Audience Manager Integration

Has anyone integrated Audience Manager into a Social Media Management platform? I am currently evaluating these styles of platforms and want to be sure that building an integration is possible. Most social media management platforms disallow embedding javascript, so this would need to be done using the DCS API method. Any experience or help greatly appreciated!

Trouble deleting Algorithmic Model

Hi All,  Recently, my client ended their contract with one of their data providers. Over the last few weeks, I have been removing all data provide by this vendor. My question is, when trying to delete an Algorithmic model, has anyone ran into the error message {"message: Trait must be RULE-BASED or ONBOARDED", "code":"ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT"}?  It's peculiar why I can't delete this model because 1) it hasn't had a successful run since 2017 2) their are no active traits using this model, and 3) there are no active segments using any traits (obviously). Meaning, I have no idea why this error is occurring. Please help. I need this model deleted, so I can delete the appropriate data sources, which will allow me to pass an upcoming audit.  -Sean

Using second party data source for Algorithmic Modelling

Hi all, I would like to know the reason that why can't we use second-party data sources for creating Algorithmic models in Adobe Audience Manager. In the configuration section under creating an Algorithimic model, AAM provides the option for selecting the first and third-party data sources that you want to use in the model. But there is no option for selecting a second party data source.  Can you please let me know if there is a particular reason around this? Thanks and Regards,Sai

BAAAM Tool - How can we get the results for Cross Device counts from Onboarded Traits instead Device ID counts?

Hi,I am using BAAAM tool to generate the unique trait realization and total trait population counts for "Cross Device" results.It seems like when I try to run the traits it showing only the Device ID counts for 1 day, 7 day, 14 day so on. But not showing Cross Device counts.Can you please help me on how to get the expected results.Thanks,Vijay

ID Sync In App with Adobe Mobile Services

Hello,I'm trying to figure out how to implement an ID sync when customers open/login to my company's mobile app. We have AAM, Adobe Analytics (SSF enabled), and are using Adobe Mobile Services (AAM SSF enabled), but I can't quite figure out when/how to implement the ID sync. AAM to S3 bucket: AWS Error 0 while requesting to upload the query

Hi all, this is my first time trying to upload a file to an S3 bucket for Campaign to AAM integration.I had a 403 error because my file was not correctly formatted, then I've followed the guide:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/sending-audience-data/batch-data-transfer-process/inbound-ftp-filenames.html And now I got a "0" error, that is not documented into AWS error codes -> AWS Error 0 while requesting to upload the query.Thansk for your help.GDD.

Hi Adobe, We had an requirement to extract details of all segments including destinations names if the segments are mapped to any destination.We observed that using “includeInUseStatus=true” parameter in  https://api.demdex.com/v1/segments/?includeInUseStatus=true returns an extra object to the JSON “inUse” with a Boolean value. Now to fetch the mapped destination id’s we got to loop through all segments (sid’s) which increases the load to the server also time consuming.  Please find the example request below.https://api.demdex.com/v1/segments/xxxxxxx?includeInUseStatus=true : Here the same parameter being passed to the request URL along with segment ID returns associated destination ID’s. It would be great if “mappedEntities” object is included in the JSON response without segment ID being passed in the request URL (First URL) to avoid multiple cURL request to the server. Regards,Pradeep

Onboarded traits Total population gone to 0 for Device ID since 17th March

Hi all I noticed on 2 different AAM accounts that I manage that all onboarded traits' total population went to 0 on the 17th of March, when we display results for Device ids. (no problem for cross device ids) Did anyone notice the same thing ? How do you explain this drop at this particular date ? This is a bummer, because when using the BAAAM tool or General reports, we get the trait population based on device id and not cross device id, so every onboarded traits have 0 population.  If you have any solution to get the cross device id in the reports, don't hesitate to share 🙂

API Token for Bulk Management - BAAAM Tool

Hi,I was tying to access the traits and segmets through BAAAM tool plugin where I downloaded the sheet from Relese note.After copy paste the information token & organisation id, later saved the file and try by clicking on the "validate token" but seems like I am getting the error something like "Token Error: 407".Can someone help like how to configured correctly or need to get any special privileges from admin console?ThanksVijay

Can we get Segment Addressable Audience (Devices) data using a general report within or BAAAM tool?I have tried to check this and I have been unable to figure this out and checking this for 100s of segments manually is a very tedious job. Can someone please help with a trick, TIA. Regards,Rajat

[Product Enhancement] Add Capability to Qualify Only OnceNew

One popular destination where one of our AAM Segments can qualify into is an email journey campaign.   Once AAM qualifies a device into a segment using a combination of web behavior and/or onboarded data points, AAM should send them into the email journey campaign only once.  We do not want AAM to continue sending the segment into the email journey on every subsequent page load after initial qualifications.  Currently we have an AAM segment qualification based on a set of web behaviors on our digital properties.  Once the device is qualify, AAM continue to send the segment ID into the email journey, which adds additional network traffic as well as clogs up the email journey server unnecessarily.   It is behaving more like a beacon call as opposed to a pixel.  We initially worked with Adobe Client Care team (Incident: 191226-000083) to see if this was currently possible with the AAM product capability and it does not appear to be so.&nbs

Ability to select the inclusion traits while building a Look Alike modelNew

Hi Adobe, It will be very helpful if there is a feature to select the traits we would like to include from third party data sets in marketplace while building a LAL model. Current features only allow to exclude the traits with a maximum of 500 trait exclusion. With thousands of traits in each dataset, it makes it extremely difficult to arrive at the traits we are interested to use, by using exclusion method. Also it will be nice if we can see the total count of traits selected while building the model for additional validations. Thanks

Hello, I have AEM and I am thinking about integrating Adobe Audience Manger. My goal is to personalize content on my homepage for first-time visitors of my website using 2nd/3rd-party data. Two question:Is such personalization possible at all?Where do I set the targeting rules? If I know from the Audience Manger the user belongs to segment 23A, where do I set the rule that segment 23A is shown content X? Is that possible with AEM or do I need Adobe Target? Could I event use tools, such as Google Optimize, to show personalized content?
