Adobe Campaign

We are on Classic 7 (ACC). We are implementing SMS for our marketing org.   ACC Recipients table won't save a mobile phone number with a + sign.   It originally was saving it with a 0 and we were able to get past that.   However, that means all phone numbers are submitted through the SMS connector without a + sign (e.g.  +15554443333).  If we manually add a + sign the SMS connector won't take it or process it.  SO mobile phone is stored without a +.   This has been working this way for 4 years and no issue.   All our SMS has been transactional through message center.   For the MARKETING instance though, we need to be able to relate the responses in the inSMS table to a recipient.   The way to do this is through a link to recipient on a field.   The best field to use is ORIGIN in the inSMS table.  Origin stores the mobile phone number.   HOWEVER, the mobile phone is being stored with a + in th

On landing pages the personalization is not working on out-of-box fields like first name or email. We are just trying to display these on landing pages and got below error: TypeError: context.profile is undefined render_HtmlPage_PAGE56([object Object],   On one of similar thread, it shows impact of Default branding causing such issue but thats for Real time event. Hi Team,    We are trying to get the IMS working within our team and unfortunately are facing an issue whereby when selecting login with adobe ID it allows us to login but goes to the server page instead of logging into the environment.    Am I missing something? As I have followed the IMS setup guide step by step.   Appreciate the support.

Hi All,   I'm attempting to retrieve some information about the audiances, where in we have used the split activity to split the audiances and sorted by the brand's selling date. Adobe is pulling the results for the earliest date rather than the most current date, nevertheless, after applying the split activity.   Could someone please tell me how to retrieve the most recent date and data from the activity?Adding the screenshots for ref:   I've tried in both ascending and descending orders still its pulling down the older data not the recent one.Appreciating the quicker response.Thanks!

I tried using RegisterGroup function present in the nms:recipient to add a recipient to an existing list. The response is 200 OK but when I look at the adobe campaign console, the list is not updated with the recipient. Hello All,   We have to generate mirror page for each broadLog records. Had tried generating mirror page in JS using GetMirrorURL. nms.delivery.GetMirrorURL(deliveryId,broadlogId) We are able to print mirror page for all broadLog records for email channel, but there is a catch in it. By copying the mirror page URL generated by GetMirrorURL function, mirror page is rendering fine for the deliveries where mirror page is configured in Email delivery. But it throws error for URLs generated by GetMirrorURL function for deliveries where mirror page URL haven't configured.   So is there any other way to generate mirror page for all broadLog records in a workflow? Hi Team,   A communication needs to be sent on agent's email ID informing the details about the leads assigned to him.  We have 2 tables - adviser ( in which agent's email ID, agent code etc is stored ) and leads ( where leads information along with agent code is stored). For a scenario an agent can have multiple leads generated against him. There can be any number of leads against a single agent and we want the information of leads to be sent either in a tabular form or via webapp or landing page ( link that can be passed in HTML).   As of now we have implemented this solution via defining a 1:N link between both the tables and defined 19 columns to accommodate the info of 19 leads. But since any number of leads can be present against a single agent, we are looking for a dynamic approach to accommodate the requirement via which we need not to manually define these 19 columns.   Thanks

Hi Expert,   I hope everyone is doing well. I'm reaching out here to see if anyone knows if there are any issues/bugs with the SQL Data Management Activity, or if i need to refine the scripts to work with this Activity properly.   Within testing this activity, when i right-click on the wireframe and "Display the Target" I see an error, and no data is displayed.  Upon viewing the List Configuration and removing the "Targeting Dimension (target) from the output column, the Primary Key does populate, and i am able to view the data.   When I try to script to collect other data, for example, I just want to view the emails from the database, I still receive an error, and no matter how I configure the output columns, I can never view the data.   My question would be is the SQL Data Management Activity working properly?    Thanks,  

Issue Summary - Policy_EmailAddress in metmx:policy is empty for all the records in the past 6 months   We were able to identify the root cause to be Import ContactInfo Workflow is not processing any files since 08th April 2022.   We are exploring the best possible approach to fix this issue. please let me know with the detailed summary below if you can guide me on the best possible way to fix this issue.   • Policy Email Address value to be inserted into the Policy table is fetched from the Contact Info table • Import Policy Workflow is used to load metmx:policy table o Files are received daily and are getting processed successfully as per configured logic. • Import ContactInfo Workflow is used to load metmx:contactInfo table o Files are received daily but the last successful processing is on 7th April 2022. o All the files might be lying in the SFTP location • In Import Policy workflow, the Email Address is not available in the incoming POLIZ* file used for loading dat

hello,   I'm working on an email that requires the click through of 1 cta to be different depending on the customer (2 options) I thought an easy way to do this might be to enrich the workflow with the URL using an IF, If customer is in this pool = www.URL1.com else www.URL2.com. Then populate that URL into the delivery by using this as a personalised field. I first populated into the CTA URL https:// then added the enriched URL as a personalised field. It doesnt work with this error - DLV-490261 Personalizing host in a tracked link requires tracking URL signing   Could someone suggest a way to make this work? it is something to do with the tracking but i cant figure it out. I can only add the https:// into the URL field because the www part is different on each of the variants.   thanks  

If we include a pre-header text in the AEM container; after the email is sent, can we query the back tables to retrieve it? For instance, if I query the Delivery schema, will I be able to pull in a field?

Is there a query or method I can use to list out all Delivery Nodes that contain a certain call to a Personalization Block? I need to overwrite a Personalization Block with some updated HTML, but before I do I would love to see all delivery nodes that contain said Personalization Block. Withing the PB, I would have code that looks like the below. Hello All,   I am on ACC v8 managed. I have created a WebApp, and try to log information in the WebApp Script Activity, using logInfo or logDebugMessage,    On Navigating to Home -> Monitoring -> Process List -> web@default, and putting the proper date parameters, I still don't see my logs printed there.consistently. Only on few occassions, I am able to see the log messages, but there is no pattern of it being visible there.   This happens both with logDebugMessage, and logInfo.   What would be a better method to log server side values for a WebApp, so that the issues can be debugged consistently ?   Regards, DG

Hi, wanted to know if monitoring progress is analogous to performing a delivery analysis from the audit tab in the delivery dashboard before sending out the email?

We generate email templates using Adobe campaign, for one version of emails we create a package and export the XML package and share it with the client. Now for the new set of version, client needs the email templates as a HTML zip files individually. Is there any chance to extract the HTML's out of the Adobe campaign classic? I find only the option of exporting the templates as a XML package through Adobe. Can someone help us in this situation. Thank you in advance.
