I'm surprised that this isn't already posted as an idea.The red-green palette can be problematic on a couple of fronts:Deuteranopia -- the most common form of color blindness -- impacts the ability to distinguish between red and green (which then flows over to challenges with the gradient between those two colors)"Green" and "red" are used for "good/bad." Color shading can also be used for simply "orders of magnitude" (for instance, traffic to a page: low traffic isn't necessarily "bad" -- it's just...lower; in some cases it may be bad, but not always). This can be hacked with someone by playing around with the custom thresholds and midpoint, but it feels a little hacky.I'd love to see the ability to specify a color for the upper limit, midpoint, and lower limit in order to have more flexibility as to how the conditional formatting actually works.To be really greedy, I'd love to be able to specify this at the Workspace level (or...even the account level...but palette settings already w

Currently, rollup suites have virtually no analysis functionalities. Would it be possible to create a folder or a file tag system to put specific Adobe Launch data elements and rules into?  We are working through implementing a digital data layer in a new report suite and having a system like this to flag certain data elements and rules would save a lot of time as changes or updates are made.  There is a benefit to seeing all the data elements and rules displayed in a list format, but having a filter option for a folder or a tag would save a lot of time and reduce the confusion when trying to update items like this.Thanks,

A lot of times I find myself creating segments to analyze a cohort of web pages.  To do this requires me to manually enter each pages' URL into the Segment.  If there was a way for me to simply upload a csv that contains all the page URLs I'm looking at, it would be an incredible time-saver.

Use case:We are running a “pre/post” analysis in workspace and want to make the dashboard a dynamic monitor for the duration of the test (this would also be applicable to new site launches or new feature launches that a user might want to monitor over time, this test will be running for a few months in our case).  We can easily create a custom date range in workspace for the “Post” period (start fixed date to end of current day), but we can’t seem to make a rolling “pre” period. We would need the ability to do start of [user specified fixed day] minus # of days [rolling backwards relative to current date] through fixed end date.So if we launched something on Oct 24th, we could compare dynamically 13 days pre & 13 days post, and if we loaded the workspace tomorrow it would roll to 14 days pre/post.

With AdHoc EOL fast approaching, it would be fantastic to have some parity UI wise in WorkSpace which will directly replace Adhoc. A Dark Mode would be a great addition to the tool, which would be beneficial to data analysts. This feature request came up in a recent customer conversation. From another tool, a UI mockup would look something like what is attached.

When we have to manage hundreds of users, it becames relly difficult to remember roles and understand why of some credentials granted.Why we (Admins only) dont have a simple field at user level, where we can add our notes about the above information?Otherwise we have to rely to a spreedsheet for managing credentials, which is no-sense....

Adobe have changed the way fallout reports in Analysis Workspace apply panel level segments verse previous tools such as Ad Hoc Analysis (As described in this Fallout help article)Hit level segments applied at a panel level are not applied at a hit level to each touchpoint in the fallout visualization.  Instead the fallout ignores the instruction and applies the segment at a visit level instead.  It means you get some weird effects where data that you would not expect bleeds into the fallout.We had not realized this change had taken place so have been reporting incorrect figures and imagine other Adobe customers might be in a similar situation without being aware.I don't understand why Adobe have done this.  If a user explicitly chooses to apply a hit level segment it makes sense to me that it should be applied at the hit level (if I wanted a visit level segment I would have selected this); To do otherwise is very confusing.Please can you consider changing the methodology to match prev

During the Toronto Insider event, there was a feedback about Admins being able to set the defaults for all users in the company. When asked if the new defaults should be applied to existing reports/ projects, the suggestion was to leave those as-is.I would suggest to add a prompt instead to ask the user if they would like to apply the new defaults retroactively, leaving this action to the Admin(s) and also giving them an option to roll back where necessary.

is it possible to create a way of ordering whichever dimension/segment is being used in a freeform table? I'm aware you can sort by your metrics, but ideally I'd like to be able to order my dimension in much the same way you can manually order data in a pivot table by "Moving Up" or "Moving Down"Whilst it is possible to manually create segments and order the segments in the appropriate way, it'd be much quicker/easier if I could right click, "Move" my Dimension rows.

Adobes! We would like to see server-side forwarding (SSF) for the mobile variables (e.g in-app messages) and events that aren’t currently being forwarded to Audience Manager.  Adobe Analytics and AAM already support SSF for many of the platform based metrics and custom evar, props, and events.  But in-app message name, cancel clicks and clickthrough events are not coupled together and sent directly to AAM for trait/segment construction. Today we must go circuitously through Adobe analytics to share these variables up via the experience cloud to get segments available into AAM for activation.  Such shared segments have their disadvantages, as you know.

