivered emails have been rejected with the error message: 554 IP=a.b.c.d - A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for help or to contact ...@... to clarify). The common denominator of these emails was the t-online.de domain, so we contacted the email provider to better understand the issue. Please find below their response: "(...)Please note that hosts which are de facto anonymous to third parties are not qualified for delisting at our system. See the information in our "Postmaster FAQ" at https://postmaster.t-online.de/index.en.html, especially chapter 4.1: A mail server's IP address must have an FQDN (PTR-Record, rDNS) in a domain that belongs to the operator of this mail server. This FQDN must terminate at the same IP address

How reconcile is different from enrichment?

Hi all, We are able to target users who has performed a clicked in the delivery under "Audience Target > Delivery > Clicked".Is there a way to target contacts who have clicked on a specific link in the delivery? RegardsSS

Hi there!  I have a use case where I want to find out the week number of the year. To do that I am using the following formula using built-in JS functions from ACC: Ceil((WeekDay(GetDate())+1 + DayOfYear(GetDate())) / 7)However! It seems that when dividing a number that would lead to a decimal number like: 21,58 - This does not work, since ACC always returns 21,00 no matter the subsequent digits.  So that of course gives me the wrong result from the formula.  Any chance someone knows why this happens, and how to fix that?? See images for reference.

What are Resource and Target options in " Properties " of Query ? what they do ?

I have run into an issue lately where 60% of our customs were not receiving emails from a workflow. This was due to a filter in the query and is fixed now. But we wanted to see if we can setup an alert if the audience drops below a certain amount so we can look at see if there is something wrong with the query or if data in our daily imports is messed up.

Hi there,  Has anyone here created a custom workflow step that calls an external API to pass data? I'm looking for best practices on how to develop such requirement. Thanks.

Hi All,I am new to creating custom activities in workflow and seeking help here:My use case is to create a custom activity that will just enable one of the transitions [either ok or not ok] based on the several conditions- this can be achieved with out of the box activities but I have to do it in a custom activity for final user simplification.Currently based on the conditions I am able to enable one of the transitions but not able to create the outgoing temporary schema to pass to the next activity. Basically i need help in following, a sample code would be extremely helpful.1. How to keep the incoming data as it is in the outgoing transition2. How to filter the incoming data and create a new outgoing transition. -- While opening the display target and check the output schema it is throwing below error and there is nothing under data tab[display the target > data] I have searched the community and previously few fellow members have already achieved this but i could n

Hi,I am trying to add 2 text fields onto form. These 2 fields are Foreign Keys in the schema which are referring to respective fields (Composite Primary Key) in linked schema. However, when I am trying to view the object I am getting following error on the Input FormMy understanding is it is looking for matching value in linked schema, since it is not found it is throwing error. However in our case values shall be input by the user in the form so default it would be empty. Is there any way we can make this link optional as in not to validate and throw error. Your thoughts! Thanks,SSB

I'm trying to figure out unique opens for some of our email campaigns. I understand that the delivery table has this indicator, but I'm wanting to break it up into quarters and some of our campaigns go past these boundaries so the indicator isn't reliable for this. My current view is to use nmsbroadlogrcp's event data to set my date boundaries, joining nmstrackinglogrcp in order to get open data, and then counting distinct recipientids to get the number of unique recipient opens. Does this seem logical/correct? I have also read sometimes here of people using broadlogid. Is that more appropriate/why is that used? Thanks for all your help!

I am trying to query the database through a script in a web app, but when providing the country location in the database, it is throwing an error. The folder is gmlocation/country under recipients. This is the error below.Attribute 'country' unknown (see definition of schema 'Recipients (nms:recipient)'). XTK-170036 Unable to parse expression '@country='CAN''. SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'ExecuteQuery' of service 'xtk:queryDef'. Here is an sample of the script I am trying to query.var query = xtk.queryDef.create( <queryDef schema="nms:recipient" operation="getIfExists"> <select> <node expr="@email"/> <node expr="@id"/> </select> <where> <condition expr={"@email='"+ctx.recipient.@email+"'"}/> <condition expr={"@sourceType='Media'"}/> <condition expr={"@country='CAN'"}/> </where> </queryDef>

What are ?"Results" and "Complement" in exclusion targeting activity?
