Adobe Audience Manager

Am I qualified for an Audience Manager Trait/Segment or not? How can I verify?

Hello team,I have uploaded a sample customer data file from Profiles and Audiences. The file has been successfully uploaded with 8 data as shown in the graph in Profile and Audiences.However I do not see the data in Audience Manager and neither the traits or segments created on these data sources return any value. The Profile and Audiences show "Collecting Data". It has been 1 day since the activity has been done.Am I doing something wrong here? Please help.

Hi,we are using Audience Manager configured with Server-Side Forwarding (Analytics -> AAM).We have some cases where we want to use the Data Insertion API to track specific service request on a backend server. It seems that data are not passed to AAM from Data Insertion calls.Is it possible to forward data to AAM also by Data Insertion tracking calls?Thanks,Michael

Hi Experts,There is a requirement for capturing the real time signal (online trait) from website and passing it to Audience Manager for creating Rule based traits.Based on the Adobe documentation, the web beacon (say event5 for purchase completion) should be pass to Analytics first and then using Server Side Forwarding, it will be passed to Audience Manager. I’ve done the same POC and able to receive the analytics signal in AAM for creating corresponding traits and segments. It is working properly.While having discussion with other Adobe thread, we came to know that there is another way of passing the web beacons directly from website to Audience Manager by by-passing the Adobe Analytics. –Is it possible to pass the purchase completion event signal (say event5) directly from website to AAM?What would be the pros and cons of by-passing the Adobe Analytics if it is possible.Any kind of documentation/pointer will be great help.Also, we want to create a hybrid segment that will be composed

Based on the Adobe documentation https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/r_dil_declared_id_vars.html,it appears the Visitor ID service will be passing the declared ids and the dpid & dpuuid method is deprecated. Traits are more specifc and Segments "global"?I've an eVar at Adobe Analytics that uniquely identifies  users. if you have mp4 files, does it really matter which codec you use, or is there a generic one that is most universal for all platforms?