We have a lot of "impression events". They fire on a page automatically when an element loads.  This is making our Bounce Rate look insanely low (it's currently useless), because few visits are single beacon visits.  Please give us the ability to tag events as "non-interaction" events so they are not considered when calculating bounce rate.  Ideally we (SC admins) would be able to toggle this setting for Events admin so we wouldn't have to go thru the dev team/ change code, etc. etc.  GoogleAnalytics offers this feature: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/eventTrackerGuide#non-interaction

Couldn't find the older thread on this so recreating it. When a table in Workspace has its results filtered, the metric totals at the top do not update to reflect the totals of only the filtered results. This causes a ton of confusion among report recipients. Please fix!

When the variable expiration date is "week"Number of analysis workspace visits (Attribution IQ) andThere are differences in the numbers of Ad Hoc Analaysis visit participation.I want to see the same value in the analytic workspace,numbers of visit partition　in Ad Hoc Analaysis.

I can create segments based on an event happening during a time period, say "3 days ago", but these are not compatible with data warehouse requests.  It would be very useful if this functionality were added to data warehouse requests.  For example, it would provide valuable insights to be able to segment users who did an event "3 days ago" but then report on what events/behavior they did today (or yesterday).

Hi,I have recently came across where I would need to update two users email's as their email's have changed.  Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible as this is used as their Adobe ID.  Is it possible to have this split out, keeping their Adobe ID alone but having an email field for when this does happen.  While creating a new account, transferring their analytic assets over to the new account and then deleting their old account is simple when there are only two users - I am horrified to think if we need to do this at scale for 100 accounts.  Thanks for consideringAndrew

It would be great for business continuity to have assets in Analytics tied to the profiles that an organization creates instead of people. Currently, if you don't manually transfer those assets, emailed reports and other data are lost to users who were still using the data. This would also be ideal to help with auto provisioning to make off-boarding users easier and prevent data from being lost if it is tied to a profile. The reports that the user creates can be tied to the profiles they belong to so they can be easily used by others in the profile as well to help with sharing of data.If you don't know to look to see if a user has data to transfer and just delete them, that data is gone for everyone they shared it with and that causes a larger problem.

It would be great to add the feature of simply disabling and re-enabling scheduled reports within the scheduled reports manager. I do not want to delete the reports or reset the deliveries, I would like the option of enabling a previously disabled report, with the same settings/configurations.This option is not only helpful for users to easily pause and restart deliveries without deleting them from the scheduled reports manager completely, but also help admins disable those created by a different account, which the admin does not have access to go to the original report and set up a new delivery schedule.I have tried the option of setting the end date to "today", hence stopping all future delivery, but the outcome differed time to time. In one instance, I could still see that report but marked as "expired" and in another instance, I could no longer find that report in the scheduled reports manager.

Add a selection in the calendar presets for "all time".  This way the customer can select "all time" and get data back to when it began tracking.  This will eliminate the need to figure out when data began tracking and then set manual time frames in order to get data from "all time".

It'd be handy to use this functionality to get an estimated count of unique search terms at a visit level.  I would then want to create segments based on approx number of unique search terms.  For example, visits where the user had one search term compared with visits where the user had approximately 5 unique search terms.

Please consider adding a full-screen mode for Analysis Workspace so it could be displayed as a dashboard on TV. There is a problem that you cannot fit all tables and charts into one screen so I would like to see an auto-panel-switcher feature (rotating all panels on one screen as a slideshow - you set number of seconds to freeze on each panel).Thank you!

Let me start by saying I love Adobe software overall and your programmers are rock stars!However, your "save as" function when working when creating/editing segments is confusing, and works differently than the long-established windows standard and the way 99% of programs work.When you a "save as" button it means a dialog should pop up asking you to save the current segment under a new name.  Right now, it just saves a new copy of the same unless you first change the title and then hit "save as."Again, this is not the way "save as" works everywhere else in the universe, so it's unnecessarily confusing.Thanks!

Having worked with others in the Adobe Analytics team globally, there seems no way to use one segment, no-matter the date to exclude the top 0.01% of customers based on spend, a date needs to be set in a segment which requires manual changing every week. You can build and use a segment excluding top 0.01% visitors every week if you hard code the date, however, that segment will need changed the next again week as well as the WorkSpace report dates in order to see the next weeks 0.01% of users again.My segment is based on spend: I want to exclude visitors who spend more that xx amount per week and then report on these users as well as report on the 99.9% of other users on the flip side.It would fantastic to have an easy way to do this in WorkSpace on a rolling date range.
