Hi Community! I recently updated our iOS app configuration to include a sound for when delivering push messages. This works fine for when I create new deliveries, BUT. We have several continuous deliveries running, where the available sound drop-down is not visible to me. So in order to fix that, apparantly I need to create entirely new deliveries, which seems like a waste of time. So I thought I might as well try to update the values through either Mass update selected lines Workflow with update activity JS/SQL queries  However, I can not choose and update this field from mass update or update activity since it is simply not present for me to choose and update. I am also unsure how I can update this field using JS or SQL. I haven't been succesful yet. Any help in regards to how I can update that 1 field for multiple deliveries would be greatly appreciated! 🙂  Visible from generic query editor:   Not visible from update element in workflow:  &

I've been testing some deliveries that use fully personalised subject lines. This subject line is derived from targetData in the workflow (enrichment) so there's calculated field to obtain the data from. For example, our field may show as 'New offers from £1.99' for instance as string in the workflow. When this gets outputted in the delivery however, the .99 undergoes a change and it includes extra numbers on the end. For example. It may be 'New offers from £1.991' or even 'New offers from £1.9999'     The field is all string and there's no edits made to the data between the WF and delivery. Is there an extra constraint that may need to be applied to the string to prevent the output in the screenshot?

Hello! Im trying to create a new custom channel with will be using an API to send the target group and content to a specific place. I haven't created a channel template from scratch, so Im a little stuck on what steps to take.    What I have done:Create a new External Account for the use of routing. A new connector for the external accunt. A new schema for the channel. Called communicationService.xml. (no content yet) A new input form (no content yet). A new javascript template. (no content yet) A new test delivery based on the new javascript template. It only looks like this now as everything above is empty: A new publishing Template to connect everything. But Im kinda stuck on where to begin with these above.   As a start we want to have a titel and some text...   Hope someone can help with a good guide or where to start adding code.   Best Regards, Martin

Hi,I set up a number of transactional events (real-time type) without any links defined in either Collections or Enrichment section. An exemplary html templates have been added into them and for the first couple round of tests all of endpoints have triggered emails as expected. After I made some slight changes in html code (i.e. wrapped icons up with links) the messages stopped to be sent and as an error I can see:Error while compiling script 'DM4824[htmldefaultContent]' line 48: context.profile is undefined.The question is why such error is thrown when there is no link to profile in html templates at all.Republishing event or messages changes nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks,Dominik

Hi, I am working on an email templating project in which I am trying to set a variable value in Personalization Block through Embedded JavaScript(EJS) Syntax. The issue I am facing is that I'm unable to set the value in variable. Upon rendering it is simply displaying the text. For example:    Code:        <% var subject = %> <?= cms.subject ?>         Rendered in Personalization Block Scenario:I am working with Contentful(Headless CMS) which is linked with Adobe Campaign. I upload the HTML with Embedded JavaScript (EJS) template on Contentful and from there I push the code to Adobe Campaign Personalization Block. Once the code is rendered so it looks something like the above screenshot as shown. I tried using the below code but it doesn't work <% var subject = "<?= cms.subject ?>" %> because it throws an error, when I upload the document on Contentful, by stating that it cannot find the closing tag "<?". Hi,   I have to insert/update data to Campaign classic DB from a JS activity. I receive the info in a webservice call, so i read the date and loop and have to pass the details in an update query. Hi Experts   We are seeking technical advice to approach a new type of messaging we need to send. We are building a message center on our company's website, where members will have an "inbox" of messages they have received. Some of these messages will be duplicates of emails or text messages they have received from our campaigns, but others will NOT - they will be messages to members that have not received a message from us in any other way.   If possible, we would like to use the built-in message "open tracking" functionality that we currently use to know when a member has opened an email from us. We want the website to report to Campaign Manager about when each message was opened. These messages will not be emails, though. We will have to send a text file containing the messages to our website. We expect the format of each message will be HTML. So we can embed an image to track the open, but it appears to us that tracking is not automatically enabled for deliveries that are

Hi, We have added a custom long field to a delivery template, which is saved in the nmsDelivery-table. I would like to use the custom field like this AddDays([delivery/@customField], GetDate()) and then save it in a custom datetime field in the broadLogRcp-table upon delivery execution. I would like to avoid making the change on each delivery-WF in our environment. In other words: I am looking for a solution where I can make the change on one entity (i.e delivery template or targetMapping). Can this be done without making a post-processing workflow? What is the best way to do this?

