Does anyone know if Adobe Campaign Classic has a log of activities such as:   Logins, logouts, access attempts. Attempted actions by users who are not authorised to perform them (e.g. unsuccessful attempts to access, change or delete files, records, tables or execute restricted application functions. Log all account administration activity (e.g. account creation, deletion and modifications, or changes to roles and groups that grant privileges). Log security events that could indicate abuse of applications, systems or databases. For example: Scheduled or triggered job starts and stops, invalid entries, resource exhaustion, thresholds exceeded, etc.   Thank you very much.

In ACS how can we show personalized products based on products owned by customers?  E.g.: We have 3 different products and each product has recommended products. How can we show customers via email campaign the relevant recommended products based on the products they own?

Hi,   I am creating a campaign prioritization matrix (P1, P2, P3) for ad-hoc and Automated streams, where I can suppress contacts who are in a lower priority campaign (say P3) and receive only P1 for that day/certain time period.   Is this achievable for automated streams in Adobe Campaign Classic, either with a custom JS or anything else?

Hello, we had a version of Neolane which we migrated to Adobe Campaign Classic, the question is that with Neolane there was a specific support user "NeoSupp" which after the migration to Adobe Campaign Classic was also migrated. Does anyone know if it is advisable to keep that user or it is simply no longer in use and we can disable it from the system?   Thanks!!

I have a certain audience that I use in basically all my workflows. At a certain moment I found out I needed to edit the definition of the audience in order to get rid of certain test addresses in my output. It turns out that it does not work immediately, the test addresses were still in my output. The only way to make the changes effective was to delete the audience from all the workflows and then add the same audience back into the workflows. Is there another way to do this more easily?

Hello All,   I am trying to restrict access to input forms(specific input fields) and some attributes in the data schema for other Administrators. For this, I am using a custom named right "notSuperAdmin".   Code used in the input forms. <container type="visibleGroup" visibleIf="HasNamedRight('notSuperAdmin')"> <!--- some input fields here---> </container>  I also tried other variations. hasNamedRight('notSuperAdmin') hasNamedRight('notSuperAdmin')=true   Code for Schema: <attribute name="email" label="email" accessibleIf="HasNamedRight('notSuperAdmin')"/>   The Out of box name right of 'admin' seems to work fine in the input forms.   Instance Build: 9349   Any help will be appreciated.

Hi all, please I need help.   I have created a schema (capture), and in turn a target mapping associated with that schema.  I am trying to understand why when doing a targeting workflow, in which a super-simple query is made (email contains mioconsulting), and later an attempt is made to create a delivery, no recipient is found. I'm looking to send an email where all recipients can see the addresses of other recipients in the TO field.   Can anyone confirm whether or not that's possible or if there might be a work-around?   Thanks.

Was happily editing our campaign and now getting this error  "RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• Detail• RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.• RST-360001 You do not have the rights needed to modify the 'delivery' resource of ID 'DM12661'. I hadn;t done anything apart from try to open the campaign - my adminstrator told me it was "a problem at my end" Any ideas? Using Google Chrom. Admin has deleted and reestablised my ID,  

I know you can identify if any part of the profile changed based on the last modified date, but is there a way to identify if certain elements of a profile changed day to day?

Hello, I have a question regarding the export workflow and the approach that we have been using works partially.  The functionality we are trying to create is the following:   The nightly data export with records of email activity from the tracking log and broad log table.  What we need is if the email was an ‘open’ or ‘open again’ and also if there was a ‘click’ on a link or a ‘click again’. The code that was written was working only in the same extract file i.e., as the code was looking at the line number in the file and if the line number for certain criteria was > 1 then it would be an open again .   What we tried to do was use an enrichment to add a column to the data that would be a count from the broad log table if that open or click activity.  From what we have tried it doesn’t appear to be a straight forward as expected.  The criteria would be similar to this SQL query    SELECT COUNT(*)  FROM broadlogRcp WHERE membershipNum =

Hi All - I want to do some advanced data enrichment for all targets in a workflow that ultimately requires a decent amount of complex Javascript. I have two large switch + if/then/else statements that populate three columns based on Recipient attributes (two text and one bit.ly link) that get sent on the email or SMS.Right now, I am using a JS queryDef select to get all records then iterate over them one by one to update the corresponding fields for that target. This then updates the temporary schema in the workflow.This is an issue for two reasons:Over 10,000 records needs to page the queryDef as the maximum individual select can only be 10kAt some point over 10k records you run out of JS memory (even after increasing the JS memory)Adobe Support says its a bad practice, but haven't suggested an alternative as this is probably ConsultingIs there a better way to do advanced enrichment during a workflow with >10k records?

Hi Experts,   I am migrating AEM campaign templates from 6.4 to AEMAACS servers. I have added the external account on the Campaign side to point to AEMAACS authoring server and have about 7000 templates on the Campaign side. I want to migrate templates dynamically without having to migrate them individually.   Question/Ask:Is there a way to do a batch update of the templates? Or suggest a better solution to reduce the manual effort of updating one template at a time.   Thanks in anticipation for your help!

Hello, Does anyone know if, when using Transactional Messages in Adobe Campaign Standard, there is any way to add a variable that comes in the Payload to the Delivery Log ID?Use case: for a Client ID, communication is done for N quotation IDs (1 communication per quotation). We need to add the quotation ID (which is not in Adobe's data model because it is variable and is a 1:N relationship) to the Delivery Log ID to be able to make an ACKnowledge to the source system, per quotation ID.
