I'm trying to do a quick check between freeform and analytics for what in analytics is customer profile -> time zones report. For some reason ours looks off by 1 hour and I wanted to look a freeform. No Time Zone report (also not available in Ad-Hoc) and try making a segment with time zone that doesn't work at all either.Is time zone getting depreciated? (the map isn't available anymore either in analytics)but it is missing from free form

If we hide any variable in Adobe Analytics, will its instances metric still be available for use in workspace or it will also get concealed with it?

I wonder are there any updates on these 2 metrics? I have checked the data but it is shown increasingly from what I have tracked.

I have created a metric which is suppose to count session id on certain conditionIn the attached screenshots, metric Def -- The definition of metric count, i.e. count of session id's (Excluding the one's ending with 99999)but when i export them in csv, the payment instance count in column B, row number 13, is incorrect. As when i count the session id's individually the correct count comes out to be as mentioned in row 10.Please help me  TIA 🙂

We are integrating adobe analytics to power BI and found that default Adobe Connector does not support classification parameter in Power BI. Do you guys have plan in including this feature ?

I was trying to analyze the pages that led to a particular page of my client's website and for that I used the "Previous Page" dimension, but then the first result showed the same url I am trying to analyze. Any explanations for that? The only thing that comes to my mind is that it's the result of users directly typing the url or maybe page reloads after the session expires. Any recommendations?

Good Morning, We use SuperMetrics to compile Adobe Analytics information with other external sources. Starting in early March of this year, the 2.0 connector stopped showing our custom classification dimensions. We've been referencing these appropriately for the last few years and made no changes on our end. SuperMetrics can't identify the issue and point towards Adobe security, we've gone through the technical account set-up and permissions and it doesn't seem to be problematic. This is also reinforced by the fact that when establishing a new technical account connection, the custom classification dimensions show up initially, but after an hour or two they disappear from the connection. Do any of you use SuperMetrics and have you experienced something similar? Or have any ideas off the top of your head? This is causing reporting issues currently and is a growing issue. Thank you for your help

According to Adobe documentation, Adobe Visitor ID's/cookies expire after 2 years. Or for customers who delete their cookies, the Visitor ID can be re-used after 1 year, but not if it's within 1 year.We're seeing (a small percent) of visitor ID's show up again with the same visit numbers after only a few days or weeks.So visitor id 123abc with visit number = 1 might show up for 3/1/24 and then again on 4/30/24, we'll see the same visitor id with visit num = 1 again.Does anyone why this would be happening?

Hello,The Data Engineer development team removed a couple of dimensions used from the data view and all project panels were broken and we started having such a message:They restored the dataview with two equivalent dimensions, same name, and we fix all panels in the dashboard.All visualization are again functional, and we are not using the old dimensions anywhere. No filters, no visualizations, everything seems fine at panel levels. All data is shown without error.It looks like the old dimensions are somehow still linked to the panels. For example, if I go to curate project data I can see the new and the old dimensions:After thorough review we have confirmed that apparently there are no remains of the old dimensions in the visualizations.However the warning still appears in all panels view and when the project is opened.Do you know if there is a way to refresh or curate the panel components so we can get rid of this message? or alternative find where the old dimensions could be being u

In the past I have used segments set to "visit" to see the impact a URL has to form complete or other events.  From what I understand, this is participation within a "session/visit" (meaning that for "x" page visits where someone in a session visited page "x", and then also had a form complete in the same session).   I see that Attribution IQ can help me take a more simple approach than creating a segment for every URL I view in this way.  Instead, I can create a table, and then select the type of attribution to use.   However, I'm seeing that when I use Attribution IQ in this way, the data I see for visit base participation attribution is not providing the same number as a visit based segment for the same time period.   Can someone explain how I can arrive to the same number? Or help me understand why I'm not arriving to the same number?   

While adding a pagename in fallout report, I am seeing 'undefined' value in one of the steps. Can anyone explain why this is coming? Screenshots for reference
