Adobe Audience Manager

Running into an issue where the segments I was distributing from my AAM destination for my DV360 instance which I ended distributions to back in 2021 are still showing as mapped in DV360. My company no longer uses AAM and after logging ticket with Google support they suggested that I need to reach out to AAM support as this issue was on the DMP side and there is nothing they can do to remove the segments. Are there any options for this considering my company is no longer an AAM customer?

Hi all.  Wondering if anyone has worked with LiveRamp, and wanted to see how they can use device-based audiences (w adobe ID) to send to LiveRamp for identify graph and device matching?  Is there a way to send a log file of device IDs / Adobe IDs to LiveRamp?  Thanks!  

For some time now, it has not been possible for modern browsers to access the demdex cookie set by visitor.js.That is, demdex is able to identify users from different websites where the library is enabled and under the same OrgID, but when trying to read that cookie, it is impossible.I wanted to ask if you know any method to access it?I have checked that through CHIPS (https://developers.google.com/privacy-sandbox/cookies/chips?hl=en) or Google's Storage Acces API I could server, but I think Adobe should modify the way in which they start the cookie. Thanks!!

Hello everyone. I am quite new in Adobe Audience Manager, and I would like to send some audience I created in AAM to Google Ads.In particular, I created some Cookie - Based Audiences/Segments in AAM, and they work for all other destination but this one. Now, I think I have to create a specific destination towards Google Ads (see the attached screen 192200), but I am unable to understand if this steps are correct or not.           I have a service that I would like to begin promoting, but I really want this to go the right way from the start. If I can get some assistance in the area of jumpstarting my email list to potential customers, I believe I could finally know where to start searching for the right audience that I believe would be interested in my service. As of right now, I have heard that you really need to build your own email list rather than paying some list building service to send out your ad to a group of prospects that have absolutely no interest at all in what I'm selling and probably never have. That advice to me, makes a lot of common sense, I believe it would be nothing but a big waste of money and precious time. I would rather be the one creating it all anyway for the priceless experience, and maybe here really soon, it would allow me to engage more with a customer on a more personal side of this very, very critical stage of the entire operation. Hi there, We have daily and weekly files both pointing to the same DPID, but different data sources (108465 vs 108465).  ftp_dpm_98365_108464_timestamp.overwrite (weekly - Friday)ftp_dpm_98365_108465_timestamp.overwrite (daily) The two files have completely different & unique key-value pairs. Let's say if customer ID 123 exists in both files. I am wondering if the traits/key-value pairs for customer ID 123 will persist from both files, or only 108465 will persist because it's daily. Thanks.

Hi there, Just a bit confused how AAM offline traits work, can someone please kindly explain what could be happening? Below is a screenshot of a customer's data from AA, and we are trying to investigate why they fall into the cart abandonment segment despite they should have been kicked out by the offline trait. We uploaded our offline data on Aug 4 (Sun), and I presume the processing should have been done by Aug 6. We can see from the screenshot that customer visited our site on Aug 8, but didn't qualify for the segment (that's still fine). Then they visited our target page on Aug 12, and started qualifying for the segment. However, inside the segment logic, there would have been traits from onboarded data that would have kicked them out, and I can confirm they were in the files we uploaded. Then as you can see, they visited again on Aug 13, but is no longer in the segment anymore, so I guess the offline trait kicked in. Can someone explain what could possibly happened that

Hi everybody, is there a way to get matched segments and related audiences of a visitors via API?

It will not let me get past MDP level 1, product quality 104 video.. it keeps saying my progress is synced and then it says reattempt as if it isn’t just a 15 minute long video. Ive tried everything to get past it but I am not sure what to do.. I need to get past it in order to get my raise.

I want to get a list of all the segments present in Adobe Audience Manager however, when I run BAAAM tool it gives the error "Error while performing the requested action. Overflow." Is there a way where I can increase the capacity of the BAAAM tool. I have only 2665 segments and able to fetch only 1402 segments.Please let me know if my question is not understandable.

Hi Just confused about this audience for mobile app, Need to assign audience only for the mobile apps and which should not include the mobile browsers..i have a script added in the pageload event at the experience tab in the activity, Now i need to assign audience at the targeting tab, how can i target only to the mobile app users,and need not include the mobile browser ones.Can anybody suggest a solution for this.. Thanks,Vaishnavi   

Hi there, We have a .overwrite partition for customer profiles that is broken into 26 partitions. If our data looks like this:Customer ID (Cross Device ID)Key Value PairsIn partition1"product_id" = "123", "activated" = "Y".021"product_id" = "223", "activated" = "N".26 I am wondering for customer 1, which profile would they get? Would they get product 123, or product 223, or both? I am hoping it's both but since this is a .overwrite method, I am not sure if it will get product 223 because it's in the .26 partition which will get processed after .02 and overwrite it? Thanks,Alan

Hello, I'm trying to find documentation/get help on the test event URL tool in the Trait Expression Builder. The only mention of it I can find is here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/c_tb_rules.html ​and this is not very helpful. I am trying to build a rules-based trait for visitors to a specific set of pages: URL variable contains "catering" to get everyone who lands on a catering page of our website and I am assuming that, if I get the expression written correctly, that I should be able to paste an actual catering URL into the test tool and it will confirm the trait is working. Is that how the tester is supposed to work?  Please let me know. Glenn
