Create Segments by Uploading a CSV

A lot of times I find myself creating segments to analyze a cohort of web pages.  To do this requires me to manually enter each pages' URL into the Segment.  If there was a way for me to simply upload a csv that contains all the page URLs I'm looking at, it would be an incredible time-saver.