I have a custom container which I am including in nms:delivery input form like this: <container ref="cus:outboundPhone:outboundPhoneContainer" xpath="."/>I am trying to add a validation-method, by adding a <leave>-tag in the container mentioned above but the only way I have got the leave-tag to trigger is by placing it in the nms:delivery input form itself.It would be nice to have minimal adjustments to the OOB-schemas, which is why I would like the to place the leave-tag in the custom built input form.Has anyone got a solution for this? 🙂

Hello, From a delivery (continuous, recurring, create from tpl...), when we look for a delivery template, ACC automatically adds a condition "[@operation-id] = 0". Why is the reason behind this? We would like our deliveries created from the delivery template to be linked to an operation/campaign. With traceview we found out that this condition is added by the workflow input form: Is it safe to comment this line and completely turn off this feature? Best regardsFlorian

I would like to add a few key fields in sending logs. So I would like to know whether we can be able to extend the sending logs with Profile schema to view those fields like FN, LN, Tel, etc., or not? If yes, how to do it? Please advice.   Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone, We are working in a solution where we are changing the Javascript template via  "ncm.publishing.Transform" method. However, when we are trying to update few delivery templates, the workflow is not writing any log after this line and then automatically the workflow resumes from the begining and it goes on like a cycle We have updated the workflow multiple times using single delivery id but the behavior is repeated. We use our Web Application pages primarily for legal pages, and was wondering if there is a customized report or workflow we can enable that would allow us to track the total number of clicks on each web application for the month. We want to ensure that we are below our Engine Call volume but not entirely sure what the process would be for this.Any help would be great!

Hi Team, I was getting syntax error on recurring SMS delivery and below is the same. I am wondering what syntax error causing this as this is simple non personalized SMS delivery. So I clicked the option below and issue got resolved on workflow level but did not received the SMS.   Can anyone please explain what went wrong? or what could be the possible issue?

Hello everyone, I would like to extract the delivery logs of a transactional message whose event date is 22 days ago. To do this, I used the formula @eventdate=DateOnly(DaysAgo(22)), like the one suggested by ACS in the advanced mode. Unfortunately, this formula does not produce any results, even though I know that there are messages sent on these dates. However, if I use the options in simple mode, the query produces results. Hi all, I have a workflow with an enrichment activity where I add a string column (named "my_column" for example) . The issue is that this string has a length of 512 characters, and when I try to execute the workflow it gives me an error because the string is truncated to 256. How can I force to create that column in the working table with a varchar(512) data type? We are facing issue connecting to Adobe Campaign using Adobe client console. Error is SOP-330021 Communication error with the server: please make sure it is configured correctly. HTTP code 500 'A technical error has occurred: ODB-240000 ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'ACM'. SQLState:28000 Unable to connect to database 'hostname, port' of type 'ODBC' with the login 'ACM:database'   MS SQL Server is set as backend database for Adobe Campaign and is pointing to server '10.10.10.10', and we want to change the pointer to '11.11.11.11'. Now as we are not able to login to Adobe campaign we aren't able to make the changes. Hi Team,   We are trying to call the third party SMS rest api call to trigger the SMS via Adobe campaign classic Mobile delivery.   Below steps implemented,   1. Created the custom JS to invoke the External SMS rest api call 2. Created the JSSP to capture the SMS response 3. Created the external account and type as routing, channel as SMS, Delivey mode as bulk and connector section assigned the JS library 4. Created the sample campaign and configured the Mobile delivery and choosen the external account created as in previous step.   But i am facing the delivery error.
