What is the best training to sign up for to understand how to use Adobe dashboards in my organization?  

Adobe provides multiple ways to exclude data (that you have collected) from your final Analytics reporting data set.  The most common method in use today is the IAB Bot Filtering tool, which (by default) excludes any hits containing a User-Agent header that matches a list of “bot-based” headers provided by the IAB itself.  The tool also allows you to provide your own list of “custom” User-Agents or IP Addresses that you would want to exclude hits from.  Using IAB Bot Filtering or other such tools is a great first step, but your Adobe Analytics implementation will still face two major problems:Not all incoming hits can be identified as bots by just examining the User-Agent header or the IP Address; some bots use ordinary User-Agent headers and/or can readily change their IP Addresses to mask their activity.Even if your IAB Bot Filtering setup is able to properly identify all of your incoming bot activity, that bot activity is identified only after an Adobe Analytics

Hello Experts,In CJA, we have created a report with people, event and sessions.In CJA dataview, we have setup session time to 30 mins. It is getting calculated accordingly. Now, we want to validate the values in report with that of AEP.Could someone please share the way how we can calculate it for sessions in AEP. In report, it is filtered as person Id is dimension and session is the metric. Thank you,Shivani

Looking to use the API for the very simple reason - which I'm finding documentation difficult to come by and support is also chasing it's own tail - to ease the updating of segments that are nested in other segments. My belief was that they can be nested using the API, and then each time I update one of these nested segments, then each nested occurrence is updated as well, unlike in the UI whereby it is just a copy. Can someone please confirm or deny this possibility? 

Hi, I want to know how to get new vs. return visits/visitors to a specific page and how to show this over time? I don't want to look at when visit =1 and visit >1 because a new visit/visitor to that page could have happened visit 1 or visit 99 of a given visitor to the entire website and domain. Is there an easy way to break this down that I'm not seeing. I feel like I'm having to make a segment for each month and then re-tac on more months and create a segment for each month to repeat. There has to be a better way I'd think. Thanks!

From January to May, the "none" category under Marketing Channels showed 6,000 to 12,000 pageviews. However, in April, I replaced the dot in the Internal URL filter with all our internal websites, and then in June, the "none" category no longer appears. I'm uncertain about where all the numbers have gone, as the figures for other channels remain consistent throughout the months.

Hi everyone,  not sure if anyone has encoutnted simliar issues. We are running always on cmpaings in 2024 with a pause in summer. Everything is the same but after we relancuh in Sep/ Oct, there is a huge drop in website visit (only 1/10 of what we have before while click number is consistent) It is strange that the drop off happen in some EU countires but less severe in APAC. Any thougths on that? Thanks so much.

Hi - We are using the "Page Clean URL" dimension that is based on a pagecleanurl schema field. We noticed two things.1. That the Link Clicks metric does not show data for this dimension however, it does for Page URL dimension.2. The sessions recorded for the Page Clean URL dimension are less than the sessions recorded for the Page URL dimension. We are wanting to understand the reason for these inconsistencies based on how it is set up on the back end.

Hello, we are using adobe analytics mobile sdk and flutter platform for our iOS/Android native app. We have turned on "Offline Enabled" so we collect hits for offline activity. In the future we will set up a data feed and connect with adobe engineering to send "late hits" in the data feed. Does anyone know about an approach to report on offline vs online hits, within workspace or via data feed data? How can we segment the hits? Thanks.

Hi , I’m noticing a discrepancy in the average time on site. When I view the time for a specific segment, the total average time is shown a minute, but when I break it down by day or week, the average time increases significantly around 6 minutes.Could you help clarify why this difference occurs? But when I breakdown by custom date segment it showing "around 1 mins"  If I need to show the break down by month is there any other way I could present data.  ThanksRamya
